" Papa, please. Open your eyes. What happened to you?" Orni cried out touching her father's face.

Sanjay's eyes turned white completely and Orni screamed panicking," Papa, no. Please. Don't leave me. Wake up. Don't leave me alone with this beast."

Sanjay's body was still shaking when Orni yelled looking at VR," He needs to be hospitalised."

" So what! One day he will die anyway so why not today. Moreover, I am not going to waste my money on a person who thinks low about my mother," VR answered normally and Orni looked at him in disbelief.

She pleaded joining her hands in front of him," please, save him. He is my father. I can't lose him."

VR didn't say anything when Orni held his legs tightly. She started hiccupping non-stop and tried to say something but no word came out of her mouth. With every passing second, Orni was getting more nervous and scared for her father. She doesn't know what will she do if she fails to save her father. Her burned skin was paining like hell but she didn't even hiss because her whole mind is now occupied by her father.

On the other hand, VR was emotionless. He looked downwards and found her begging for her father's life. Looking at her pathetic condition he didn't feel anything because she played with his feelings which led to immense hatred for her inside his mind.

" Please," That's what Orni could utter and with a jerk, she fell to another side.

Pointing his finger at Sanjay, VR accused her," You know what you are responsible for your father's condition."

" Me?" Orni questioned blinking her eyes and having a dumbfounded expression.

VR replied leaning to her level," Yes, you. If you didn't decide to involve the police then your father's miserable condition could be avoided. You are only responsible for his condition. After raising you for 16 years with love and affection that's how you decided to repay him!! You are the worst daughter of this century. Tsk.....tsk....tsk....poor man..... I pity him."

Diverting her gaze at Sanjay, Orni burst into hysterical sobs and started shaking Sanjay's body. VR's words just sting right across Orni's heart as well as her mind. Her mind was already chaotic by VR's every kind of torture and his accusations were disastrous for her. For a 16-year-old teenager, this type of accusation broke her from the inside. She started feeling too much guilty.

" I will do whatever you say. I swear. But, please. Take him to the hospital," Orni begged closing her eyes and joining her hands again.

After that, what happened to VR nobody knows. He ordered his men to take Sanjay to the hospital. Orni requested to let her stay with her father but he didn't allow her. When she started whining too much, getting irritated he slapped her so hard that she started bleeding from her mouth.

Hours passed and VR brought her back to his house. He called a lady doctor who is now checking her burned feet. VR isn't here and Orni isn't interested to know where is he. The only thing she can think right now is about her father.

" Ahh...." Orni wailed with agony when the doctor started dressing her wounds.

The doctor paused for a few minutes and looked at her with pitiful eyes. Scanning Orni's innocent young face she understood that Orni is underage. Her heart crumbled inside her chest after seeing the handprints on Orni's fluffy cheeks and her cut lips.

" How old are you?" The doctor questioned but Orni didn't hear her properly because her mind is completely occupied by VR's accusations.

Seeing her silent the doctor again asked," How old are you?"

Orni got startled by the sudden voice and replied meekly," 16."

The doctor's pupils dilated in surprise and she asked," He is your husband and he beat you like that?"

Orni nodded her head and the doctor lost it. Her blood boiled with anger and she felt like killing VR. But, thinking about her limited power in front of VR she felt more pathetic.

The doctor was still looking at Orni's face when she asked crying," Do you know at which hospital my father is admitted? What happened to him? Won't he recover?"

" He had a stroke and his body is now paralysed. And, everything happened because of you," VR replied before the doctor could say anything.

Orni started shedding tears silently placing one hand over her mouth. Muffling sounds of crying started echoing through the whole room and the doctor felt it disturbing after hearing Orni's sobbing.

" It will take time for her to heal. I will come tomorrow for dressing her wounds. Excuse me," The doctor excused herself not being able to see Orni in so much pain.

Orni was sobbing silently when VR sat beside her. He tried to caress her swollen cheeks but she didn't let him. She moved away her face in another direction and scrunched her nose in disgust.

" You promised to keep me happy!" Orni said letting out a painful chuckle.

Yanking her hair behind he shouted making her tremble," You are talking about promises! Seriously! You promised to love me forever. You promised to spend your life with me and what you did in the end? You broke your promise. You played with my genuine feelings and called the police!! You wanted to get rid of me! How dare you! You know what you are an unfaithful bitch."

" I wish I never loved you," Orni thought mentally but didn't utter any sound because of fear and VR continued sprouting hateful words for her.

Suddenly, VR clapped his hands and all the maids and female guards entered the room. They looked at him with questioning eyes when he ordered them to stand in a row. Orni was clueless about his intention. She wonders why he called them here at this moment.

" I have a surprise for you," VR whispered in Orni's ear and she felt her blood-chilling down. She has good knowledge about his surprises.

She looked at him with scared eyes when VR showed her a photo. Seeing the photo Orni looked at VR with surprised and questioning eyes. She wonders why he showed her Kiara's sleeping picture. Gazing at Orni's surprised eyes, VR smirked and Orni pushed down the lump nervously which just formed inside her throat due to fear.

" Won't you ask me what happened to your well wisher Kiara?" VR asked Orni who was already shivering.

His way of talking was giving her a red signal that something bad has happened to Kiara. And, his crooked smile was creeping her out.

