Laying on the hospital bed Orni was closing her eyes. Shivansh was sitting beside her head holding one of her hands. Anxiety was written all over his face seeing Orni in this hospital bed for the second time. He still remembers the day when he found Orni near the river bank.

Orni was hospitalised instantly and various types of tests were run on her by the doctor. Srilekha and Sanjay broke down after knowing that Orni had severe kidney disease. It was all the outcome of drug abuse by VR. Nobody realized that those harmful drugs will have long-term effects on Orni's body. The doctor hasn't concluded yet how severe is Orni's situation. But, Sanjay & Srilekha already guessed that their daughter is in danger.

" Bhaiya," Orni called opening her eyes.

Shivansh touched her face affectionately when she asked," Where is Roman & Rion?"

" They are with your mother. Don't worry," Shivansh replied smiling.

Orni asked further," What happened to me?"

Shivansh knew that Orni will break down after knowing about her health situation. So, he decided to hide this from her.

" Nothing. You will be fine. It's just you weren't eating properly," Shivansh assured smiling but the stiffness in him said something else that Orni understood.

Then he said kissing her head," You need to take rest for some time. Now, sleep."

Orni closed her eyes like an obedient child but a few moments later she opened them and looked at his sorrowful eyes. He couldn't hide the distress anymore.

" Are you ok, bhaiya? Is everything alright with Ms Niyati?" Orni asked.

He answered forcing a smile on his face," Everything is fine. She forgave me."

" Then?" Orni asked raising one of her brows.

Letting out a breath Shivansh replied," Then, she said she can never accept me back. Forgiveness is the only thing I can get from her. That's it."

After that, it was silence between them. Orni wasn't finding any words to say while Shivansh was drowned in his own grief. Orni was hurt to see him like that. She felt like she needs to do something for him. After all, he did so much for him.

" Take rest. I will be back," Saying that Shivansh left her hurriedly and Orni made up her mind that she will do something to bring a smile to her brother's face.

" Don't bother granny until I am back. Is it clear?" Orni asked the boys.

They nodded their heads gently. Orni signalled her mother to take them outside. Roman & Rion were breaking everything in the house to meet Orni. They were crying for their mother. They were desperate to see if their mother was alright. Having no other choices Srilekha had to bring them to the hospital.

" You will eat food specifically milk without putting any tantrums," Orni told her kids when they hugged her tightly.

Realising their feelings Orni said kissing their cheeks," I will be back. There is nothing to worry about, my baby bears."

Orni looked at her mother who was already looking at her with teary eyes. Srilekha's eyes were red and her whole face was pale. Orni can feel how worried she is about her.

" Ma.....Don't worry. I will be back," Orni assured holding her mother's hand.

Srilekha answered back," I know you will be back in my embrace."

Uttering those words Srilekha's voice trembled and then she left the hospital with the kids. The whole ride she just cried recalling her daughter's situation. She asked God why is He taking so many tests of Orni. When Orni will get a little bit of happiness in her life.

Orni was turning her head from one side to another and trying hard to sleep but sleep was far away from her eyes. She checked her phone again but except for disappointment, she got nothing. It's like the 50th time she checked her phone hoping for at least one text or call from Rudraksh. She was wondering why he didn't call her like every other day? Why Raksha didn't call her to talk to her?

The doctor gave her some painkillers and that's why the pain in her abdomen is gone. But, the uneasiness and the burn in her heart were increasing with the passing time. She was loving Rudraksh's uninterrupted attention on her. But, suddenly, this absence of him has started hurting her a lot. At this time, she needed him too beside her.

" Maybe he has forgotten me," Orni whispered looking outside through the window.

Her subconscious mocked her," You rejected him but still you want him to roam behind you like a puppy."

" Yeah!! What a stupid I am!! He is a mature man. He has other things to do also. Why would he care about me?" Orni mumbled before closing her eyes.

On the other hand, Rudraksh was sitting under a tree and looking at the moonlight. He noticed his phone screen and growled with frustration. The network was still blank.

Well, Rudraksh returned to his village home urgently because his father wasn't feeling good. Rudraksh rushed to his village with Raksha. It's not like he is avoiding Orni. Because of network issues, he couldn't contact her. Soon he will return to the city with his father and he can't wait to meet Orni again.

" I know you feel for me then what's stopping you from accepting my love," Rudraksh asked imagining Orni. Of course, he didn't get any response back.

He asked further," Do you know how much it hurt knowing that the person you love and want, doesn't want you back."

" God," Rudraksha said looking at the sky.

Then he requested helplessly," Make her understand that I love her truly. Give her strength to hear her heart. She loves me but she fears trusting me."

" Hey Lord, make her understand that I won't disappoint her. I will always be with her. In her happiness, in her sadness. Everywhere. She is like an Angel. Let me take care of this Angel," He pleaded to God.

Remembering Roman and Rion, he requested again," Let me take care of those little kids who are craving for a father just like Raksha craves for a mother. My heart bleeds whenever I look at those poor kids' eyes. They long for their father. Give me the chance to remove this longing from them. When Raksha was born I promised that I will be a good father. Let me prove it again."
