"What should I wear Nick?" It was about 6pm and I was getting ready for my date with Nick. It was a chilly fall Friday and I was in my bedroom looking for what to wear.

"You really want to know my opinion baby?" He answered over the phone. Pervert.

"Nick, just get your mind out of the gutter for a split second! Jeez !" I told him rolling my eyes and he chuckled over the phone.

"I really can't help it around you Ariane..what can I say? You bring it out in me." "The date is in a few hours and if you told me where we're going, I would know

how to dress!"

"Wear anything red cara. You know what my favorite color is now. But you look good in anything you wear."

"Alright Nick. Let me dress up."

"Can't we FaceTime so I can see?" I could tell the idiot was smirking. "Nope! Sorry babe"

"Fine. My driver will pick you up in an hour. I'm waiting.."

"See you later!" I said and hung up so I could dress up. I was still looking for what to wear when Tammy knocked and came in.

"Getting ready for the second date?" She asked me and I nodded smiling.

"Can you help me pick what to wear?" I said and she helped me rummage through the heap of clothes Nick had bought for me. Still couldn't believe I had this many clothes though.

"Hey you seem awfully quiet. You okay?" I asked her as we kept going through the clothes.

"Yeah, Im okay. I'm just not liking this game we're playing anymore. Someone is gonna get hurt and I don't want it to be you. It's gonna get real messy soon Ari."

"What do you want me to do then? You just told me not to tell him!" I told her getting upset and sad about it.

"I know I did. I was just scared for us. He's a very powerful man and he can take everything from us. Especially this house, and you know how sentimental this house is." She said and I nodded. This was our only memory of our parents since they died.

"I know Tammy. What do you think we should do? All the money I've been paid is clearing up the debt to Harry. But I'm sure just a little more and we can leave the city and start afresh. What do you think?"

"I think it's a good idea. I've been working for Tyler as well and I've been saving up too. Maybe we should borrow money from him?"

"No..no way.. I can't ask him for that amount of money. Just about 2 more months

and I'm sure we can get out of here. Everything will be fine okay Tammy?" I told her giving her a hug.

"I'm supposed to take care of you! Stop being the bigger sister you dog!" She said in my hair and I laughed.

"Then find me something to wear girl!" I told her and she pushed me to my bed making me fall on the pillows.

"You got it bitch. You'll be a knockout.."

Tammy got me the cutest red top and a matching red skirt that I paired with gold stiletto heels. I threw on a long black jacket since I don't want to die from the cold!

I didn't know whether to pack a bag of clothes since we were spending the weekend together but I put my tooth brush and a few toiletries in my bag.

I was really excited!

Don't catch feelings girl! It's just business.. Yeah. Got it.

"You look so good Ri! Like damn I did a good job! Don't go get yourself pregnant okay? I love you but we don't have time for that, so make sure you use protection!"

"Oh my God, Tammy! You better confess on Sunday after church because you have the wildest thoughts!" I told her rolling my eyes and adjusting my makeup. "I'm serious girl. How would he be able to keep his hands off you? How has he

been able to keep his hands off you?"

"I would answer, but he just texted saying the driver is outside.. so I'll leave you to your crazy thoughts.."I told her grabbing my bag and giving her kiss on her cheek.

"Don't catch feelings okay? Love you always."

"Love you Baby T" I said slamming the door and stepping into the cold.

"Good Evening Miss Rodstein." Trey , his bodyguard greeted me as he escorted me to the car.

"Hey Trey. Call me Ariana or Ari okay?"

"Sure Miss Ariana." He said and I rolled my eyes and got into the vehicle.

"Mr DeMorgane is waiting for you." He told me as he settled in the front seat and we started driving off.

"Where is he?" I asked hoping he would tell me since his boss clearly didn't. "I'm not allowed to tell Miss."

"Aww why not?"

"He'd have my head on a platter for ruining his date.."

"But you're the one with skills in martial arts and killing people! He's got nothing on you Trey!" I encouraged him playfully.

"You have no idea how wrong you are miss Ariane. He's as strong as a bull." He said and the driver whose name is Nate agreed with him.

They might be right. He does look powerful and strong. About 30 minutes later, we pulled up at a seaport.

This guy better not be about to drown me cause...

Trey opened the door for me and walked me to a little house with a veranda by the side with a table and some chairs. As soon as I stood there, I could feel the heater on me.

Thank God there's a source of heat. "Thanks Trey."

"For nothing Miss. Have a good evening."

"You too, good night." I took a seat on one of the chairs after bidding him goodbye. There was a glass of wine and I took a sip of it.

As soon as I did that, it's like I could feel him. His presence. His scent. I just knew it was him. I looked up and there he was, looking all tall and handsome.

He was wearing a long grey coat over his grey suit.

Is he real? Like real real? Like Alive?

How can somebody be so handsome?

He put his hand out and helped me out of my chair. He pulled me closer so my hands were on his chest and his were round my waist. Despite my heels, he was still taller than me. He just kept staring at my face for a whole minute while I did the same to his. When we were both done, I decided to speak "Hi."

"That's it? That's all you're gonna say ?" He asked with a small smiling on his lips and I cracked a smile as well.