" Where..... is .....she?" Orni asked hesitating and VR let out a chuckle.

His rough hands went inside her hair yanking them behind and Orni hissed in pain. She tried to free herself from his iron grip but he tightened his grip making her cry out in pain.

" She is punished for backstabbing me. She drank hydrochloric acid and gave up on her life," VR replied and Orni stopped wriggling.

A terrified expression appeared on Orni's face when VR whispered in her ear," I wondered how you managed to talk to your father and made a plan with him when you weren't given any phone. You might have sent pigeons to him, right baby girl?"

He asked the last part sarcastically and Orni whimpered in pain. She can't believe she lost the person who helped her. She lost her Kiara Di. The woman who showed her what is siblings' love and affection.

" I just inquired her and she spat up all the truth. What did you think I will not come to know about all these? Tsk...tsk...poor girl lost her life," VR said nodding his head and Orni closed her eyes where tears were already soaking her cheeks.

VR again whispered in her ear," Actually, Kiara was murdered and the murderer is you."

" You are a murderer. Your stupidity cost her life," VR accused Orni and this time Orni went silent like a mute. She was speechless by his accusations.

First, she was accused of her father's condition and now she is accused of murdering an innocent girl. It's not needed to explain what Orni is feeling right now. Her inside was shattered into a million pieces and the guiltiness was killing her from inside. She started counting how many innocent people suffered because of her and the moment those innocent people's faces flashed in front of her eyes she felt like she is a horrible person.

Drawing away his attention from her, he looked at the servants and warned them," Take it as my last warning. If I see any of you helping my wife then..................."

" We won't give you any chance to complain," the servants spoke out in unison before VR could complete his sentence.

After that, the servants left the room leaving Orni & VR alone. Orni's mind was screaming VR's accusations making her numb with every passing second. Her mind was so chaotic that she wasn't even feeling the pain of her burned feet.

Suddenly, VR clutched Orni's jaw and said angrily," I hate you."

" Then, divorce me. Free me from this shackle around my neck," Orni answered clutching the nuptial chain which was really a shackle for her.

A devilish grin formed at the corner of his lips and he replied," Not so early baby. Until I see blood tears in her eyes I won't stop. And, about you."

Pausing for a few seconds, he added smirking," Since you didn't like to be loved by me then I bait you will like to be treated like a slave. Your betrayal cost you a lot."

It's nighttime and Indrajit was having a peaceful slumber after a long time. Srilekha was discharged from the hospital and after coming home the first thing he did was fucking her mercilessly. That's why he is having a peaceful sleep.

On the other hand, laying beside him Srilekha was just thinking about Orni. Those agonizing screams of Orni became a nightmare for Srilekha. How can she sleep when her baby is getting tortured by a beast? She was wondering about Sanjay. He promised her that he will always protect Orni then where is he now? Doesn't he know what Orni is going through? Most importantly, who is that beast who is torturing Orni?

" I have to meet Sanjay," Srilekha thought but the moment her eyes landed on Indrajit she knew that she can't meet Sanjay.

" But, I have to save my baby too," Srilekha thought gathering some courage inside her.

Suddenly, her eyes caught the view of a knife that was in the fruit bowl. A few moments ago Indrajit was cutting apples with it and shoving them in his mouth while shoving his dick inside her. He isn't that cruel who will enjoy all the apples alone. He even shoved a few pieces inside her mouth along with his dick. When she bit on his dick accidentally he understood that it was a bad idea.

" Today I will finish you, bastard. I have had enough," Srilekha mumbled and picked up the knife with trembling hands.

Raising the knife in the air she will just stab him when he opened his eyes. Just in a blink of an eye he grabbed her hands and threw her on the floor. Actually, he woke up feeling some movement beside him. He is a light sleeper and that's why she failed to kill him.

" Bitch, was there something in those apples? What's wrong with you?" He shouted when Srilekha tried to stab him again.

She screamed at the top of her lungs," Let me go, Bastard. Let me save my daughter. Let me meet my husband."

The word 'my husband' was enough to make Indrajit lose his sanity. It's been years since she is with him but she still remembers Sanjay and loves him. That's what itches him always. Before dying, Komal cursed him that he will get sexual pleasure from Srilekha but he won't get the feeling of true love from Srilekha. Komal used to think that Srilekha is a gold digger who is with Indrajit just for money and status.

" My husband, huh!! Let me remind you who is your husband," Indrajit yelled grabbing her neck in a tight grip.

Very soon cloth ripping sound echoed through the whole room along with Srilekha's screaming and Indrajit's foul language about her and Sanjay. She pleaded to leave her since she was sore but her pleadings went on deaf ears.

" Say ' Indra, I love you. You are my husband," he ordered thrusting into her so brutally like he was possessed by a demon.

Srilekha refused to say whatever he ordered and the level of afflicting pain on her increased with every passing second. Even after giving immense pain to her, he failed to hear what he wanted to hear. She didn't give him the satisfaction which brought a few more scars all over her body.

While enduring all of his torments she was only thinking about God. She was requesting God either He takes her life away or give Indrajit a painful death. She thought that just like every time God won't accept her prayers but she doesn't know that God was just testing her patience. She doesn't know that her prayers have been heard.
