"Remember, I will come to kill you in three days," Milly said with a cold look in her eyes.

Lin Chen laughed, thinking it funny how assassins are supposed to surprise you, not announce it in advance. Considering this beautiful assassin's intelligence, he simply smiled lightly and said, "Sure, I look forward to your attempt."

"Hmph, are you looking down on me?" Milly's face suddenly changed.

"Of course not, I admire you for daring to be an assassin with your intelligence, but after tonight, your ranking should go up by one," Lin Chen chuckled.

Just then, there were footsteps in the living room. Seeing someone coming, Milly quickly disappeared.

Time ticked away by the second, but the informant didn't show, and the assassin still hadn't appeared. Finally, the clock struck 10:30 PM.

Suddenly, all the lights in the Western restaurant went out.
