Chapter 27: Chapter 27
Chapter 27 - Vtuber Denies Accusations of Sexual Relations with a Monster.
Parita couldn’t dodge because of the ape. The fireball arrived at her face and detonated. Flame engulfed both her and the six-armed monster.
The ape wailed as its body disintegrated into ash instantly. Parita felt nothing but a slightly warm wind.
The flame dispersed in seconds. Parita landed on the ground. Aside from her leather armor, her hair, and her intact body, her clothes were reduced to ashes.
Without the clothes, her skin touched the crude texture of the breastplate and its loose straps. As if a million small needles pricked her skin, she had the urge to scratch her body.
Parita had no time to notice that she was half-naked. The last mole-type Hunger began digging and disappeared into the ground. The lion spat another fireball at her while its legs summoned a magic circle underneath its massive body.
Seeing the incoming fireball, Parita snorted and ran straight toward the fireball. It detonated upon contact, and her body was aflame.
Out of the explosion, Parita sprang and pounced on the lion. She shoved the gladius into its beast’s face.
The lion recoiled, but it didn’t die yet. It shook its head, and the blade broke. The tip of the short sword got stuck in its face while Parita still held on to the hilt. She lost grip of the monster and hopped away.
The disappeared mole from earlier emerged from the ground below Parita’s feet. Instead of trying to eat her, it mauled her with its giant claws. The sharp tips of its nails failed to penetrate her skin due to the stone skin effect.
However, it tore the breastplate leather armor from her body, stealing her item. It stood on its legs, lifting the leather armor in a mocking gesture towards Parita.
Without a weapon or armor, the mocap suit took over.
[How to punch 101: Power comes from your shoulders, not just your arms and fists.]
She clenched her fist and twisted her body. Rotating her shoulders, she threw a straight punch at the mole.
The punch unleashed a terrifying force of a railgun. Her punch created a powerful gust of wind that tore through the mole’s stomach, leaving a hole two meters wide.
The mole shuddered in shock and collapsed. The leather armor fell from its hand.
Parita caught it and put it back on. Unfortunately, one of the straps had snapped, and it was hanging around her shoulders.
The lion snarled at Parita after all 10 of its minions were dead. It took a step back and jumped into the pit, fleeing.
Parita pursued, but the loose leather armor got in the way. She stored it in her inventory and continued chasing. Jumping into the pit and landing safely, she followed the lion into a giant cave.
The cave was similar to an ant tunnel network, featuring intersections and maze-like tunnels. The lion crept deeper into the subterrain level, and Parita kept getting closer.
The lion glanced back and sneered. It arrived at an intersection and picked a route, which headed further down. Parita chased without thinking.
This tunnel section belonged to the mole’s food storage area and the graveyard of dead Hungers, which the lion and others kept for emergency food and the source of infection. Their decaying blood and flesh had spread and soaked the floor.
Parita stepped onto the wet stone ground, and blood splattered. Because of the intense decaying odor, she flinched and stopped chasing.
The lion turned around and revealed a cunning smile. Its humanoid arms scooped blood from the ground and splashed it onto her face. A few drops got into her eyes and mouth.
Instantly, her eyes protested. She closed her eyes due to the burning sensation.
The lion kicked the ground and pounced on her. Its hand seized her arms and pushed her onto the ground. The giant body stood over her.
The monster revealed a perverse smile. It looked down at her and leered at her naked body. Because of the excitement, its phallus hardened.
The mocap suit took over once more. Parita dislocated her shoulders and rolled her body backward, raising her legs and pointing her toes at the lion’s arms. She conjured a sword aura using her legs.
The slender and smooth legs moved. The sword aura around her legs sliced the lion’s humanoid arms. Parita was freed, but her dislocated arms were dangling.
Meanwhile, Parita wanted to scream in pain, but the mocap suit forcefully closed her mouth and fixed her expression. She appeared solemn, but the real Parita didn’t stop complaining.
