Cassandra Jilonan ...

She rubbed her own chest. There was some knife that cut it that caused the pain. Cassandra knew that from the very beginning she would only be the second woman in Jethro's life, second to his fiancé. From the beginning, she had no intention of staying in his life. Her only original purpose was to immerse herself in his life to prevent his marriage and not to sell the land full of memories of her. Using Jethro she also wants to divert attention to forget the stupid ex but as time went on she did not expect another emotion to emerge in her heart. She is now starting to care for the man. She is starting to get hurt and be happy when it hurts and sees it. Sometimes she even forgets the plans while sharing them in hugs and kisses. Cassandra is slowly attached to Jethro and as soon as they were together her feelings revived only to Julius. She is starting to like Jethro with no grounds at all. Even with the news she heard about the man's personality, she seemed to want to get closer to it. She wanted to know Jethro's life. That was not part of her original plan but she knew it was the right thing to do. She will not hide in the hacienda for the rest of her life so that Jethro can only visit her whenever she needs it. She wants to get to know the man personally, she wants to get to know him better and know the true story of his life.

It was unthinkable for Cassandra to stumble upon a rock. She would have almost fallen if she had not been balanced. Cassandra just sat down. She seemed to have lost her appetite for walking, her mind flying at the conversation she and Jillian had earlier. Now that Cassandra has told her mother everything and explained it properly there is no reason for her to hold back. It was time for her to expose herself to the spotlight. It’s time for her to make a scene where she will be Jethro's heroine. She will make her grand entrance and she will never bounce back from what other people have to say.

She was ready to hang out with the man. She knew that her mother and brother would be dragged into the mud by what she did, she also knew that this would be the reason for them to live well in the hacienda and all the peasants living in the Hacie de Silvestre. If it is not enough reason the deal she signed with Camp Move-On is still there. She does all this to make up for Julius and her pain. Even though she was slowly forgetting Julius because of Jethro she still had the pain it left in her heart. More importantly, she wants to make Jillian look like Jethro is not loyal to her. Like what she said, all men are not loyal, because if Jethro is loyal it will not bite her.

Cassandra's doing this for three major reasons. The land, the heartbreak she felt, to wake the woman up. And if there is a fourth reason, it seems that she wants to replace Jillian as the bride in the impending marriage.

Jethro Silvestre ...

What he hated most about Jillian was she’s demanding. One of the things that can turn him off is the women who want to tie him around the neck. Even though he said that Jillian did not care what he was going to do, her attribution was still there, especially when it came to their marriage. He knows the woman only wanted to tie with him for wealth but why does she seem to want to tie him around his neck like a dog. Much hateful is what it does to facilitate their marriage. Sometimes it's funny to ignore her but mostly it's annoying.

He found the woman standing on the side of his Porsche. It raised an eyebrow at seeing him. As expected of her, there was Jillian's bossiness. As far as he remembered there was no time that it did not give him another headache. And judging from the urgency it sounded on the phone, he was sure that its bad news would bring another bad news.

Honestly during the three months they first met Jillian they only talked three times. "I told Tito to move our wedding." Hiseyebrows disappeared along the line.

"I bet you would possibly say that." He smiled at it.

"That's first. First time you smiled at what I told you."

"I had my idea first about moving the wedding before you could possibly spit it to my family. Dad granted me a request after I impressed that developer."

"I know but I think you got the wrong idea when I said moving the wedding. You might actually confirm what you requested when you get home. Jethro was left anguish. He pulled his hair very hard. He let the blood flow to his palms as he kicked the tire of his car.

He hates his father so much. He hated his father to the point he wanted to kill him. He hates his father because of controlling his life. And what annoys him the most is deciding it for him. If it isn't for his mother's sake he has been away for a long time and most probably he will include Cassandra. He wanted to take the girl with them so they could stay away and live in peace.

Probably he could do that. He can let the girl stay in his condo unit but of course his only problem would be his Mom. It seems to ignore all the coldness of the husband and still want to stay in the mansion.

The next time he and Cassandra meet, that will be the first thing he offers to her. He knows that she will not refuse, especially since the land will be sold, so it needs to be relocated now. But for now he has to go home to the mansion first. He will confront his father; the wedding cannot be next month. He is not ready yet. He still has a lot to do. And one of those is to make sure Cassandra will live under his care. He will never allow the woman to get away from him; there is no reason for him to marry Jillian so that he does not meet Cassandra because for the first time in his life he was only now visited by sanity.
