Chapter 228: Chapter 228

Chapter 230 You two are still in the cold war

At Swiss Entertainment, Dimitri looked at himself in the mirror and was not satisfied. "This hairstyle doesn't suit my clothes." He said.

He pulled the edge of his clothes and looked himself.

He heard the breeze of the road, Linda was annoyed, but she could not bear to cajole others. "Dimitri, don't waste your time. Listen to the design arrangement. The press conference is about to begin."

"So why change the design today? On weekdays, it was specially prepared for me, but now it has been taken away by others, which is unacceptable." Dimitri pulled the seat close to her and continued to be restless.

The phone rang on the table, and Linda was saved by that. She leave her nagging artist and relieved her headache even for a few minutes.

"Elly?" She connected with Elly on the phone and was not afraid of the presence of Dimitri.

"Are you free this afternoon? How about afternoon tea?"

Linda laughed heartily and promised not to hesitate. "Okay, tell me the address of the teahouse. See you this afternoon."

She didn't notice that Dimitri heard the conversation and tried to glance at the address on the text message.

Linda finished her work and went to the rendezvous point, but she did not find anyone was following her.

"How are things going with Secretary Gerald recently?" Elly asked her curiously about her recent love story. "According to Alex, you two are still in the cold war."

"Oh, forget it." Linda, with her chin propped up. She looked at the smoking teacup in front of her.

Elly sincerely put forward her opinions.

Before Linda answered, she saw Dimitri pushing the door in and looked around like he was looking for someone. As soon as he saw her face, he was really surprised.

"Manager Lin, what a coincidence."

Linda was surprised. After all, the relationship between the two of them was good, and she had no doubts. "It seems that the tea here is very delicious, so everyone chooses to drink afternoon tea here."

"It could also be fate." Dimmitri blinked, and he looked at Elly and pretended not to be used to it. "Who is she?"

She heard his reminder, Linda introduced Elly politely. "This is Elly, my classmate when I studied abroad. Elly, this is Dimitri, the artist I manage."

Elly glanced at Dimitri, and she frowned to remind him that she had met him in front of the company. He still have his coat. Can he forget her face so soon?

Instead of letting Elly ask questions in time, Linda's phone rang and it was from the company. Linda said hurriedly after she what happened. "I'm sorry, something happened at the company. I have to go first and I'll make it up to you another day."

"What happened? Is it serious?" Elly asked anxiously when she saw that her friend looked very pale.

"I'll take care of it. Don't worry."

Linda walked quickly out the door, Dimitri did not leave, but sat opposite to Elly. She looked at him with a frown. "Aren't you going back to the office?"

Instead of being embarrassed by her frankness, he smiled softly. "I'm a gentleman. I can't let a lonely beauty woman drink alone."

Elly's mouth flashed open and asked sincerely. "Are you really the one I met? Two personalities?" She remembered that the man who sent the coat was so sensible that it was easy to speak and act.

"Miss Elly you're joking. You are a friend of Ms Linda. Next, I want to take you home."

"Thank you. But no." Elly didn't know what kind of person he was, but she began to suspect him. He pretended not to know her in front of Linda, and now he wanted to take her home. She didn't like this hypocritical two-sided behavior very much.

But when she thought of Linda's face, she just politely refused.

When Elly got up, Dimitri held her wrist and whispered slightly. "Do you misunderstand me?"

Elly pulled her wrist back and frowned. "Mr. Dimitri, you crossed the line. We just met by chance by passers-by, not enough to make these gestures."

She put the money on the table and went out decisively. Dimitri followed her and showed it affectionately in his voice. "Even if you refuse, I'll either walk you to the car or to your home."

In the face of his inexplicable persistence, Elly ignored it angrily. She didn't know that Michelangelo took a picture of two people were talking and holding hands at the corner of the teahouse.

Elly stood at the door of the teahouse, she came against the wind and wave her hand to call a taxi.

A black jeep was parked in front of her, and Elly's gloomy face soon disappeared.

Under the puzzled eyes of Dimitri, Mr Harold got out of the car, he opened the back door and bowed his head respectfully. "Miss, Mr. Alex asked me to pick you up."

An hour later, Elly announced her position, and warned that Dimitri was not accessible to anyone.

Elly didn't mind his gray face and hurriedly got on the black jeep. Mr. Harold closed the door, and passed by Dimitri. He threw a contemptuous look at him, then went around to the driver's seat and started the car to leave.

Dimitri watched the black car leave, his hand clenched on the side. Not to be outdone, he looked at the flow of people on the road and turned his eyes to the corner of the wall. "Come here."

A ragged man appeared, he was wearing a long tongue hat and sunglasses with a camera in his hand. "The picture was not good, only a few good photos, but it's kind of blurry. Taking pictures in public won't attract his attention. You are really hard for me to accept."

Dimitri took the camera and looked at the picture for a long time, and finally a smile showed in the corners of his mouth and laughed.

"I need this sense of ambiguity." He was so obvious that he would put on airs.

Dimitri returned the camera to Achilles with a warning in his eyes. "I think you know what to do next."

Spielberg asked hesitantly in his voice. "Mr. Dimitri, this girl is Alex's. Aren't you afraid of his revenge? I heard that no one dared to insult him or touch him."

"This is a secret photo taken by fans. I can't help it." Dimitri shrugs his innocent shoulders. "Is it a sin, dear fans?"

The two look at each other and sneak a peek.

At the same time, Linda rushed back to the company and asked another manager. "What happened?"

The manager, a chubby middle-aged man, gasped and pointed to the female artist who was squatting by the wall. "Is this the artist you led? Is that the woman who dares to quarrel with the other artist?"

Linda looked at her artist stupidly and asked questions inexplicably. "Any problems? The girl is good-natured. How can she argue with her hostess?"

The little female artist bowed her head and admitted. "I didn't do it on purpose, but the director asked me to act and slap the artist with the greatest strength. I just want to make it more real."

"Listen, don't listen to what your people have to say." The fat manager jumped up angrily. "Are you stupid? Do you know who that woman is? Is the battle required to go all out?"

Linda was still willing to believe in her artist that she leads, and of course she would defend her. "I'll take care of it, sir. Don't worry."

The manager in here was humiliated and furious with Linda. She felt so dizzy when she found a text message from Elly on her phone.

"I'm on the way home. There's only one problem with Dimitri."
