Garden Of Roses.

Amelia

"Mom enough", I said to her with unhappiness.

" You haven't answered my question young lady", she said.

"I came to see..", I turned around to see the expression on Dimitro face but swallow my word back when I saw he wasn't here," He's still as fast as ever when leaving, though it's strange", I said silently.

"Mom lets go home, I didn't go in okay, I just filled my eyes", I lied to avoid any more questions.

Mom kept talking and talking when we got home, she also involved dad but I got surprised that dad didn't support me as usual, he called the house cursed but what they didn't know was that the castle they called cursed its exactly the very place I found someone I liked but telling them about it was a bad idea.

After the whole thing, I went to my room, took my bath, wore my night wears and fell on my bed tired.

" I actually enjoyed my evening with him, it was worth it but mom spoilt it for me, I didn't even get to hug him or bid good night properly. I hope to see him tomorrow, before taking the taxi to school."

I heard a knock on my window, at first I got so scared, no one has ever come to see me through the window, I had to be alerted should in case anything take place but when I opened it and saw his face, I wasn't scared anymore.

He came in, " What are you doing and I don't remember me showing you my house", I said to him wearing a surprising look.

"Am sorry I came without informing you, the wall has ears so I got your address from them", he said.

" You good with lines, hope you know that", I said to him.

"I just find out tonight".

" Am sorry for what my mom said earlier", I apologize on my mom's behalf.

"No, don't apologize, am not angry, every parent is always protective of their children and I understand that part very well." I felt at ease when he said this.

" Thank you Dimitro for understanding".

"Hope you are not disappointing me tomorrow, like I said earlier today, I have something to show tomorrow after you back from school".

" I can't miss it for anything okay, am feeling sleepy already", I yawned.

"Sleeping beauty, you can have your rest, I would love to watch you sleep before leaving".

I felt special when he said this, I was comfortable with his presence, then I slept off.

In the morning, mom was already in my room, I got afraid, what if she saw Dimitro.

" Good morning pumpkin, you don't wish to be late today for school,".

" Mom, I hate it when you treat me like a kid, am 19 mom, and not a kid", I said raising my left eyebrow.

"Even if you are 80, you are still my child okay, why did you open your window dear?".

"Just had a view that's why", I lied.

I got ready for school, as usual, walked pass the castle seeing Dimitro smiling at me, I waved at him, I can't wait for tonight.

Dimitro

I had quality time with her today, her mom is beautiful also, now I know where she got her beauty from, I left when I read her mother look on her face but she didn't see me.

I listened to their conversation with my vampire hearing from a distance.

I followed them home without been seen, I located her window so I knocked at her window and she opened it, I got in but she was so shocked to see me, she asked questions which the answers I gave made her blush.

I just wished to know she will come over tomorrow after school, she gave me her word.

She got dizzy and I told her I would watch her sleep.

She fell asleep, I couldn't stop admiring her while she slept, I know we can't be together but I will make every moment count with the little opportunity I have in this world.

I didn't sleep at all, I watched her sleep till morning when I heard her mom's footsteps, I kissed her forehead and left.

I stood outside the castle, she passed as usual and waved at me smiling.

" I just can't wait to take her their today, maybe I can admit what I have for her while I still can, I know very soon I won't be able to come back here and am angry she will be hurt at the end. I met her in my dream before seeing her in reality, I can't avoid her, I can't stop loving her", I told myself.

Amelia

At school, the mean girls started a fight with us the starlight, it almost resulted into something else, that was when we heard the school bell for the next class.

"Mean girls, when next we see you three alone, we would teach you a lesson you would never forget".

After class, Chloe and Sofia pest my life to tell them everything that happened during dinner yesterday with Dimitro.

" Please tell us about it", Sofia said.

"He should host a party you know, maybe his cousins or friends might be cute and we can just hook up together", Chloe said.

" Oh really, what about Nicolas? hum", I asked her.

"Just a friend with benefit", Chloe replied.

" Such a spoilt girl".I said to her

I told them everything and they seem excited and wanted me to take them along to meet him today but I disagreed.

I got to the castle and he ordered a taxi for us to go to the place he had in mind to show me.

Immediately we got there, a wow escaped my lips, "Wow, the garden of flowers I love it here".

Dimitro

I felt happy seeing her expression of joy written all over her face.

She picked the flower my dad gave to Lina as a surprise. The teenage kid around the garden played a soft tone with the piano.

"Can I have this dance", I asked her and she agreed.

We started dancing when I said, "You such a good dancer".

" Thanks, I love it here, I appreciate you for bringing me here", she replied.

"My father sometimes visit this garden with his first love, I decided to bring you here because you owe my heart".

She stopped dancing, I can see her shyness.

" Am in love with you Amelia, I know our love can't last long but let's make the best out of each moment's privilege to us".

"I feel the same way Dimitro".

Being with her, I forgot about my demon side of being a vampire, I forget everything else, all that was with me was her in my world right now, the world of affection between us.

I got lost in thought as I planted a kiss on her lips, she responded but our eyes were closed.

When we opened them, she got frightened, I assumed she was angry for rushing things with her.

" Am sorry, I couldn't hold myself".

"Not angry Dimitro, I got scared seeing this, have never seen a moon as red as this", she pointed.

I turned to the direction in the sky she pointed," The Red Moon, this is a bad sign and not good at all, it means war will welcome us soon when the red moon comes fully, we can't escape the blood bath", I said silently.

" What did you say", she asked.

"Let's continue our dance and don't be scared, you have me".
