Note- The further court scene is completely fictional. Since I am not a lawyer I wrote whatever came to my mind. If you are a lawyer then please keep your knowledge to yourself. You may wonder why I put this type of note. Well, some readers are way too sensitive. They don't understand the difference between fiction and real life. To avoid any kind of bashing and unnecessary argument in the comment section I put this type of note.

Orni reached the court with Shivansh and Sanjay. Today is VR's trial. Orni didn't want to come since she doesn't even want to see VR's face but she has to. After all, she was the most miserable victim of VR. She is here to give statement against him.

The moment she came outside of the car a few people surrounded her car. They were VR aka Ranvijay's fans. They were protesting and demanding VR's bail. Orni got close to Shivansh noticing the angry looks on everyone. She knows how people are blaming her.

" She framed Ranvijay," A girl accused pointing her finger at Orni.

Another one mocked," I heard she has two children out of wedlock. You guys can assume what kind of cheap girl she is."

" She didn't bother opening her legs before marriage and now she is telling that Ranvijay raped her! What a slut!!" Orni heard someone yelling it in the crowd.

Orni's eyes watered instantly hearing all of them calling her dirty names. She hid herself in Shivansh's chest to avoid those angry hateful glares.

" Shut up and Let us go inside," Shivansh shouted trying to get past the crowd.

The protesters didn't leave Shivansh as well. They also threw some hateful words on his face. But, finally, Shivansh managed to enter the court by Rudraksh's interruption. He sent some police constables to help Shivansh.

Sitting inside the courtroom Orni was looking at her lap and fidgeting her fingers nervously. She doesn't know what's going to happen. She doesn't care what the court will decide. She just wants VR to never come back into her life.

" Don't be nervous," Shivansh assured holding one of her hands.

Very soon the judge took his respective place and ordered the lawyers to start the prosecution. VR was brought inside the courtroom and no sooner had Orni seen him than her whole face clouded with sudden tension. Though she noticed him properly he never looked at her. He was just looking at the ground silently.

" Your Honour, this man standing in the witness box is accused of murdering, attempting to murder, extortion, drug dealing, kidnapping, human trafficking and the most gruesome crime rape," Rudraksh said pointing his finger at VR whose eyes were glued on the floor.

Rudraksh continued," Before the encounter, he was already a most wanted criminal. He was accused of 13 murders, illegal drug dealing and even the prime suspect of bomb blasting in the xyz area. There were uncountable cases that were already charged against him."

Saying all these Rudraksh provided all the case details to the judge. Every proof and statement of the witnesses were attached to the files.

" This case is simple, your honour. He is already accused of innumerable crimes along with proof. He tried a lot to change his identity but we have strong proof that he is not Ranvijay Mehra. He is Vijendra Randhawa. The most wanted criminal. So, it's my request to puni.............."

This time VR's lawyer AJ Sinha interrupted," I object M'lord."

" Mr Joshi, you can request later. Let's see what the defence wants to say," the judge ordered Rudraksh.

Thanking the judge AJ Sinha started saying," Before we go to the part where Vijendra Randhawa became a gang leader I want to bring some matters to your attention. Let's just have a look at my client's upbringing."

Whisperers started echoing inside the whole courtroom. Orni shared an anxious look with her father and brother while VR was still looking at the floor.

" Order!! Order," The judge said stopping the whispers.

AJ Sinha started saying," My client Mr Ranvijay Mehra or we can say Vijendra Randhawa was just a teenager when his mother died. Since then he started living with his father Indrajit Randhawa. He was a womanizer and nonchalant towards his son. From the very first he was abusive towards his son who was just a child."

" I object your honour. A criminal's family background has no importance in this case," Rudraksh almost shouted.

AJ Sinha shot back with the same intensity," It has!! We need to know who made an innocent child a criminal. We need to know who was the mastermind behind all these crimes."

" Objection overruled," The judge said and Rudraksh sat back having no other choices.

Thanking the judge AJ Sinha continued," Indrajit Randhawa was a powerful man with a strong political background. He needed someone trustworthy to execute his all crimes. For this, he chose his own son. Indeed he sent his son to educational institutions but he made sure his son become a puppet of him. A cruel gang leader like VR wasn't born. He was made. Indrajit trained him to be a criminal. He used his son to murder and do other criminal activities. Indrajit Randhawa was the main culprit behind all these. Vijendra Randhawa was just following his father's orders out of fear. To prove my point I want to call the butler of Randhawa household."

