Chapter 137: Chapter 137
"THEY’RE SO CUTE!" Wonhee gushed upon seeing colorful little crabs in the shore. "This is the first time I’ve seen crabs in those colors."
"Yes, they’re cute," Bitna said, laughing softly as if she found Wonhee’s reaction cute. "But they’re deadly, Wonhee-ya."
"One thing you need to learn when you’re in a dungeon is that the more colorful a plant or a seemingly harmless monster is, the more dangerous they are," Bitna said. She was still smiling, but she looked serious now. "If ’nature’ isn’t hiding them, then it only means they are more than capable of protecting themselves."
[I think I heard something similar from the National Geographic Channel before.]
"Those little crabs’ claws are venomous," Bitna explained. "Stay here, Wonhee-ya. Sea Monsters can’t come near my beach house, so you’ll be safe here."
"I was looking forward to watching you catch some Sea Monsters, but you’re right," Wonhee said while nodding. "I should stay where it’s safe."
"Good thinking," her new friend said. "And even though I said I’m going to ’catch’ some Sea Monsters, it’s not something grand. It’s just ordinary fishing. This place is already my home for the past few years, so all the monsters here are under my control. We won’t get attacked here by random monsters."
[Is that why the System sent me here?]
"Anyway, I’ll be quick," Bitna said, already levitating. "Do you eat sashimi?"
[I’m envious of Bitna’s flight skill...]
"Yes, I’m fine with sashimi," Wonhee said, quickly getting over her envy. It was because she was taught by both set of parents to not get jealous or envious of other people because she was already born blessed with everything. "Be careful, Bitna-ya."
Bitna just chuckled, and then she quickly flew towards the seashore.
That only made Wonhee more confused.
[Bitna has the skills of a Hunter, but my gut feeling tells me she’s a fellow Guide.]
Anyway, she had something to check while waiting for Bitna to return.
"System, are you done with your maintenance?"
Her Status Window popped up, but only to show the progress.
[Maintenance Progress: 53%]
"I can’t even send a message to Yejun and my family," Wonhee said, sighing while remembering how protective her loved ones were. "I hope Yejun hasn’t frozen Korea to death yet."
"HWANG FROST, why the hell are you freezing the Fall Guild’s Headquarters?! You crazy bastard!"
Yejun, suspended in the air while watching the entire building quickly get covered in ice, rolled his eyes at what Ryung Dae– a world-renowned Culinary Hunter– yelled.
The chef wasn’t the only person who came out of the freezing building.
All the staff and the guests had come running out.
But it was only Ryung Dae who had the guts to yell at Yejun.
"I told you I’d freeze your building if you don’t bring Cyborg Hyung to me in thirty seconds," Yejun said, looking down at Ryung Dae. "It’s here, isn’t he?"
"Thirty seconds isn’t enough time to call him, you impatient bastard!"
Yejun scoffed. "Skill issue."
He wanted to say more, but he got distracted when he felt an incoming attack.
When Yejun looked up, he only had a second to put an ice barrier in front of him to protect himself from Hamin’s punch.
Hamin’s hand was covered in cement, so it would have hurt had he been hit.
[He’s still stupidly strong with his ability to control the earth element.]
In fact, long cracks appeared all over Yejun’s ice barrier when Hamin’s rock-hard punch hit it.
"Are you declaring war on me, Hwang Yejun?" Hamin asked calmly while moving away from him, creating a distance between them. "Just because you lost the Winter Guild doesn’t give you the right to destroy other guilds. If you’re jealous, then just suck it up."
"Hyung, you rarely talk, but you sure talk a lot when you nag me," Yejun complained, and then he raised his hand– his palm facing the frozen building. "I’m gonna melt the ice, but tell the people below to prepare for a flash flood."
WONHEE gasped when she saw Bitna return with a pretty big fish in one hand.
It looked like a Bluefin tuna, only the scales looked like little blue gems attached all over the tuna’s body.
"Is it a Sea Monster?" Wonhee asked curiously. "It looks like an ordinary fish."
