♦Laura Pov♦

After school we were back to the orphanage, and I gladly jumped on my bed after freshening up..

Today had being great except for English class.

I really can't wait for tomorrow, it should just come already..

I suddenly heard screams and thought about checking what's happening but stopped when Maddy came into the room screaming..

"Okay what is it?" I asked.

"Guess what," She said.

"What?" We chorused.

"I said guess, don't answer me," She feigned annoyance.

"But am still gonna tell u anyway," She added and we rolled our eyes.

"Talk already," Tammy groaned.

"Shhhh, patience is the key," She said and I shook my head.

"Look what I've got in my hand," She shrieked waving her hand, and guess what was in it.. A phone..

She just worked me out for nothing..

"A phone," The girls jumped showering her with questions.

"I am tired of this noise," I yelled.

"Sorry," They said.

"Mr Muller promised us a phone," She said smiling sheepishly.

"Bummer that we didn't get any," Little Christy frowned.

"You will in a few minutes, now who wants to play a game," She said.

"Me!!" They all screamed and I rolled my eyes and jumped on my bed.

"Are you sure that you do that want to see how a phone looks like, Laura?" She asked.

"I'm cool, I'll just stick to my book," I said.

"Come on, it's just to see how it is," She said.

"Fine," I huffed and went over to her bed.

I did see the phone and I am pretty impressed. It's so girly, I wish mine would be like that, but, I wouldn't let it control me..

"Laura, Tammy and Patricia head to miss Malika's chambers," Someone said behind but I didn't flinch, just joking...

"Yeah, we're coming," Tammy said.

"what about me?" Christy asked.

"Don't know," The girl said and left.

"You guys should go now, you know that miss Malika doesn't like lateness," Maddy said.

"She doesn't like anything," I said and they giggled.

We went out of the room, and they led me to miss malika's chambers, whatever!!

We got there and Tammy opened the door after knocking..

The old woman was sitted on a couch facing a fancy bag full of phones.

"These are expensive phones so take care of them," She said and we nodded.

"Now take one each"she said sternly.

We each picked a phone and when it came to my turn she glared at me strangely..

"Nice choice," She said.

"Christy what are you doing here," Tammy asked.

"I came to see what is going on," Christy said.

"And also to get mine," Christy said innocently.

"You can go," She said sternly.

"But I haven't—"

"I said you can go," She yelled more sternly

"I'm 13 plus miss, I ought to have mine," Christy protested.

"Take one and leave," She said and Christy jumped happily to take hers.

We left to our room which was now filled with sound of music..

"I can't wait to get Luke's number," Patricia said and Tammy screamed.

"I can't wait to get Gabriel's," Tammy said.

"I need to get all of you girls numbers," Christy screamed.

Aha..another drama.

it's gonna be a wild night!!!

♦Luke's pov♦

I woke up with Sandra sleeping by my side. Her beautiful face kept me enchanted to her, her thin lips curved into a smile, as much as I would love to kiss her, I just can't do it..

I'm just scared that she'll wake up. I don't want to do anything that will destroy our friendship.

"Ahh!" she screamed and I was startled.

"What's wrong," I asked but she just laughed.

"Sorry, I was just startled but you being awake," She smiled.

Now that's the smile I love.

"Emm...Luke," She called.

"Yea," I answered.

"Y-your hand," She stammered and my eye caught were my hand was.... On her waist.

"I'm sorry," I removed my hand and she nodded.

I wish I can stare into this beauty forever but I have to go at some point.

"I have to go," I muttered staring at her eyes.

"Okay," She replied slowly staring at mine..

I turned to my right only to catch the alarm buzzing.

"Sorry about that," She giggled.

I don't do alarms.

She rolled to me and had to climb on me just to stop that buzzing sound, and I admit the feeling of our bodies touching sent a sensation down my spine..

I loved it, the only time that was in my mind was to drag her and kiss her, but I just can't.

She slowly got off me, and I hated the emptiness.

"I'm sorry," she said pretty embarrassed.

"You don't have to be," I said.

"You better go now," she said

"Are you chasing me now?" I asked.

"No! Why would I," she said.

"Okay I'll go now," I broke off the brief silence.

"Okay," she smiled.

I stood up, kissed her cheek and walked out..

Yeah I just did that, I can't believe myself too.

I slowly walked to my room excitedly..

After some minutes of freshning up, I went to have my breakfast.

I walked down the stairs and saw Sandra smiling sheepishly...

I walked to the dinning table and ditched out my food.

I wasn't even allowed to take the first spoon out of my meal before my dad rudely interrupted..

"You need to be fast and please dress properly," he said.

We probably will be going out to see my future wife, blah blah blah.

"I had to tell the queen to reschedule the ball to today," he said and my jaw flew open.

"What?"

"The lucky girl is going to be at the royal ball and that's where you two are going to meet," he said.

"It was going to be yesterday but we didn't go, it's today now and this time no excuses," he said and I nodded.

My dad is close to the queen and I just can't believe he made such arrangements.

Anything just to get rid of me!!

"So, is Katherine going too," I asked and he nodded.

"Can Sandra come," I asked.

"I don't think that's a good idea," he said.

"If you want me to go, she must follow," I said and he sighed.

"Fine," he said.

"Yes!"

"I can dress her up," Katherine said from nowhere.

"Cool, but when will you have your breakfast," I asked.

"I already had mine," she smiled and I shrugged and continued eating...

Hearing chatters made me turn and I caught a glimpse that made my heart beat faster and also caused a big lump in my throat.

"You look beautiful."

"Thanks," she replied shyly.

She was on some light makeup, which added to her beauty.

She was wearing a short gown that was above her knee and acted as her second skin, it showed her curves that I didn't know she had.

Top it all off was the view in front of me, her hair bouncing on her shoulders, her straight slim legs, her eyes still glittering and now surrounded by mascra..

What a breath taking view..

I bit my lip trying to stop myself from drooling but she's just too beautiful to behold.