" Request granted," the judge said and very soon an old man entered the court and stood in the witness box.

AJ Sinha started inquiring the old men," How many years you have worked for Indrajit Randhawa?"

" Since Indrajit married his first wife Komal. I have been in their household until young master Vijendra left his father's house," the old man replied.

AJ Sinha asked further," Can you enlighten us on how was Indrajit's behaviour with his son?"

" He hardly recognizes Vijendra as his son. He was abusive towards his son from the very first. He used to beat him, scare him on every single mistake. His abuses turned worse with the death of Vijendra's mother Komal. Vijendra refused to live according to his choice so he punished him by beating him mercilessly and burning his back with heated coal. At that time Vijendra was only 15. From that day Vijendra started fearing his father and living according to his choice. Though Vijendra separated from his father the fear was still inside him. Slowly he became a puppet of his own father," the old man narrated his whole perspective.

Then, AJ Sinha told the judge," Point to be noted, your honour. Just think your honour. A boy who has no emotional support and then constantly getting abused by his own father to become a criminal. What can be expected from him? To become a gentleman!! Our upbringing matters a lot, your honour. Whatever crimes he committed, everything was by Indrajit's order. He had no choice but to follow his master's aka his father's orders."

Again, whispers started echoing through the whole courtroom. Orni became nervous thinking that the court may declare VR innocent and he may return to her life again. She clutched Shivansh's hand tightly who was already fuming in rage by AJ Sinha's words.

" Then, what about the rape? This man constantly raped Ms Orni Patel. He kidnapped her, forcefully married her, drugged her and then raped her uncountable times. Did he commit all these heinous crimes by his father's order?" Rudraksh interrupted.

AJ Sinha replied chuckling," She was in a relationship with him. There is no evidence that he married her forcefully and raped her."

" In that case, I want to call some people who can confirm us about all these crimes of Vijendra Randhawa," Rudraksh asked for permission from the judge.

Soon the priest who was present in Orni & VR's marriage was called along with the doctor who used to treat Orni. Rudraksh questioned them and the truth came out. Rudraksh also presented some medical reports of Orni where it was clearly written that she was being drugged with heavy doses.

" Not only this your honour, this man who looks like a saint attempted to murder Shivansh Raichand. Because of his sob story he shouldn't get away without punishment," Rudraksh brought this matter in front of the judge and Shivansh confirmed it.

Shivansh also confirmed in what situation he found Orni. He narrated what the doctor told him about Orni's health situation.

All the proofs were against VR and Rudraksh demanded life imprisonment or the death penalty for VR but AJ Sinha defended VR every time. He blamed Indrajit for VR's situation. He blamed VR's upbringing behind his monstrous deeds. He requested the judge to free VR and let him live.

It was the time for the judge's decision and tension rose inside everyone. Specifically, inside Orni. She diverted her gaze at VR and found him still looking at the ground. Remorse, guilt and regrets were written all over his face but all these things didn't matter to Orni.

" After all the witnesses and evidence the court doesn't find Mr Vijendra Randhawa guilty of murder, drug dealing completely. But, he is found guilty of attempting to murder Shivansh Raichand and drugging & raping Orni Patel. So, he is sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for 30 years. The court is adjourned," The judge announced.

Orni's face fell along with her family members. They wanted the death penalty for VR but what they got. Sanjay was way too pissed off by the judge's decision.

" I tried guys but........" Rudraksh said but couldn't finish his sentence.

Shivansh answered clenching his jaw," I am feeling like killing that useless judge."

They were talking about the judge while Orni was just hearing everything silently. From inside she was angry. Not only about the judge's decision but also about VR's silence. Why didn't he confess? Didn't he tell her that he will confess his crimes?

VR was dragged by the police when Orni's eyes caught him. Without wasting another second she rushed towards him. Before he could understand anything she grabbed his collar tightly.

" Angel," he whispered but his face turned in another direction by her slap.

Orni screamed in his face," You deserve the death penalty."