"Most edible Sea Monsters are actually poisonous," Bitna explained while placing the ’tuna’ on the table. "That’s why only Culinary Hunters could cook monster meat. They have the skills that can remove the poison in the monsters they cook and make them safe for human consumption."
"This is why I find Culinary Hunters really cool," she said, nodding. "They save the country from going hungry during the Outbreak."
"I’m glad to hear that then~"
"Hunter Hamin is the first Culinary Hunter in the country."
Bitna’s smug smile suddenly disappeared. "The ’first’ Culinary Hunter?"
Wonhee gulped, and then she unconsciously stepped away from Bitna. "Uhm, did I say something wrong?"
"I’M BUSY, so if you have something to say, say it in ten minutes."
Yejun was now in Hamin’s penthouse located on the top floor of the Fall Guild HQ.
Although Hamin claimed that he was busy, he still had time to prepare coffee and some pastries for him.
But maybe it was because no one got hurt when he created a flash flood earlier.
[If Cyborg Hyung’s staff members and guests were hurt, I’m sure he wouldn’t have welcomed me here.]
"Hyung, Chu Wonhee has gone missing."
Hamin, who was sitting across from him with a blank look on his face, remained indifferent. "It’s not my problem, is it?"
"You’re so cold-hearted, Hyung."
"I don’t want to hear that from a crazy bastard who froze my building without caring about the people inside."
Yejun just rolled his eyes. "Hyung, I thought you needed my Wonhee to find someone."
"Yes, but you’re going to find her anyway, right?"

"You and I are the same, Hwang Yejun," Hamin said indifferently. "We won’t stop until we find the person we’re looking for. So, I know that you’ll find Chu Wonhee."
Yejun felt good after hearing those words from Hamin. It encouraged him even more to work harder to find Wonhee the quickest. "Hyung, is it safe to talk to here?"
"There’s no surveillance in this room– I’ve already gotten rid of them."
That was something that he could believe.
[Cyborg Hyung awakened a little later than the Big 4, but he’s still a part of the First Generation. And he’s the first Culinary Hunter in Korea. If it wasn’t for him, the entire country would have suffered from famine longer than it did.]
Despite Hamin’s influence, he never once abused his power and authority.
[In that aspect, Hyung is more respectable than the Big 4.]
"I won’t tell you the details about how Chu Wonhee disappeared because you don’t seem interested in that part," Yejun said. "But I’ll tell you why I’m here– the System actually told me to come to you. We need to work together to find Chu Wonhee."
"Why me?" Hamin asked, still indifferent so Yejun didn’t know what his Cyborg Hyung was thinking. "You have your fellow Big 4
"They don’t have an Admin."
"The System’s Administrator."
Hamin just looked at him blankly, obviously clueless.
[Ah, this hyung can really be slow sometimes.]
"Hyung, what phone do you use?"
It was the phone made by the Daesung Group.
[Semi Noona’s company.]
"It’s the same phone that my Wonhee uses," Yejun said, nodding. "Then you must be familiar with Luca."
"Hyung, Luca is your phone’s voice-controlled personal assistant."
Yejun let out a sigh. "Anyway, the System’s Admin works that way."
"The System said you’re not aware that you have an Admin. Seriously?"
Hamin tilted his head to one side. "Should I summon my Status Window so you could check it?"
"Huh?" Yejun asked, surprised. "Hyung, you know that I can see other people’s Status Window?"
"You were pretty stupid and careless when you were still a rookie."
"Hyung, I don’t want to hear that from someone who doesn’t even know what Luca is. I have a different phone brand, but I still know what Luca is and you don’t. You’re not as old as Song Moonho, so you shouldn’t be technology-challenged yet."
"I’m not interested in my phone since I only use it to check dungeon alerts," Hamin explained, shrugging casually. "Here, check my Status Window."
Yejun’s eyes immediately got glued to the Status Window that appeared between them.
And, as if on cue, a call came in.
The display picture of the person calling Hamin’s Status Window was a familiar vegetable.
[Where have I seen that before... oh, yeah.]
Yejun got up while pointing at Hamin’s Status Window. "It’s the broccoli!"
"Hwang Yejun, don’t be stupid," Hamin said while shaking his head. "That’s a cabbage, kid."
