I stood up slowly when I saw that they were both sound asleep. I looked at the door that was still open. These two fools are not afraid for their lives. They should worry because they didn’t know what could happen to them when Luke caught them lying on his bed.

I didn't get dressed, I brought my clothes while I was wearing them out. I almost fell down just so I could put them properly.

I looked around and the other guards were gone. But I still slowed down because I was afraid that they might just be looking around and I wouldn’t notice them.

I went through the living room where the other way to the garden was, because I knew that if I used the main door, I was sure they would catch me or perhaps there would be some guards left in there.

I looked at my phone which I did not forget because it is the only stuff I have now.

I didn't dial Luna's number. I will make sure I get out of this house first.

I was not mistaken when I saw another guard roaming and wandering around. I hid again, I didn’t know how I could get pass them.

I rolled my eyes around and looked for something that could help me. I also checked at the tall walls but I had no idea how to climb them.

I tried to walk to find a ladder that could be used. Fortunately, my body and foot steps are light so I don't have to worry because I'm sure they won't know that someone is walking around them.

I took a peek at my phone as I jog, I didn’t know how Luna could help me now, the only support I knew she could give was that she would hide me from Luke. Because she was the last person my husband would suspect.

“Fuck! Find her! She fooled us!” The voice growled from the front gate so my eyes widened and I stood up straight.

I panicked and didn’t know where to hide. If the guards checked me here, they would catch me.

I was worried as I dialed Luna's number.

Less than two rings she had already answered the call.

“You need to help me now. They will catch me.” My voice was full of anxiety. I don't want to stay in this place anymore.

"But how?"

I could not answer her question. This is what I think. How can she help me if she is in the province.

“Luke. Is Luke there?”

She was the one who could not speak now.

“If Luke is there tell him he needs to leave.”

It sounds dumb to send Luke home but that's the only way I know. If Luna shooed him, he will come back here in a bad mood and he will definitely call his guards. That would be a reason for the guards to panic even more and instead of finding me, they would think more about Luke's anger.

“Oh okay. What do I do next then?”

I heard the crackle in her background, she looked like she was on the move as well. I continued to stride and took a deep breath as I continued to check for the ladder.

“Just text me when he gets home. Also, I just want to tell you that you can't stay in that house anymore. If Luke continues to follow you, it will not be impossible for him to see me too.”

"How can I leave this house, I have no money for your expected house." I could hear her irritable voice.

"Let's just talk about everything when I escape here. Make Luke leave." I turned off the phone and walked up to the ladder.

I glanced at the guards again and no one seemed to notice that I was here.

I hurried into action, I leaned the ladder against the wall and made sure it would not fall.

"Did you see her?"

I was about to climb the wall when I heard a voice approaching me. I accelerated my action even though my heart seemed to be removed from me. I don’t have to think because every minute now is important.

"Nothing," replied a guard.

“Check the whole mansion inside and out! You! Go to the garden! You are all fools!”

When I heard the word "garden", I almost fell in shock, the stairs also fell down but I was so thankful that I was already holding my hand on the wall. I looked at the hurried guards coming towards me. They haven't seen me yet.

I put my foot against the wall so I could fix myself. I’m still struggling because this is the first time I’ve done this.

I was devastated to see how high the outside of the wall was.

I looked at the guards and saw that they were also in a hurry to walk.

“Fuck! Hey! Stop!”

When I heard the voice of one of them, I closed my eyes and jumped. I will no longer think if I get wounds or if I will have broken bones.

"Shit!" I cursed.

I was not mistaken that I would have wounds. I looked up and saw the heads of the guards. My heart pounded and I tried to stand up despite the difficulty.

I looked at my phone which spewed out as well. Even though I was having a hard time walking I still tried.

“Faster! Move!” I whispered to myself. I took the pain of my body and hurried.

Gradually, I calmed myself down and remembered what could have happened to me if I hadn’t had the courage.

I prayed that a car or at least a taxi would come.

I looked at the guards and noticed that they were about to jump.

I closed my eyes because I knew they would catch up with me.

But I opened my eyes again with a car parked in front of me now.

“Hurry. Jump in.”
