School was over that day, Laura and Alex waited for Elena but she never came back, it was 3pm already.

## where are you?"

Laura texted Elena who received a response in 6 minutes time.

##Going to Sarah's

Elena replied

##Ok, good luck with that.

Laura never wanted to ask her about Bryan because she knew it would be bad news. Maybe they would talk about it later, not now the jig was still up.

Laura and Alex continued walking home as he dialed Fay's number.

She picked at the second ring.

## where are you?" He asked her.

## At your place" she said.

##ok, I wanna stop by the supermarket, tell me what and what aren't there for the decoration" Alex asked as she hesitated before replying.

## Just balloons, super glue and clown hats" she said as Alex thanked her and ended the call.

They got to the super market and bought the necessary things they needed and went home to join in the decoration with Fay.

Elena got to Sarah's mansion, seeing how the place was guarded, she became somehow scared.

Agent Zoe stopped her at the gate as she interrogated her.

"Who are you looking for?' She asked Elena who swallowed hard.

"Sarah? We were both assigned to a project" she tell her.

"And Sarah asked you to come?" Zoe asked her who was getting tired of the interrogations already.(this story is written by Naomi Innocent)

"Yeah, she did" Elena said.

"And how did she do that. That kid doesn't talk to anyone" Zoe said as Elena got frustrated.

This was way harder than she thought.

"Ahh.. " she stopped and reasoned. She can't bring herself to tell Zoe anything.

She just staring at this highly inquisitive human. She liked Zoe's outfit.

She sighted Sarah walking towards them as she touched Zoe who turned to look at her.

"Little Miss" Zoe said with a bow as Sarah nodded and beaconed on Elena to follow her which she did with a smile.

"See? I told you" Elena smiled at Zoe who nodded with no smile at all.

"Does this woman have any sense of humour at all?" She said in her head

"Yes, you told me. Sarah is not the type that keeps friends. And yes, I have a sense of humour, just that I only laugh when it's necessary" Zoe said still having that hard look on her face. Elena thought she looked tough.

"Did I say that out loud?" Elena blinked her eyes and hurriedly followed Sarah.

When they got to the mansion, her mom was at the parlor watching news and her dad wasn't around.

"Hi Ma'am" Elena said to Emily Bellos who smiled.

Emily was quite astonished to see her daughter with someone. She was actually shocked to the marrow.

"Well hello" she said standing up from her sitting position and beaconed on her to come because she knew her daughter doesn't have any friends neither does she talk to anyone. It was strange. Maybe this girl could make Sarah talk, it would be a miracle. She thought scanning Elena from hair to toe, wondering whose daughter she was.

" Little girl. Are you my Sarah's friend?" Emily asked finally before she could stop herself, Elena lied by nodding while Sarah watched the both of them.

She doesn't blame them for being too inquisitive, Sarah was that strange.

"Wow, that's so cool. You're the first friend Sarah had made. She doesn't keep friends. You must be very special, come on, come on, sit with me. What shall I offer you? Wine? No no no, High School students shouldn't take that. How about juice? Yes juice! I'll call the maids righy away' Emily said rushing her words, Elena felt flattered and sat down because Emily was holding her.

"Don't bother about the maids ma'am, I'm Ok. If I need anything I would let you know ma'am" Elena fidgeted with her fingers. Looking round the sitting round, it was so huge and solid, beautiful and cozy.

"Ah.. ok. That's fine by me" Emily laughed and looked at Elena closely.

"And.. You do look familiar" she said still looking at her closely, Sarah got fed up and walked to them and stood between them. Her mom got the message and smiled.

"Enjoy your stay here little Miss... Ehh.. What's your name?' She asked Elena

"Elena Gilbert" she said bluntly wondering why Sarah was acting up all of a sudden.

{Of course, that's where the resemblance came from} Mrs. Bellos thought.

"Well, I am Emily Bellos but you can call me Mrs. Bellos. Now run along, Sarah's impatient, she's giving me that look" Mrs. Bellos snorted as Elena nodded and followed Sarah to her room upstairs.