’EASY WITH MY BODY! IT HURTS! Also, what the hell with that split?! My thighs and my groin feel like breaking! My tendons! My hymen! My muscles! Did they snap just now?!’
[Would you rather be humped by a Starve?]
[Please endure and learn the moves ASAP. Otherwise, you might not be able to complete future quests and fulfill your dream.]
’There’re more quests?!’
[System quests never end.]
The mocap suit adjusted her posture. Her arms, hanging loosely at her sides, automatically adjusted their joints. After fitting the joints, a loud crack echoed, and she rotated her shoulders. Again, deep down inside, Parita felt like dying.
Meanwhile, the lion thrashed around, its severed arms gushing out blood everywhere. Enraged, it sucked decaying blood from the flooded ground into its mouth and spat at Parita.
Parita sidestepped, but some blood got on her body and face. She could sense a burning sensation and the itchiness on her skin as the bloodscorch virus attempted to infiltrate her body.
"THAT’S ENOUGH!" Parita yelled.
The mocap suit agreed. Her body took a large step forward, and her shoulder rotated. She sent a fist toward the lion’s face.
Her right fist, containing the power equivalent of a railgun from a fictional fighter jet game series that was designed to shoot asteroids, unleashed a powerful blast. Blown by the wind’s strength, the lion’s face contorted, and its insides were twisted as if caught in a blender. Everything within the tornado’s reach, including its core, was destroyed and disappeared.
Although the punch ended the Starve’s life and ambition, Parita’s right arm was charred black due to the recoil and backlash. She hissed under her breath, but the mocap suit continued fixing her expression. It controlled her feet, walking her back to the bottom of the pit.
While bringing the host back, the system congratulated her.

Parita glanced at the system screen and rolled her eyes. She was too tired to celebrate her gains. Other than celebrating, she wanted to take a bath, get a good sleep, and forget everything that she had been through tonight.
When she thought of what the lion was trying to do to her earlier, she got goosebumps. Parita realized how dangerous the Starve was. Her future would have been ruined if the system had never helped her.
The mocap suit kicked the ground, sending Parita out of the pit. It then returned the control to her, and Parita collapsed on the floor, mentally exhausted.
Her eyes and body, which got contaminated by the putrid blood, started to get itchier. She didn’t realize that her eyes were bloodshot, and her blood vessels underneath her skin had turned black.
She had been infected.
The system was kind. It reminded her.
[It is currently 10.30 PM. Due to the recent upgrade, you may use the idol meeting ability one more time.]
[Note. Your idol meeting spell can cure the bloodscorch virus. You should use it now.]
Parita lay on the ground, facing the sky. She sighed and silently cast the idol meeting spell on herself.
A bold beacon of light shone upon her. The tainted liquid on her skin and in her blood vessels dissipated into nothingness. Her ability, Boarish Stamina, kicked in, rejuvenating her. ᴛʜɪs ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ ɪs ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ ʙʏ 𝕟𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕝⟡𝕗𝗂𝗋𝖾⟡𝕟𝕖𝕥
Parita sat up and paused, collecting her thoughts. She stared at the pitch-black night sky for minutes, reliving the fight earlier in her mind. As she recalled the fight with the lion, she finally remembered the most important matter.
The lion burned her clothes, and the mole tore her leather armor.
The lion then almost violated her.
Parita covered her chest and groin instinctively. A second later, she realized that she was alone and let go of her hands, though she yelled at the system.
"Clothes! Where are my backup clothes?!"
The system showed her inventory. Fortunately, the modern casual clothes were still in there. She withdrew the t-shirt and shorts, putting them on.
Parita let out a long sigh of relief. However, deep down inside, her mind was somewhat restless. For some reason, she felt like she had forgotten something very important.
’Well, if I forgot about it, that might not be important, right?’
And thus, Parita casually returned to the camp.
What could possibly go wrong?
