AUTHOR'S POV

ONE MONTH LATER

BROWN MANSION

"Angela, are you ready or not? It's already time for Eric to come!" Mrs.Brown hurriedly knocks on Angela's door and exclaims the words.

"Mom! I'm coming. Just a minute!" Angela responded to her Mom with an audible voice from inside while Mrs.Brown replied back shortly," Alright, I'll be here!"

A few moments later finally the door opened and Mrs.Browns was almost stunned to see her daughter.

Angela smiles brightly when she comes out of her room and stands in front of her mom.

"Mom, how am I looking? Does this dress look good on me?" Angela stares at her dress and then glances at her mom with nervous and excited feelings.

Mrs.Brown smiled brightly and touched her shoulders before admiring her, "Sweetheart, you are looking so gorgeous that I could imagine Eric's reaction after seeing you. He will truly lose his mind to see you like this!"

Angela chuckled at her mother's words and thanked her next later, "Thank you, Mom! For your compliments!"

Mrs.Brown also laughed out loud with her daughter and nodded.

"It's already time, Eric should be coming any moment. Let's sit in the living area until then." Hearing her mom's words, Angela agreed and both of them moved together.

"You look, beautiful darling!" Mr.Brown looked at Angela with fatherly love.

"Thank you, Dad!" Angela warmly smiled.

"Let's sit." Her Dad pointed to the couch.

Angela nodded and both parents sat with her.

But before they could start talking, Angela's phone beeped out from the message.

Her parents glanced at her while Angela already stared at the screen and informed them, "It's Eric!"

They both smiled.

"Read it then!" Mrs.Brown added the next moment happily.

Angela nodded to her mom and shortly read his message where he informed her that he was just outside her house, waiting for her.

Her lips curled up wide as she stared at her parents and immediately informed them, "Mom-Dad, He is already outside. I should leave now."

"Ohh then you should hurry, don't make him wait!" Her mom's voice turned excited.

"Yes, Mom. Then I'm leaving now." After completing her words, she hugged her mom.

"Good luck with your date!" Her mom's words made her blush.

"Thank you, Mom!" She thanked her and went to her dad for a hug.

"Bye Dad!"

Her dad hugged her back and mumbled, "Enjoy your Date, sweetheart!"

"Thanks, Dad!" Angela thanked him with a big smile.

Before finally leaving the home.

Eric waits impatiently for Angela outside the house with a bouquet of roses. While he wore a nice blue tuxedo today for their first official date.

He checked on the wristwatch for timing while he breathed heavily with nervousness.

Yes, it's not like he is going to war. But still, this is something he dreamed about so long before going on a date with her. And when it's finally happening. He felt little pressure to make everything perfect for her. To make everything memorable for them. He wants to do everything perfectly the way he thought.

He stared at his reflection through the car's side glasses and adjusted his tie perfectly.

However, soon the tender voice went to his ears and stopped him from doing whatever he was doing.

"Eric."

Listening to Angela's soft voice he stopped fixing his tie and immediately turned only to get frozen in his place for a long minute.

His eyes went down to her long red fish-cut dress with long sleeves in a lace pattern with a creamy texture which looked too gorgeous on her and almost hugged her every curve brilliantly to the point that he could not help but feel hypnotized by her beauty. The long sleeves made her hand look more elegant while her long 'V' neck showed her beautiful blossom cleavage slightly to make her look tempted at the same time.

Her long hair was curled by her and given a messy bun to look so pretty. While she wears a diamond eating in red color absolutely stunning her gorgeous look.

For makeup, her simple makeup almost turned bold because of her red lipstick.

Eric's eyes never left her face as soon as his gaze fell on her. While Angela could not help but blush to see his admiring eyes on her. She knew she made the right decision to wear this dress. But now, his eyes started to make her shy.

So, she can't take his eyes anymore. And the next moment speaks out.

"Eric, stop staring at me like this!" She shyly declared.

Only hearing her, he finally noticed how her full face and ears turned deep red with blushing.

He couldn't help but smile and forwarded a bouquet of roses to her hand before saying flirting phrases, "You can't blame me, dear, for looking at my pretty date."

She chuckled at his words while he did the same.

"So, now shall we move to our date place?" He forwarded his arms towards her to only be interconnected by her arms next later and happily responded, "Absolutely."

Eric stopped the car in front of the seaside while Angela stared at the sea and remembered that night when she came to know about Eric's real identity.

She stares at Eric with confusion and asks with hesitation, "E-Eric, why do we come here?"

"You will know." He gave an assured smile to her as he touched her hand with comfort.

Hearing him, Angela turned calm. She wears a smile again.

Seeing her smiling again, Eric felt relief and got out of the car first, before coming to her side and opening the car door for her.

Angela slowly gets off the car, while Eric shuts the car door behind her and finally holds her hand to take her somewhere.

Angela silently follows him without asking anything.

When finally Eric stops in front of the wooden house with complete light decoration. And just outside the house, all the candlelight dinner arrangements were done.

Angela stared at everything with a bright smile and then looked at the way which was covered in roses almost.

Everything is just too beautiful and perfect for their first date.

When she was busy admiring the decoration. Eric wrapped his arms around her belly from behind and whispered in her ears, "Do you like the arrangements?"

Angela smiled happily and replied, "I loved it, Eric."

"I'm glad." He added while she nodded.

They stood like that for a long minute before Eric finally let go of his arms.

Angela turned to him and asked, "Eric, why did you choose this place for our date?"

Eric looked at her eyes and then followed her open hair strands which were flowing with a cold breeze. He moved his fingers to tuck them behind her ears and said in a tender tone, focused on her eyes with great love,

"Because I want you to remember only happy things related to this place." Angela stared at him deeply. While he added, "I want to remove all the painful and bitter memories of us related to this place. I wanted us only to remember happy memories whenever we come here, not only now but in the future. I just hope that whenever you come here, you all think about today's happy memories."

Angela's eyes filled with tears as she immediately hugged him again.

Eric wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her back tightly.

"Thank you, Eric! Thank you for thinking like this. Now, I swear! I'll remember only this day from now on." Hearing Angela's words Eric felt satisfied and replied in hum.
