Saturday afternoon after having lunch, I lie on my bed, thinking to take a nap. Mom went to office and Eve is in the kitchen with Mrs B, baking chocolate chip cookies for tea.

Suddenly my phone makes a pop sound indicating a notification hit it. Maybe it's a text from Michael ? I quickly pick the phone from the beside table, eager to read Michael's text through the status bar.

But soon I'm disappointed. It was actually a text from Gabriel asking me how I'm doing.

Gabriel had texted me Thursday evening. I actually didn't have her number with me but I recognized it was her, through her profile picture. She said she got my number from Gavin.

Stupid Gavin ! He isn't satisfied with making stories about me and Gabriel but he had to give her my number too.

I instantly texted Gavin why he gave her my number. And then he told me to text her back and get a bit close with her, so that I can make Michael jealous with her when I reach back at school.

I and Gabriel chatted for a while last two days. Her texts revealed genuine worry and I'm actually starting to feel worried now. This girl seems to really like me.

I had never actually talked to Gabriel after our encounter at the game arcade. But Gavin makes Michael believe that I'm spending a lot of time with her. Grace also joined him after she realized Michael is really jealous seeing me and Gabriel together in the arcade. He actually asked her about Gabriel and then left the arcade alone. That was enough for Grace to change her decision to not support me and leave Michael alone. I also decided to play along with them. Now Michael is thinking I'm going to date Gabriel soon.

Grace said, yesterday afternoon he was really upset and he complained to her that I'm not replying his texts. She then told him I might be busy texting Gabriel that I barely find time to reply others Or I might be still trying to move on that I might have blocked him as I don't want him to affect my relationship with Gabriel. Grace said Michael's face turned almost furious at that. And he packed his things and headed home, catching the express train at 8 PM.

I couldn't sleep properly yesterday night. I was a bit worried about he traveling alone at night and there's almost 13 hours travel. Anyway, he reached home safely, today morning. He had texted Grace when he reached there. And he said, he would come back only on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I will also go back to school on Tuesday or Wednesday. I don't know how I'm gonna stay calm until then without seeing him or talking to him. My fingers are itching to go to his profile and reply his texts. But I've temporarily achieved him for safety. I'm scared what Gavin and Grace will say if they know I talked to him. They've strictly prohibited me from contacting him for a few days and actually told me to block him. Anyway they are updating me with information about him every now and then. I'm really glad I got them as friends.

" Hey, are you feeling a little better now ?"

I read Gabriel's text.

Okay, so I need to text her back. But I'm not going to chat with her for long.

'Yeah..I'm feeling better. ', I texted along with a happy emoji. She send back the same emoji.

' so when are you coming back to school ?', came the next text.

' Probably Tuesday.', I replied.

' Please don't hurry back to school. Take more rest if you need that. What did doctor say ?'

Ahh..why she has to act so caring ? I wish she was just a bitch like Amelia, so that I don't need to feel this much guilt for using her to making Michael jealous.

' Oh ! I need to go to hospital to dress my wound. Let me go get ready. I'll text you later.', I texted her. I actually needed to go to the hospital after sometime to get my wound dressed.

' Oh..okay.', came her reply.

I threw my phone back to the desk and lied back, closing my eyes. But I couldn’t sleep even after lying like that for a long time. The pain and itching in my head along with a lot of stressing thoughts weren’t letting me sleep.

So after sometime, I crawled out of the bed, thinking to take a shower. It was Thursday morning I showered last. And now I'm literally smelling like shit. Maybe that’s also the reason preventing me from sleeping. So I'll better go take a bath now. I can't wash my hair. But I would just wash my body.

I stepped into the bathroom and slowly took off my clothes without shaking my head. Then I took the hand shower and proceeded with cleaning myself.

While I was just about to finish showering, I heard Eve's high pitched voice near my door.

" Eddy, your friend is here ! ", She announced happily.

I quickly turned off the shower as my heart thudded fast. " Which friend Eve ? Girl or boy ?", I called out.

" G..Girl ! Come fast ", She shouted and I could hear the sound of her excitedly running away.

Girl ?? Oh how stupid of me to think Michael will come here to see me. First of all it takes more than 12 hours from his home to here.

Anyway who is the girl who came to see me ? Grace ?? No. If she comes, then there surely will be Gavin along with her. And they don't know my address. Then who is this ?

