Chapter 16: Chapter 16
Chapter 16
Henley
"Finn." Sandro called as he walked closer to us.
Finn frowned before turning around.
"Sandro."
"What is going on here? What are you two doing here? I thought you were in the library.. you know, reading those nonsense books and all." He said, raising his hand to my face.
Sandro rubbed my cheek and I glared at him.
What was he even doing here?
"You disobeyed me even after I told you not to take her out. Do you want to see her get punished because of you dear Finn?" He glared at Finn who looked unbothered by his words.
Why would I get punished? I wasn't the one who asked me out.
"I just..."
"You just followed him out because he said something about your old place? Doesn't count sweetie, you still disobeyed me!" Sandro glared again and i glared back.
He wasn't my Dad!
"Oh I'm so sorry Daddy, I didn't know you told me to sit tight at home." I mumbled, and Jonas scoffed.
Guess he didn't like being my Uncle.
I snorted and rolled my eyes at him.
"Well, I didn't come here to come watch you two or talk. I have some important business upstairs and I would not like to come back here later and see your face in this building." Sandro mumbled.
"Are you done? We'd like to go back to what we were doing... you know, shopping." I said.
Finn grabbed my arm and pulled me from Sandro.
"You can to do whatever you have to do upstairs and we'll be out of here when you come back." Finn glared at him and we walked away from them.
Seems like only Finn could talk to him anyhow he wished and get away. After all, he was the baby of the house.
"He's an ass." Finn said and I laughed.
"You beat me to it."
"Do you want to kick his ass Henley?" He asked.
"I badly want to do just that Finn, beat him so badly he wouldn't walk for a week." I said, and Finn shook his head.
"That's some hatred there." He joked.
I wasn't evil to wish someone paralysis for a week.
"You're not okay." I said and he nodded.
"I'm definitely not okay." He said again.
"Finn?" We both turned around to see who called.
Could the day get any better?
"Lucy?" I blinked at the woman.
So this was the Lucy.
"What are you doing here?" He asked, ignoring me as he went forward to hug her.
"I uhm...I came to buy something. You brought a friend." She said, staring at me.
She was beautiful. Amber eyes, black long hair and beautiful earrings.
She was classy.
"Yeah, meet my little chupico." My eyes dilated and I blinked at Finn.
I was the Chupico? Was that person or teddy bear behind me. It must be behind me. I thought.
"Chupico, this is Lucy and Lucy this is Chupico, Henley."
I will definitely kill Finny.
Chupico was a name of a teddy with big eyes and round face. It was cute though but I was no Chupico.
"Hi Lucy, I've heard a lot about you. I'm his elder sister." I said, and she chuckled, shaking my outstretched hand.
"Chupico, that's a cute name." Lucy said, and I felt the blood drain off my face.
"I'm no Chupico." I muttered.
"And neither are you my elder sister." Finn began.
"She's my little sister." He completed and I felt like sticking my palm on his face.
How nice that would feel!
"Okay, have fun guys. I have to meet up with my friend. She's still waiting for me outside." Lucy said, leaning close to give Finn a kiss on the cheek.
"Bye, see you tonight." He mumbled and turned towards.
"Your cheeks is red as a tomato." I whispered and he smiled.
"Stop it."
"See you later tonight and please don't be late." I mimicked his voice and he chuckled.
"You're one hell of trouble Henley."
"Good, you'd think twice before calling me Chupico." I said, and he bursted into laughter.
"That was a nice name. Many would love it."
"I am not many but myself." I said, and he nodded.
The sales lady came forward with a fancy bag and handed to us, Finn took it and we headed to the car.
On our way to the car, we bumped into another lady.
Wait a minute... wasn't this Emma?
Makeup and changes! I sighed.
She was looking like a doll, a coloured doll with so many different colours.
"Emma?" Finn called and she looked up from cleaning her dress.
"Finny?" What are you doing here? And what is she doing here as well?" She glared at me, before turning to Finn.
"We came to buy something together, what are you doing here too?" Finn asked, raising his hand to clean something off her hair.
She smiled.
"I'm here to see Sandro, he said we had something important to do." She said, emphasising on the important as she stared at me.
What did that had to do with me? I almost scoffed but kept my cool.
"Okay then, see you later." Finn said and she nodded, after giving him a kiss on the cheek and glaring at me again.
She was beautiful but sometimes....she acted more like a doll than a human.
"Is she that..."
"Trust me she isn't like that. I don't know what's wrong with her now. But Emma is a nice person." Finn said, and I scoffed.
"If she was nice then I was sure there's a part in the world that has a flying pig."
"That's a.... what kind of a figure of speech is that?" Finn asked, shaking his head.
"I don't know as well." I bursted into laughter as I got into the car.
"I wonder if Paxton is actually home. Can we buy something for them before going home?" I asked, and Finn nodded, smiling.
Seems he was having fun as we stroll around the whole town.
"Can I input many numbers into my phone? It's only yours, Paxton's, Jonas and Sandro's." I asked.
"You...I don't know, you'll have to ask Sandro sweetie." He flashed a smile and I frowned.
That jerk!
"Where are we headed? What do you want to get for them?" He asked.
"Pizza and a lot of fried chicken." I clapped my hands and he laughed.
"I pray Chicken doesn't kill you." He said, and I snorted.
"It's the best dish ever." I said, as we pulled over at Fries and Yum.
I licked my lips.
"Please don't do that.'
"Shut up and let's go!" I half yelled, and he shook his head as he got down as well.
"Get use to it!"
