Lennox smiled as he got the door for Sophia who rolled her eyes at him.

"Careful" he added, once she stepped out of the car and Sophia groaned, her lips forming a pretty pout.

"Gosh, people would think I got slashed on my leg and not my wrist" she complained and Lennox pulled her closer.

"I'm going to spoil and pamper you whether you like it or not. If it were up to me, trust me you won't be walking anywhere" he said and Sophia smiled even tho she was trying to frown at him.

"What are you going to do, carry me everywhere," she asked, her eyes dancing with amusement.

"Yes!" He answered promptly and she laughed, the sight and sound of it a balm to his heart that hadn't stopped racing in panic from the time he'd rushed in to see her bleeding out to death.

"Hey!" She called, touching his cheek and he gazed at her, watching her smile. "Stop thinking about the bad stuff. I'm here, with you and I'm not going anywhere".

"You swear it," he asked, smiling and relaxing.

"Cross my heart and hope to..." She was saying when Lennox placed his finger against her lips and when he saw her shudder and her eyes dilating in pleasure, the lust he'd been trying to keep at bay slammed into him with full force.

"Shh, shh, no dying. Let's live a long happy life ok".

"Yes," she nodded, her gaze flickering between his eyes and lips as she swayed closer to him.

Lennox traced the texture of her lips making her gasp, the sound of it hitting his cock deliciously. "So are you going to kiss me or do I have to jump you in public," Sophia asked, her voice breathy and Lennox chuckled as he leaned in to brush his lips lightly across hers.

Sophia frowned when he pulled back, a mischievous smile on his lips.

"Yup, we need to go to the top floor where we will be meeting a lot of people. I told you we could push this meeting back but you're a workaholic right, you insisted we come to work so you only get a real kiss after we finish working".

"That's not fair! You don't play fair" she whined and he just grinned, twining their hands together and leading them towards the elevator.

"Everything is fair in love and war," he said and pressed a kiss to her cheek unable to stop himself. He knew the ride up was going to be pure torture.

Sophia glared at Lennox as he spoke with the investors because everything he did just seemed to heighten the fire he's awakened in her from their way up earlier. Lennox was so damn sexy that it was hard to ignore him, especially since he was speaking and making gestures with his hands, and that drew her attention to how long his fingers were, the veins that swelled every time he moved them, and the way his pants molded against his ass whenever he turned to face the image from the projector.

Sophia's phone pinged making her jerk. She read the message discreetly.

"Keep staring at me like that and I'll have no choice but to cut this meeting short babe".

Sophia's cheek flushed. when had trying to glare at him turned into her giving him the I want you right now eyes.

She sneaked a peek in his direction, wondering how he'd managed to text her even while he was engaged with his presentation. The dark intense stare that met hers had her clenching her thighs and staring down at her lap.

"Maybe I want you to cut this meeting short babe!" She texted and sent it before she could second guess herself.

She stared at the phone waiting for a reply. The sound of the men around her standing up had her jolting in surprise. Sophia stared at Lennox incredulously. He didn't just end a meeting just because she told him to, but as he fixed his gaze on her intensely, she knew it was definitely because of her. Just the thought had her heart racing and when the last man got out, closing the door softly behind him, her heart was ready to leap out of her chest.

Lennox stalked towards her, his beautiful fingers working on his ties to tug them loose. Sophia swallowed as he got to her, and inhaled sharply as his fingers grazed her skin, trailing against her cheek until they cupped her chin. He tilted her head up.

"I've been dying to do this all day!" He whispered hoarsely and that was all the warning she got because he was suddenly kissing her, the hotness of his lips and tongue in her mouth making her head spin and when he tugged her top out of her skirt and fumbled with her buttons, she knew they were definitely covering the Fourth base.

Lennox smiled as he glanced at Sophia who was seated beside him with her eyes blindfolded, her cheeks rosy and her lips swollen from their tryst in the boardroom.

Stop thinking about it or you'll get into an accident, Lennox told himself but it was hard to get Sophia out of his head. He wanted to touch her all the time, wanted to breathe her in if he could.

He reached their destination and he parked, the nerve finally kicking in as he proceeded to take off her blindfold.

Sophia blinked, then her eyes went round as she stared at the beautiful apartment in front of her.

"Do you want to get a closer look?" He asked and she nodded enthusiastically.

"I'll love to. It looks so stunning, yeah" she said as she got out of the car before he could get her door for her.

Sophia stared at the house. "It looks so comfy. And I love the color, I wish I could live at a place like this" she said wistfully and Lennox's heart soared.

"I bought it," he said and Sophia stared at him.

"What?".

"I bought the house. How do you feel about living here after we get married" he asked, his heart hammering anxiously in his chest as her eyes widened. He wondered if he should have asked her to marry him before presenting the house, but it was too late to do that after popping the question. Did she even want to marry him, especially since she knew how evil his parents were...

"Wow... This is so unexpected" she finally said, staring at him.

"I know I should have given you the ring first... It's just... I'm not" he stuttered, shoving his shaky hand in his pants pocket and bringing out a ring and flipping it open.

Sophia smiled and walked towards and hugged him. "I love the house, I love you, I love the ring," she said and pulled back, her eyes shimmering. "And yes, I'll marry you. I love you so much, Lennox".

Lennox smiled, his heart clenching in happiness. "You don't know how happy you've made me Sophia. I love you so much" he said as he slipped the rings onto her finger.

"My mom's gonna flip when she hears about this".

"In a good or bad way," he asked grinning.

"With her, it's hard to tell".

"Right, but I think we're missing out on a step here" he murmured stepping closer to her and she smiled at him, mirroring his moves.

"Oh yeah, and what's that".

"A kiss to seal the deal!".

"Ahh, is that so"

"Yes. So can I kiss you, Sophia".

Sophia chuckled. "You asking is so fucking sexy and yes, you can kiss these lips, cause it's all yours".

Lennox smiled and kissed her slowly, sensually until it felt like they were both one flesh. They'd both found each other and they were never going to let go, come rain or shine.