I quickly finished showering and threw on a t-shirt and shorts after quickly wiping my body. Then I walked out of the room, only to see the most unexpected and shocking sight of my sister sitting in the lap of the person whom I dread the most in the world. None else than Amelia ! And Eve has a chocolate in her hands.

I rushed to them without caring about the stitch on my head and pulled Eve out of Amelia's lap, harshly yanking away the chocolate from her little hands and throwing it away in the process.

Amelia looked at me shocked.

Eve too was really shocked. " Wh..what's wrong Eddy ?", she asked terrified.

" She isn't my friend, Eve.", I almost shouted in anger. Mrs B also came out of the kitchen hearing my sound. She looked between me and Amelia, confused.

" Ethan, what's wrong ?", Amelia asked me. " I'm not your friend ? And why did you throw the chocolate away ? Did you really think I'll try to poison your sister.", she asked making a hurt look.

" Yes ! You would do something like that.", I scoffed. " And why are you here now ?"

"Ethan, I heard you got hit by football during the last match and you suffered a concussion. I felt like seeing you.", She said looking at my bandaged head.

" Oh thanks for visiting me. Now you may go.", I said irritated. Don't know how this bitch found my address.

" Please Ethan, why are you behaving like this to me ? What did I do to you to treat me like this ?", she asked oh so innocent and hurt.

I clicked my tongue on my cheeks, disapprovingly. " You haven't done anything to me. But you did really bad things to a lot of people. And you know, you are a dangerous person to deal with.", I snarled without thinking Eve and Mrs B were watching us. I looked at them and saw they both were looking so tensed and shocked. Eve's lips were trembling. She has never seen me behaving this way to anyone.

" What's wrong Ethan ? Who is this girl ?", Mrs B asked.

" She is a girl from my school.", I said rubbing on my forehead. " Amelia, leave now. I don't like to spend time with you. And I need to go to hospital now."

" Ethan, please..I need to talk to you. Yes I agree. I've done a lot of bad things to people. But I realized my faults and I regret everything. I've changed Ethan. Just let me talk to you once.", she pleaded. She never actually pleads like this. And I noticed there was a difference in the aura around her. Her appearance has totally changed. She was wearing very decent clothing today and had done a little makeup on her face. Suspension really changed her ?

" Good for yourself if you actually changed. Anyway I don't like to talk to you or become friends with you.", I said.

"Ethan, can you just give me five minutes and hear what I've to say ?", She asked.

I sighed. "Okay. Let's go outside and talk." I said as I didn't want Mrs Bertha or my little sister to hear our conversation. Amelia nodded and followed me outside to our pool.

When we reached there, she got silent as she was observing the exterior of my house, especially the pool and our garden. " So you are really rich ! ", She finally mumbled.

" What is it that you have to say ?", I asked her.

" Ethan, I decided to become good. I know I was a bitch in the past and I did a lot of horrible things. But I promise I won't do any such things again. I won't hurt anyone again. Can you please give me a last chance?", she asked.

" What do you mean by chance ?", I asked in surprise.

" I can't live without you Ethan. I love you a lot. I missed you like crazy all this while. Ethan, I can't stop thinking about you for a moment. Please let me be your girlfriend. I promise I'll be good.", She pleaded pathetically, almost taking me aback.

" Amelia, I don't like you. I don't even want to be your friend. Please go find someone else.", I said blankly.

" Why don't you like me ? Am I not beautiful ? You yourself has told me I'm hot. And now Ethan, I changed my behaviour too. I promise I won't go behind anyone else. I just want you Ethan. Just give me a chance.", She said.

" Why can't you just understand I don't like you ? Just leave me alone Amelia.", I scoffed in frustration.

Amelia also let out a frustrated sigh. " Why Ethan ? Do you like that boy, Nate ?"

" That's not your fucking business ! Just get this into your head that I don't like you. I don't even like to see you and talking to you is making me so freaking annoyed. Just leave me alone.", I said in anger and annoyance.

" Okay..I'm leaving now. I understood you haven't believed, I changed. But I'll prove it to you Ethan. I'm coming to school from next week onwards. You can't keep this attitude towards me for long.", She said.

Fuck ! She is coming back.

"Amelia, you better not waste your time thinking to make me your boyfriend. That's never gonna happen. And my attitude towards you isn't changing, no matter what.", I said.

" Let's see Ethan.", she said with an evil smile. Then she turned around and walked to her car that was parked outside our gates.
