Elena cut open Sarah's cloth, revealing her wound, seems she was stabbed with a pocket knife.

"Did Logan did this to you?" Elena asked as she poured liquor on the already decaying wound as Sarah yelped in pain.

"No... It's the killer" she said breathing hardly as Elena got stoned.

"But.. We saw your picture at Logan's house and he previously talked of getting revenge. He even traveled the night your incident occurred" Elena said dressing the wound as gunshots and bombing were heard outside.

"What happened that evening after I left?" Elena asked removing the maggots from the decayed wound.

"After I got to the cemetery to drop the flowers on the gravestones. I was there, drawing on my journal. I saw a vision that Peter was the next target.. "

"Yes, we figured" Elena muttered to herself as she continued.

"The killer attacked me and I ran inside the woods. I ran deep and he followed me. I got to the cottage and saw the time machine I saw in my vision and drew in my drawing book. It was very old and dusty and I knew the only way for me to escape is to go forward or backward in time. Then I decided to go 10 years forward. But when I punched the time, the killer got to the cottage too and it seemed he knows the nooks and crannies of the cottage and knows how to handle a time machine. He got on the time machine with me and stabbed me. We both got to 2033 and fell on the lake. I ran and he followed me. I hid and he was looking for me badly. When he found out he couldn't find me, and the war going on in 2033, he decided to leave me here. He said he would go back with the time machine and destroy it so I won't be able to come back" Sarah explained as Elena finished dressing the wound.

"That explains everything, that's why I saw the time machine broken, the time loop was destroyed and some parts taken away. I had to rebuild it and I don't think the elastic band would hold any longer" Elena said as she looked at Sarah.

"We have to get you out of here. Your nose is bleeding" Sarah said as Elena wiped the blood off her nose.

"Did you see the killer's face?" Elena asked as she shook her head then they heard someone struggling to breathe.

They were scared at first then they traced the voice, seeing someone familiar but old.

"Hello Sir, are you ok?" Elena asked as he struggled to breathe.

They removed his hand from his stomach and saw that he was shot and was badly bleeding.

"Elena? How... How come you are still young like this?" The man said looking at them but Elena didn't recognize him.

"Sarah? You're alive?" He asked as Elena and Sarah exchanged puzzled looks.

"Who are you?" Elena asked as he breathed hard.

"It's me, Alex," he said.

"Alex! Are you ok? What happened to you?" Elena said as Sarah tried to cover the wound preventing air from entering inside.

"Elena I'm sorry," he said and held his stomach as the pain intensified.

"I'm sorry for not telling you the truth earlier. Everyone's dead. Including you. I'm still shocked how come you are here and still young. I'm so sorry" he said and breathed down as he died.

"Alex! Alex! Please wake up. You can't die" Elena cried as Sarah hugged her.

"Elena stop crying. We can still change history. Let's go back to 2023 and put things back in order so all these won't come to pass" Sarah told her as she sniffed and looked at Alex's dead body on the ground

Laura, Alex, and Peter had carried out their plan already.

Laura texted Liam and told him she was coming over and he agreed.

She got there, and he opened the gate by himself.

"Where are all the guards?' She asked observing the place as he scratched his hair.

"They're probably carrying out crazy Emily's order," he said as they both walked inside the mansion.

"And you're home alone?" she asked as he chuckled.

"Kinda, the Mayor is away in a meeting and Emily is in her room sleeping," he said as they walked to his room.

"Where's Emily's room?" She asked innocently as he pointed to the room opposite another.

"The Mayor's wife stopped staying with the mayor in the same room after Sarah died," he said and shrugged as he led her to his room.

"Should I relieve you of your bag?" He asked referring to the mini purse Laura was holding. But then, the tools to carry out her mission were inside the purse so she refused.

"No don't worry I'm fine," she said smiling nervously as he shrugged.

"So... You know I was shocked when you said you wanna come over," he said as she laughed nervously.

"Don't claim you don't know I have a crush on you" she said pretending to be nervous as he smiled at her.

Of a truth, if he was a flirt, then her plan would work.

She was wearing a tight short jean skirt with a transparent crop top that reveals her erected nipples as he stared at them and swallowed hard.

She sat on his bed and opened her legs, she wasn't putting on panties and his eyes darted towards it as he smirked.

"What are you up to?" he asked dropping the glass cup on the counter as he walked up to her.

His erection was there already as he held her hair, raising her head to meet his gaze.

