It's been three months since that party night. Everything was bliss for Nora since then. There wasn't any night Zanvil didn't make love to her. Her bump was now full. Zanvil took care of her every demand, mood swings and food cravings. He came home early and spent time with her. He took her to movies and dinner dates. She was so happy. They were very happy. But deep down in Nora's heart she knew her due date was coming and she feared it. She knew everything would be finished. She had only one regret and that is Zanvil never told her that he loved her. She wished he would tell her. It's not like she herself had told him about her own feelings. But still she hoped he would tell her soon.

It's a normal Saturday morning. Nora was still in the bed with her husband. Her love. Zanvil. They were both naked under the white sheets that are wrapped around them, covering their nakedness. She was resting her head on Zanvil's chest while Zanvil had his hands wrapped around her securely. Suddenly poked him and he groaned while burying his face in her neck. She sighed and then called him.

"Zan, wake up please."

"No, I want to sleep with you." He said and was nuzzling his nose in her neck while placing soft kisses on her neck and shoulder.

"Please I have something to ask you." She pleaded.

He raised his head and looked at her with a frown.

"What is it?"

"Did you think of any name for our baby?" She asked him as she wrapped her hands around his neck.

Listening to her words he smiled.

"Why are you smiling? That means you-" she couldn't finish her sentence as he cut her off.

"Emerald"

"Huh? What?"

"I want to name our daughter Emerald" he said while caressing her face.

"Why?"

"Because that reminds me of your eyes. Emerald." He said as he kissed her softly on the lips. She kissed him back. When they broke the kiss she asked.

"What if it's a boy?"

"Then you chose the name. But I want a daughter like you." He said while looking at her eyes.

"But I want a boy like you with the same ocean blue eyes." She whined and buried her face in his chest. He laughed at her childishness.

"We could have known the gender if you wanted." He said as he pulled her on his lap.

"Nai, I want to keep it a surprise." She said with a smile and he smiled back.

"Found it." She exclaimed happily.

"What?"

"Our son's name"

"What is it?" He asked her while laughing at her antics.

"Zayn."

"Zayn?"

"Yes. Zanvil's son Zayn." She said as she looked at him with a happy face.

"Hmmm. I like it."

"Why won't you? After all, it's my choice." She said and stuck her tongue out at him childishly. He laughed and mumbled a that's true.

"Okay, now come and let us get showered then you have to eat." He said and didn't wait for her reply. Instead he carried her in his arms and took her in the washroom while ignoring all her protests.

Zanvil was feeding Nora while she sat beside him.

As usual she was throwing tantrums about the healthy food. He just shook his head in amusement.

"Why can't you let me eat some cakes instead and how about some yummy, creamy and cheesy pasta and some Nutella?" Nora asked dreamily. Thinking about the food her mouth watered.

"No. You need to eat some healthy food. It's for your own good." Zanvil said in a serious tone making Nora glare at him.

"I hate you. You always do that to me." She said with a glare while turning away from him.

"No you don't. Now, come on, finish the food then you can have some cake." Zanvil said smiling. Trying to coax his angry wife.

"Promise?" She asked but still didn't turn around.

"Yes, promise. Now come here."

"How about some Nutella and pasta?" Nora tried to bargain.

"No pasta. Only cake and Nutella." He said stubbornly.

"Okay. Then you can have the food. I don't want it." Nora stated stubbornly. She was angry that he wasn't letting her eat what she wants to but those boring healthy foods.

"Okay fine. Once you finish the food you can have whatever you want." Zanvil said while sighing. No Matter what he couldn't see her upset. Nora did a happy dance inside then turned around with a grin.

"Promise?" She asked while narrowing her eyes like she was looking at a culprit.

"Yes. Promise. Now eat." He commanded in a soft tone making Nora grin widely.

Nora took the food Zanvil offered and started eating.

Suddenly she let out a scream making Zanvil startled. He looked astonished but then he came back to his senses and rushed near her. He cupped her face as she was yelping in pain.

"Love, what happened? Please tell me." He pleaded worriedly.

"I-I think my water broke and blood is also coming. It's paining Zan." She said while crying. Zanvil quickly scoped her in his arms while calling for his driver.

"Zan, my baby." She whimpered

"Shh Love, please be strong. Nothing will happen. You both will be safe. I won't let anything happen to you." He said trying to reassure her but truth to behold he was himself quite afraid.

He quickly carried her in the car and they drove to the hospital. He quickly called his father and told him to come to the city hospital.

They reached the hospital and the nurse and ward boy were already waiting for them at the entrance as he had already called in the hospital. They quickly took her in the stretcher and headed inside. Zanvil was holding her hands when they took her in the OT.

Suddenly Zanvil froze when he heard Eleonora's voice.

"I love you, Zan. I love you a lot. Since the day I had met you b-but I never got the g-guts to confess to y-you." She said in a pained voice as the nurses took her in the OT room.