Sarah closed the door behind her as she switched on the light. She made Elena seat on her bed as she stared at the odd looking room.

The whole of the Bellos mansion was very beautiful, but looking at Sarah's room, it looked real awkward. There were tiny stain and splashes of blood around the room and it looked weird, just like the owner. Trust me, a normal teenager wouldn't like this kind of room.

"Your room.. Ehh.. Looks beautiful?" Elena lied looking at the room. Beautiful wasn't the word she was looking for. But antiquated, yes, antiquated, that's the word she was actual looking for.

Sarah walked round the room looking at the ghost girl who was crying but Elena doesn't seem to understand, she felt maybe Sarah was on it again. You know, the weird lifestyle.

"You said you wanted to show me something?" Elena asked feeling the silence transpiring between the both of them was becoming odd.

Sarah who's eyes were watery now turned to face her as Elena stood up from her sitting position.

"Were you crying just now? What's the problem?" Elena asked as Sarah opened her closet.

Elena moved closer to her in order to touch her but Sarah moved away and glared at her.

"Ok ,ok, I'm sorry" Elena said standing at her spot.

Sarah, still glaring at her, faced her closet and brought out her drawing book, flipped open the part she drew the little girl and handled it over to Elena who studied the drawing.

"Do you know this girl? She's one of my best friend's sister. How did you draw her? Because I believe you haven't met her" Elena said as Sarah felt less concern and walked inside her bathroom to take her bath.

She left Elena there to solve the puzzle, if she's truly the one as her instincts tells her. Then she would have no problem solving the mystery.

Elena kept wondering as her eyes darted to the code beside the photo.

"Why do I feel this code looks like a date?" She Muttered to herself as she brought out her phone to check the date. She threw the phone down when she found out it was exactly the same date as today.

"Of course, Bonnie's birthday is 2nd of August" she said pacing round the room.

"Come on Elena, think, think, think, think, think" she knelt down close to the drawing and stared at it. Trying so hard to solve the puzzle.

"Ok, lemme calm down. No need to panic. Sarah only draw one thing she sees. Which is... " she couldn't bring herself to say the word as she shuddered.

Sarah came out of the bathroom tying a towel around her chest.

" She's the next right? She is" Elena rushed her words but Sarah wouldn't look at her.

"Where can I find her?" Elena asked Sarah who kept mute, sat opposite the big table as she held a toy horse, playing with it.

"Toy horse. A man riding a horse? Rodeo? No, she can't go there. We don't have one in Mystic Hollow" she said and hit her head with her palm.

"Come on, think Elena"

"Where can kids ride horses? Where? Wait wait wait" she thought for a little while as Sarah just stared at her.

"Carousel?" Where do we see carousel?" She said pacing round the room now. She felt suffocated.

"Amusement park?" Elena muttered to herself as she dialed a number.

"Yes that's it!" She yelled and started dialing a number. Sarah nodded and continued creaming her body.

"Come on, come on. Please pick the call" she said after calling Alex for the fifth time.

"Alex, why have you been ignoring Elena's call? She's been calling for long now" Laura asked him as they decorated the room.

"I'm not taking her calls. I'm still mad at her" Alex said.

"I'll pick it then" Laura said and took the call.

## Where's Bonnie?" Elena asked rushing her words as she breathe loudly.

##come on chill girl. She's with Peter at their school" Laura said.

## No, I don't think so. She's at the Amusement park with him. Laura, it's Bonnie! She's the next target!" Elena said.

## What?' Laura screamed and dropped the phone on the ground.

Elena dialed Peter's number as he picked at the second ring and the place was noisy, so he had to leave the noisy place.

## Where's Bonnie?" Elena asked him.

## You sound somehow. But anyways, she's with me. But she's actually riding a on horse. As in, she's riding a carousel" he said.

## Now listen to me. Get Bonnie out of there now!" Elena screamed at him as she grabbed her bag from the bed.