"I'm not up to anything bad, I just like you" she lied faking tears because of the way he dragged her hair, he wiped the tears away and kissed her.

He pushed her to the bed as she removed her shirt revealing her round b**bs. He massaged it with his hands as he sucked on it then they started kissing like hungry dogs.

He lay her flat on the bed as she removed his shirt, and her fingers worked fast on his belt. He took off his trouser revealing just his boxers and he took off her skirt, and she became fully nude.

He smiled at what he saw as he began with kissing her neck to her breasts as she moaned lowly...

She used her hands to look for her purse as he held her hands.

He made her put her hands on his neck as she began rubbing it.

He started kissing down to her stomach as she removed her hand from his neck and started searching for her purse again.

Her hand touched it as she pushed it under the pillow.

She tumbled him down on the bed as she sat on his stomach and smiled.

She began with kissing his neck as he closed his eyes enjoying the sweet sensation it brought.

She removed the syringe from her purse and pressed it against his neck.

He gasped in pain and slapped her as she fell to the ground.

He stood up and staggered on the bed as his vision became blurred.

He fell to the ground paralyzed as she took her clothes and put them on.

She took the purse and ran out of the room, leaving him there, paralyzed.

After she left the room, she walked slowly to Emily's room, she was so grateful that Emily fired all the maids the day Sarah died out of annoyance, else she would have been spotted.

They had just one maid left who was in the kitchen.

She slowly opened the door and found Emily sleeping soundly.

She walked to her bedside and saw some sleeping pills on a table and a glass of water.

"Guess Emily is having a hard time sleeping so she has to take pills to sleep. Poor lady" Laura said as she used the syringe on Emily, pressing the needle against her neck, paralyzing her immediately.

Emily opened her eyes looking at Laura but she couldn't shout or say anything because she couldn't move.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Bellos, I have to borrow your phone," Laura said and giggled as she started searching for the phone.

Emily struggled to talk but she couldn't, she had been paralyzed and she need a drug to get back to normal.

"Now Emily, you've been a bag lady. Killing people because of Sarah... " Laura said shaking her head as Emily eyed her seriously.

"Now I need your phone to text your accomplice, asking them to stop. And you'll remain here, paralyzed" Laura said and smiled as she saw the phone but it was locked.

"So, you'll have to open it," Laura said smiling as she climbed on the bed, she dragged Emily's finger to use it on the fingerprint but Emily was struggling with her.

"If you don't be a good girl and behave. I'll have to cut off your finger and use it. So don't make me!" Laura warned her as she used the finger and unlocked the phone.

"Now that's better. So which is your accomplice?' Laura asked showing her call logs but Emily just stared at her cause she couldn't talk.

"I guess I'm gonna have to check your recent chat then," Laura said as she brought out another syringe, using it on Emily.

"Now that's better, you'll remain paralyzed and asleep for a long time," Laura said as Emily closed her eyes and slept.

Laura began searching the chats as she heard a noise from the sitting room.

"We have to get out of here," Sarah said dragging Elena who was still crying.

"We have to go back to 2023 and stop this! We have to stop my mom and the killer else this might come to pass" Sarah said dragging Elena as they left there.

They sneaked out of the hospital as they kept running to the lake that had the time machine.

They got to the lake and saw some gunmen firing from there.

"We have to get to the time machine," Sarah said as Elena nodded.

"Stay behind me," Elena said as she fired the gunmen from their backs, they fell and died as they ran towards the time machine.

They got to it and saw that they need the time loop.

"We can't go back to 2023 without the time loop. We're trapped" Elena said sitting on the lakeshore.

"I have one in my room. But I don't know if it has been destroyed" Sarah said.

"Let's go get it then," Elena said as they left there.

They got to the Bellos mansion and it was destroyed. They located Sarah's old room as she dug the ground bringing out a box. They took the time loop in excitement as they ran back to the lake with Elena firing at any gunman that came their way.

"I was smart enough to bury my tools box," Sarah said smiling as she began fixing it on the time machine.

They both entered and went back to 2023 and it landed them at Mystic Hollow waterfall.

The elastic band finally got loosen as then the parts scattered.

"That was close," Elena said looking at Sarah.

"But why didn't it take us back to the cottage but here instead?" Elena asked looking at the familiar waterfall Bonnie took them to.

"I don't know, for now, let's go and rewrite history," Sarah said to Elena who smiled as they both held hands walked to the roadside.

It's gonna be a long walk.
