Mandy POV

We arrived at the office. My head still confuses. I hope I am not going crazy because of this.

"Kindly sit down sir and mam," I told me politely.

"Thank you dear and call me Cilla since my name is Priscilla. Priscilla is the too long name" Priscilla said.

"And this is my husband and Archer father Anthony." She introduced me to her husband. I nodded in response.

"Doctor Mandy we know you are confused about what happened. Even both of us are also confused by Archer's sudden behavior. He is ok, right? Nothing serious that lead to fatal or something??" Priscilla said.

"Yes, his injuries are OK now. We need to perform various laboratories for him so we can identify what happens to his memory" I answered honestly to them.

"Are you not his wife? Did you not two secrets married?" Anthony asked me making my eyes turn wide.

"Oh no... I don't know your son. We meet 5 days ago in the restaurant. That's the first time I meet him. I promise to you" I told them honestly while shaking my head vigorously.

"Have you gone dating him? Did he ask you on a date? "Priscilla asked

"No? We never had any conversation at all. I swear.. you can ask my friend I don't have any sort of secret relationship with your son. I swear this is my first time talking to him." I told them desperately. Oh shit, what a mess.

"Then what's the best solution to this doctor? Did he claim you as his wife? And you know that he has a mix of memories. Can you help us?" Anthony asked me

"Yes, I will do my best to help sir and mam. I will do my best to bring it back. His memories." I told them.

"Yes thank you for that. But What I. Mean doctor about being his wife? What will we do? Did he ask about you? He keeps asking me to get you. He even thinks that you don't love him anymore" Anthony said.

"I don't know," I tell them honestly while I cannot hide my discomfort and uneasiness to them.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Priscilla asked

"No..!" I answered flatly because, in all honesty, I don't have a boyfriend.

"I know it's beyond your job but can I ask you a favor? you know to play the rule as his wife for a moment? Until his memories come back?" Priscilla said with pleading eyes. Please tell me they're joking right?.

, "but... I don't know??" I give them my confused look.

"Think about this for now and after that let us know your decision. If you ever decide to play along don't hesitate to tell me what you want. I knew it's hard for you to do this." Anthony said

"But we are cheating on him? I don't want that. We are all his going to remember sooner or later. How can I explain that to him?" I asked

"Then what if he will never remember everything that he doesn't have a wife?" Priscilla said. Making me more confused that way before now.

"Please think this through," they said. And went outside heading to their son's room leaving me to confuse alone in the office room.

The sudden knock on the door wakes me up from my thoughts.

"Hey, you OK?" Marielle said to me.

"I don't know. His parents asked me to play along as a wife to him but I can't seem to bring myself to it. I mean it's cheating, right? And how am I going to be his wife? When I don't even know him in the first place". I said feeling want to cry.

"Oh but if you look at the bright side. you are so lucky my friend that guy is rich... handsome and a good catch to be a husband right?" She said smiling

"Do you want me to punch you? I want to cry you know. The girl who never had a boyfriend got a husband in a blink? Is this a dream or what?" I said while crying.

"Oh... don't be like that. I have something to say. Come on cheer up". She said

"What?"

"I'm a pregnant babe. I am going to be a mom soon. heheheh... and of course you are going to be godmother." She said happily.

"Congrats best friend. I'm so happy for you. Did you already tell mark about this?" I asked her

"No, I will surprise him"

Guess At least someone is happy even though I am not.

Alexander POV

I don't understand why all the people around me don't believe me. Even my wife. I felt so hurt. I felt like my heart getting explode. It's painful enough for me to see my wife looks at me like I am a total stranger. Can't she see how badly in love I am with her? What I am going to do now? What if she doesn't like me

Did I tell you that my looks so beautiful in her white coat? I am so excited about her return. She said she will be back.

"Hey, big bro. How did you two meet?" Lucy asked

"I don't know... I don't have any memory. I just know she is my wife. Cause I have a memory of her together with me" I told Lucy.

"What if she is just one of your girlfriends? Not your wife? Didn't you know that there is a total of five girls visited you and claim that you are their boyfriend?" Lucy told me.

"What? No... I don't have another woman you know. I love my wife so much. And please don't tell my wife about those girls she might get angry. Did she knew?" I told Lucy

"Nope.. she is your doctor, big bro. She went in your room not claiming you her bf or husband just as your doctor OK" Lucy told me.

"No, I am 100% sure she is my one and only wife OK?" I told Lucy.

"But big bro.. she is not you know"

"Lucy stops OK... she's my wife. Can you help me get outside?? I want to go to my wife." I told her.

"No, you can't go outside big bro. Mom and dad said you can't. They are many things all over your body..look? Besides you just came from surgery. You can't even sit properly." Lucy said as she scowls at me

"Then go.. tell my wife to come here. I miss her so much." I told Lucy.

"I can't.. no one will take care of you?" She said while glaring at me.

"I can take care of myself OK? Just get my wife."

"No can't do.. she said she will come back. Just wait, big bro. You're so clingy."

" so what? She's my wife. I can get clingy to her."

" Ewwww can't believe this happening. My big bro getting corny and cheesy for his wife". hahahhahaah she said in a mocking voice. How can she say something like this to me? I mean I am always clingy and cheesy to my beautiful wife, right? Why can't they seem to believe me?

My mom and dad went inside my room.

"Mom where is my wife? "

"She's still working son. Don't worry she will come back. She's a doctor you know. She has many patients."

"Does she have a boy patient? Oh shit.?? Does I. need to tell her to quit mom dad? What if the reason she doesn't want to remember is that she had someone else.?" I told them. I felt my heart getting crushed and break by just saying that.

"Son.. what if she doesn't want to be your wife," dad asked

"No way.? I will not let her go. She's my wife. She can't leave me Dad, tell her I want her here. Please I'm begging you " I said as I desperately asked for her.

"We don't find any documents that will prove you are married to her son," dad said

"But I married her dad. Please believe me." I plead them to believe me.

"My son if she is your wife. She will be here. Claiming you as her husband OK?"

"But no??? Wait I will get outside? There is no way? I will wait here. I'm going outside." I didn't bother to listen to their protest. I don't care anymore. I love her so much. With that... I pull off all my i.v all the machines they put to me.

"Shit... son listen calm down she will be back",

" No! I will personally get her and I will put her beside me, she's my wife, no one can stop me from claiming her. I am her responsibility whether she likes it or not!" I said flatly and serious