"Yeahh..what else should I say?" I asked jokingly and taking in his scent. I tiptoed a little so my nose was in his neck so I could get it properly. I felt him pull me even closer to him.

I got back to my senses and pulled away only to be crushed in a hard kiss. I couldn't help but kiss back because a girl doesn't have any resistance when it comes to this man!

"I was gonna wait till dinner to devour your lips but you drive me fucking crazy Ariane.."

"Y-you have lipstick on your lips.."I said still in a daze. He closed his eyes and took out a handkerchief and wiped it.

"Common, the yatch is waiting. Let's go."

"Yatch? It's cold!" I told him with a pout and he chuckled. "Don't worry baby. I'll keep you warm. Do you trust me?"

"With my life." I told him without hesitation and he grinned. "Let's go then." I took

his hand and he led me to his yatch.

My mouth was wide open when I saw it. 2 tings in my mind; First, this guy is unnecessarily rich.

Second, he's stupidly unnecessarily rich.

"I-is this yours?" I asked him once we got in and were much warmer.

"Yep. You seem so fascinated by luxury. Doesn't Harry spoil you a lot ?" He asked and my eyes widened.

"Uhh.. no. Harry's money is his money and I don't like taking advantage.." I told him as we got comfortable in warm area.

"Oh. Not many people are like that..they would have used that as an excuse to have all the finest things in life.."

"Yeah, well I'm not like that."

"That's amazing. I admire you a lot." I smiled at his comment and accepted the glass of champagne he handed over to me.

"Get comfortable will you? I'll just tell the sailor something." Nick said kissing my cheek. When he left I took the opportunity of glancing round the yatch. It was so big and beautiful. I took off my jacket since the heater was on and I didn't want to get too hot.

"Alright I'm back—" he said but cut himself off. I turned around to face him and he looked like he had seen a siren. His eyes were widened and he licked his lips.

"Wow.. Umm.. wow" he said gazing at me up and down repeatedly as if trying to memorize every part of me.

I smiled in what I thought was seductively.

"You like my outfit?" I asked him coming closer to where he was standing and helping him take his jacket and his suit jacket leaving him in just his white shirt and tie.He just stood still and said nothing still looking at me.

"Are you gonna be silent all night? Are you that star struck?" I asked jokingly pinching him and moving away to put his coat where mine was when he held my elbow.

"Do you" he closed his eyes and opened them again "have any idea what I can do to you?" He asked and I smiled. Where the courage came from, I have no idea.

Maybe it was the alcohol making me a little bolder.

I got out of his hold and walked away swaying my hips a little more and took a seat at the table for two. I took another sip of my champagne. He soon walked towards me and took a seat opposite me.

"Tell me Nick" I asked taking another sip of champagne. I think I'm getting a bit tipsy..

He took my glass from me and looked at me for a while before drinking the rest of

the champagne in a gulp.

"Trust me. Trust me completely when I tell you, you don't wanna know Ariane." He told me and a waiter brought out food for us.

"What did you order ?"

"Potatoes, fish and chips." The waiter opened the dishes and it looked and smelled so good. I silently said Grace before Meals and took a bite of the food. I knew he was watching and decided not to tease him further.

"I wanna know Nick." I told him going back to our previous conversation. He looked at me from under his eyelashes and smirked.

"It definitely involves no clothing, but I'm sure you already knew that. How do you like your food?" He asked as casually as ever taking a bite out of his food.

"Lovely. What's for dessert?" I asked trying to forget what he said about no clothes.

"Oysters and lemon."

"That's not traditional dessert. It's usually Ice cream or cake, why oysters?" I asked him as I drank a glass of water trying to get the alcohol out of my system.

"Because it increases libido." He answered and I choked on my water almost spitting it out with my eyes widened. I looked at him like he had grown a second head and he just kept eating like he had said nothing strange.

"Any problem baby?" He asked looking up from his plate.

"Nothing . Nothing at all.." I told him after my coughing fit was over. He laughed and then we continued eating. The oysters were brought and they were as delicious as the word. He actually fed them to me since I didn't want to touch them.

They looked a bit scary.

After that he took off my shoes and gave me a little massage.

"Oh my God, you really have magic hands Nick. Thank you." I told him when he was done and he looked up at me from under his lashes and shook his head grinning.

He's been smiling a lot and I like it. He doesn't usually show his white teeth but I'm glad he's doing it now.

"What? Why are you smiling?"

"Because there's always a sexual meaning behind everything you say. And I don't want to be the pervert you always call me but it's so hard. You're so innocent." He said and I thought of what I said again and almost smacked myself. I'll filter what I say from now on.

"Sorry about that.."

"No problem at all baby. I like you like that .." he told me kissing me softly on my lips. It was so soft I almost didn't feel it. He was usually very demanding with his kisses but this one seemed different. He pulled back and looked at me. We were under the stars and it was like a scene from a movie.

"Your birthday is coming soon. What do you want to do?" "You remembered? Wow.."

"Of course. It's hard to forget anything about you.." He's the sweetest really! Swoon!

"Um, I don't know.. talk about it later? I'm enjoying this moment." I told him and he wrapped his arms tighter around me.

"Okay." He told me kissing my hair. After a while he said "Hey cara?" "Yeah?"

"Be my girlfriend?"
