An MC who in the description says that He is only good at punching? Thats refreshing. Its a breathe of fresh air from all the scheming MC who has to be in every novel and somehow has to always have a big brain. Here? An MC who punches is Novel. (pun intended) I love how everyone is bashing the mc for being idiotic and being emotionally all over the place. He is transported to a place he has never been emidiatly witnessing a cults activities which aren't anything pleasant and then being forced to fight for his right to live. Anyone in a situation even similar to that would be the same. If you give the book a chance he starts to come to terms with what is happening in the second "book" and his character develops alot emotionally. I'd give the first "book" a 3/5 good world and writing quality but leaves character development needed. This problem becomes better in the second "book", so "book" 2 would get a 4/5 for me. Trying to give a good enough explanation without giving any spoilers. A novel of disappointment. A fool mc with a hero complex. He isn't even in his own world but want to protect the weak. An extremely stupid decision. The novel had potential but got ruined in 17 chapters. An immature idiotic mc who is 24 years old. Book has silly mc with hero complex, who defeat his enemy through power of friendship (probably). I didn't see any devouring, carnage and destruction, just mc solving quest upon quest or maybe it has a slow story and I didn't read that far. This seems to have been written by a fan of "He Who Fights With Monsters" with a similar system, powers, characters, and organizations. Unfortunately the author cannot write like Shirtaloon or whatever his name was, and delivered a piece of junk.It wouldn't be bad at all if the MC wasn't an immature idiot without self control. Any of us readers, placed in that situation, would act with dignitas rather than a jumping clown that can't control himself or his mouth. I don't find the MC funny, admirable, or relatable.It's like the author is trying to copy Jason Asano but lacks the skill and the character is wrecked.Kill the MC and write something based upon the world like "fights monsters" and I would want to read it.
