Eric's POV

I couldn't believe that the girl I've been in love with for so long loved me too!!! Oh my God!! I don't know how to react. It feels like there is nothing more I can want. She truly doesn't know what her words did to me!! Her words changed my whole world and me!! Everything changed!! Because of her words, all my feelings which I hid many years ago again started to breathe. My all dead feelings become alive.

Actually, On that day at the picnic, mom gave the exact same clothes to both me and Erish. Because of which Angela did not know that it was not Erish but me to save her in the pond that day. When she fell into the pond, I saw her from afar, and just ran towards her. I love swinging but Erish is not so good at that time and when she fell Erish was in another area with his friends but I don't like noisy places. That's why I just unexpectedly came towards the pond and was horrified to see her drowning.

My heart trembled and I panicked. I can't think of anything except running towards her and saving her. My heart only wanted to see her safe. Thinking all this, I just jumped. In all this process, I also consumed some water. But after saving her everything felt worth it.

At the same time, Erish and other people from the school also came there. Angela was already unconscious at that time.

Erish told me he will take care of everything which gives me some relief. There is a doctor also present who checked both of us and told us there is nothing to worry about.

After we came back home. I got a high fever and it lasted for three days. When I finally come to my awareness, I want to know if she's okay or not and Erish reported to me that she's good and healthy which made me smiled and sigh with relief. After the pond incident, the first person she meets beside her is Erish. It's normal for her to assume him one.

But I think it's all destiny!! She has many ways to say these words to Erish but unexpectedly, she spoke all this in front of me. It's a clear indication to me that she loves me. It was always Eric.

I felt satisfied in my heart. To clear my doubt I asked her many times last night. If she truly started feeling for me after that incident and she answered me every time with 'Yes'.

"YES" is a small word but it finally conquers me.

Now I will never let her upset again. I promised myself.

If she wants to think of me as Erish I'll be Erish for her. I don't mind forgetting my name for her but all I want is her and her love. The name doesn't matter until the one she loves is me. But I'm also never going to cheat on her. After Erish wakes up, the first thing I'll do is to tell her the truth. But until then I can't let her suffer. As a husband, I'll give her all the happiness she deserves. But I promise I'll never cross my last line until she knows about my identity.

"Mom!!" My voice is excited and I can see, she also felt my excitement.

"Son, What happened?" She smiled and looked at me with a confused face.

"I want to share the great news with you!" I just held her both hands. I can't wait anymore to declare that Angela loves me.

"I can hear your excitement. I'm just happy to see you again smiling!!" She said to me with soft eyes.

"Yes, Mom!! I'm so happy!!' I hugged her tightly and rested my head on her shoulder.

"What happened? Tell me!!" She asked.

"Mom! Angela loves me!!" I exclaimed.

"What?" She broke the hug and looked at me with wide-open eyes.

I can see her disbelieving eyes.

"Yes, mom!! She told me last night!" I explained to her all the details and her face also lit up.

"That's great news son!! I'm so happy for you!!" She holds both of my hands and smiles brightly.

And then touch my cheeks with her one hand.

Her eyes became watery," I'm so happy for you!! I know how much you are suffering all the time just because of us. I'm truly happy!"

"Mom!" I hugged her again to console her. It's not only hard for me but all of us.

"Just always love her. Make her happy!! Make your bond stronger!! Our blessing will always be with you!!"

"Yes, Mom!! You are saying the right thing. Now I need to fulfill my husband's duty," I nodded in agreement.

"Good to see that you finally made the right choice!!" Her face looked at me with a satisfied smile.

I also smiled warmly but suddenly thought about Erish.

"Mom! How is Erish health??" I came many times to see him but in the last few days, I could not ask about him or meet him.

"He is doing well and the doctor told us, his body started reacting!" She answered me and my smile widened.

I want to see him again smiling, laughing, and arguing with me. My heart ached to think about our old memories. We are both brothers just like one soul. He never can see me upset and I also always respect him as my elder brother. It hurts to see him suffering like that. I felt guilty that I was so heartbroken that I never asked him about his problem after leaving the country. He always called me and asked me to come back but I was so into myself that I always ignored his words. But after coming back, seeing him suffering, and seeing him attaching his body with many machines made my heart sink. I just want to see him again wake up and healthy.

When he wakes up I'll make everything clear to Angela. I'll apologize to her and ask for forgiveness. Even if I need to wait for my whole life. I'll do that without thinking for a second. But before that, I need to show her how much she's important to me! How much I want her in my life! How my life is nothing without herself!!

"Without Angela, there would be no existence of Eric!!"
