" What happened, baby? Why aren't you eating?" Shivansh asked Neela affectionately.

Neela answered looking down," I am not hungry."

Shivansh realized that something was wrong with Neela. She was looking so lost and sad.

" Why are you upset, baby?" Shivansh asked patting her head gently.

She answered," Papa, I am missing Daddy."

Hearing the word Daddy Shivansh clenched his jaw tightly. He knew whom she was talking about. She was talking about VR. No matter how much he tries to make her understand that he is her real father, she doesn't understand. Her Daddy is more important to her than anything else.

Since VR was sent to jail Neela can't meet her Daddy. After knowing VR's truth Niyati doesn't want her daughter around a criminal like VR. But, Neela's innocent mind doesn't understand the complicated situation of life. According to her, her mother scolded her Daddy and that's why her Daddy doesn't come to meet her. He is angry with everyone.

" Umm, what about Papa takes you.........." Shivansh's words were interrupted by Neela's yelling.

She demanded," I want Daddy. I want to draw pictures with Daddy."

Shivansh wasn't understanding what to say. He wasn't finding any words to convince her. He just continued looking at her with a sorrowful expression.

" You don't know anything," Neela screamed at Shivansh's face and ran towards Niyati's room with teary eyes.

Shivansh tried to follow Neela but stopped in the middle. He knew that she won't stop crying until Niyati returns from the office. Taking a deep breath he went to the balcony where he has been living for a few days.

He was thinking about the things happening in his life when he got a call from Advesh. No sooner had he received the call than Advesh gave him shocking news.

" VR escaped from jail," He informed Shivansh.

Gripping the phone tightly, Shivansh screamed," What were the police doing, huh? How can they let a vicious criminal like him escape from jail?"

" Where is that cunt now? Did the police get any news where he is now?" Shivansh inquired gritting his teeth.

Advesh answered," Not yet. But, they are searching for him."

" He is outside of the jail which means he will try to get Orni back. Advesh I need a whole damn police force for Orni's safety. Even if it requires money, I am ready to spend it. I promised to keep Orni safe. I can't let that bastard near Orni," Shivansh told Advesh sounding extremely concerned for Orni.

Advesh assured Shivansh," Don't worry. I will talk to the DCP of police regarding Orni's safety."

Inside a dark room, a man was sitting in front of a candle. He was burning some photos in the fire having an emotionless expression. In every photo, there was a little boy with a young man & woman.

Except for his slow breathing, nothing could be heard in the room while the candle was the only source of light in the whole room.

" It's hard to find Orni mam's location. Bhai, I am not understanding what to do next" Akash informed VR.

VR answered calmly," Orni will be with me very soon. You don't have to run your brain anymore."

Nodding his head, Akash asked," Today is your mother's death anniversary. Won't you do anything for the peace of her soul?"

" I stopped praying for her a long ago," VR responded chuckling.

Akash was silent but VR continued saying," I wish I was born into a normal family. To normal parents. I wish Indrajit and Komal weren't my parents."

" Suddenly, you are saying all these?" Akash asked.

VR replied staring at the flame with sorrowful eyes," Komal Randhawa. She poisoned my mind always about Choti ma while Indrajit Randhawa made me a monster. If my mother wanted she could make me a good person but she decided to leave me alone. At least, she could have left without poisoning my mind but she chose to leave me with immense hatred inside my heart."

" What a fool I was? My conscience also didn't let me understand that whatever I was doing was wrong!" He finished saying and then extinguished the fire with his fingers.

Akash didn't know what to say so he remained silent.

" Whatever happened I can't change it. But, I can change the future. Once I have Orni with me, I will make her forget every sorrow. I will love her so much that she will start believing that no one can love her like me," VR said like a delusional man sitting in the darkness.

Standing on the balcony Orni was looking outside and thinking about everything. She was thinking about what her father told her earlier. She doesn't know if she can fall in love again. She doesn't know if she can trust someone again. She was scared of falling in love again. Will she ever get someone who will treat her just like her parents' treat her? With love and affection.

" Instead of relying on someone else. You should make yourself stronger," A voice in her mind spoke.

She didn't know what to say or think anymore. So, she decided to jerk off these thoughts. Sighing slightly when she looked outside, she noticed that a few police constables were surrounding her house. She was wondering what were they doing here. She doesn't know yet that VR is out of jail now.

" Orni," Srilekha called from behind.

Turning behind Orni asked her mother," Ma, why are the police here?"

Srilekha knew the reason but didn't say anything because she doesn't want Orni to get scared. Shivansh has already alerted Srilekha and Sanjay about VR. Both of them were scared after hearing this news.

" I don't know either. Anyway, Shivansh came to meet you. He is waiting for you in the living room," Srilekha told her.

Orni asked confusingly," Bhai, at this hour?"

Seeing Srilekha silent Orni forwarded her legs to the living room. When she entered the room, instinctively she felt uneasy like something bad will happen. Her suspicion grew a little bit seeing Shivansh lowering his head having anxiety written all over his face.

Orni asked sitting in front of Shivansh," Bhai, you are here suddenly? Is everything alright?"

" Umm.....yeah. I just wanted to take you and the kids outside. A week before Roman & Rion were nagging to take them for vacation," Shivansh answered stealing glances from Orni. He wasn't meeting her eyes at all.

Noticing the uneasiness in him, she asked again," Bhaiya, are you alright? Did something happen between you and Ms Niyati again?"

" No, Orni. Everything is alright. Don't waste time. Get ready with the kids. I will take you outside," Shivansh answered.

Orni tried to refuse but since Shivansh was insisting too much, she agreed with him. Moreover, the kids will be happy. They have been demanding a vacation for a long time.

" Ok, bhaiya. Wait here. I will be back," Orni said returning to her room while Shivansh hid his teary eyes with the back of his hand.
