Chapter 1112: Chapter 1112

Jin felt his brain short-circuit where he couldn’t differentiate between reality and illusion anymore.

"Do you think that perhaps I’m actually already in the shower and having this dream sequence right now where you are saying some very unbelievable things?"

"This is very much the reality and you are not in the shower at the moment to relieve yourself."

His brow twitched hard. "D-Don’t keep repeating that word. I wasn’t going to imagine anything weird about you..."

Alix stared. "I can feel your reaction, you know?"

"...It isn’t th-that kind of a reaction."

"Sure it’s my first time, but I’m not so ignorant about these matters."

He said in a hoarse voice, "Y-You..are wrong-"

"So shall I conclude that the reaction is because you are thinking about somebody else?"

"Obviously not!! It’s because of the kiss-" he exclaimed at first and then immediately zipped his lips shut.

Jin took a deep breath and tried to act composed. "You don’t have to think too much about it. This trip is o-only for sightseeing..."

Alix arched her brow. "Doesn’t seeing my body also count as sightseeing

He almost stumbled right on the bed itself and swore he was just moments away from getting a heart attack. Dumbfounded felt too light of a word to express his feelings.

Not that kind of sightseeing I was talking about!

"I’m not sure who is the drunk between us today..."

"I sure am not," Alix said. "I think..."

She cupped his cheek and tilted her head, "I haven’t felt so sober before."

"Aahhhh..." his head collapsed in the nape of her neck, defeated.

Jin breathed in her scent, still leaning into the warm curve of her neck. He couldn’t bring himself to move. His heart was hammering too hard and his skin burned from every point of contact. Her fingers were still on his cheek, cool and calming, yet dangerously close to his lips.

Almost like an afterthought, she murmured, "I’m not doing this to play with you."

He slowly lifted his head, eyes meeting hers. Her gaze was steady, bold and unwavering. There was a glint in them he hadn’t seen before.

"Last night, you said I scare you at times. But you scare me too, you know," he admitted.

"You are a wildcard. I’ve never been able to prepare myself when it comes to you..."

A faint smirk tugged at her lips as she traced her thumb along his jawline. "It’s fun when things hit you unguarded at times. You have done that to me many times so don’t act innocent."

His fingers found his way to her cheeks without thought, brushing over the locks of her hair.

"You are not drunk," he whispered.

"And I’m not dreaming."

He let out a shaky breath. "Then kiss me again please. Because I want to be sure."

Alix lifted her head, placing a firm kiss on his lips. He closed his eyes, allowing his tense shoulders to drop and melt in her warm kiss. He positioned on top of her while letting his tongue trace the curve of her lips. It was so downright intoxicating that he felt even the strongest liquor was merely a child’s play before her.

First came off the jacket he had wrapped around her, then the sleeve of her dress that he was slowly began to slide off her shoulders and chest.

"Forgot what?" He raised his head questioningly after dipping a string of kisses on her shoulder.

"Didn’t your Grandpa give them to you for exactly this kind of atmosphere?"

"H-How...do you know about those wretched handcuffs!"

She frowned. "Sometimes I feel you underestimate my intelligence. You looked so panicked the first day after I returned from my shower. You were unpacking, right? I smelled that you hid something from me so I checked the bags again."

He felt he had no face to show anymore.

"Please...ignore the handcuffs. Grandpa was just kidding around," he nervously and brokenly chuckled.

"What do you mean? I liked the handcuffs. Very classy. Your grandfather has a good taste."

"You wanted to...use them?"

Her eyes squinted. "I feel very tempted to use them on you while I tease you with all sorts of gestures. For example..."

Alix unbuttoned his shirt by two buttons, revealing a wider area of his chest. As her index finger traced along the length, she felt a shiver.

"It would have been amusing to see a helpless princess helpless."

"You would have been the death of me if those cuffs were here," he said, intaking a sharp breath.

"Yeah, death is kind of in my resume skills," she shrugged, casually hinting at the past deeds she had done.

Jin frowned heavily and slightly squeezed her jaw. "You will not talk about sad things anymore. More than death, it’s rizz that should be the highlight of your resume."

She cocked her brow up. "Rizz, huh?"

"Don’t act innocent. You seduce people left and right. The kids follow you like you are a Goddess, which you definitely are, but it’s because you are so damn cool."

He then mumbled. "I want you to be cool only for me..."

Alix felt she saw imaginary rabbit ears on his head dropping down in sadness. ᴛhis chapter is ᴜpdated by NoveIFire.net

"Hmm, you are bringing my wolf side out," she rubbed her chin.

His brow twitched. "I think it’s high time I rectify the misunderstanding about our positions."

Alix pulled him closer and whispered, undoing the third button off his shirt. "How?"

From her dress he had partially slid off, his hand reached inside, his palm greeting a softness he had only imagined touching in his dreams countless times. He gave it a light squeeze, making her catch her breath.

"You are not the only one who can make a mess of me," he bent, biting her clavicle and his thigh pressing her waist against his.

He then undid the rest of the buttons, sliding off his shirt and baring his handsome chest with a gaze that nowhere seemed like a helpless rabbit.

"I can be as predatory as you."
