Chapter 30: Chapter 30

One month later

The prom is the perfect high school end I was wishing for. I am wearing a baby pink halter neck, and the length hit right at my knees with black five inch heels. I am going for a pinkish make up, so I am wearing a pink lipstick with blush and eye shadow.

“You ready?” Charlie asks from down stairs.

“Yes!”

I walk down the stairs. Charlie’s mouth forming a little ‘O’. I stand in front of him.

“You look beautiful” he says making me blush.

He’s wearing white vest with black suit, he really looks gorgeous in it.

“So do you” I say smiling.

I place my arms around his shoulders, “We should take some pictures”

“Sure” he says. He takes out his phone and we start taking pictures, I kiss him on the cheek and click.

I take a look at it, it’s beautiful.

“Good huh?” he asks and I nod.

We make memories not knowing them.

Just in time Jack, Emerald, Diamond and Ruby comes in Charlie’s limousine. Charlie’s dad arranged it, its pearl white and really long.

Just before I can enter, Charlie stops me, “I have something for you”

My heart beats quicker and he pulls out a box from his pocket and opens it.

I gasp, so does Ruby and Emerald. Diamond looks surprised and Jack just stands there casually.

It has a beautiful baby pink flower. The corsage looks significant and gorgeous, just like him.

“W-wow” I stutter, he takes my hand slides it in. It fits and matches with my dress perfectly without a flaw.

Ruby takes my hand and examines it; next Jack takes out his own box and gives a corsage to Emerald.

Emerald looks stunning. She’s wearing green dress, representing her name, and its half shoulder. Her brown hair is in a high pony tail and her eyes are perfectly done with black eye shadow and it’s not heavily done. Her corsage is matching her dress too.

Jack and Emmy became close overtime, they both are grinning like maniacs.

Ruby looks heavenly in pear white gown and Diamond looks sparkly in her red wine dress.

We all shuffle into the limousine and sing to songs on top of our voice until we reach our school gym.

Two months ago, I would have never thought that I would be going to prom with Diamond, Emerald or Ruby and Charlie as my date. But here we are, my dreams coming true.

First, Jack and Emmy enter the gym, then Ruby and Diamond and lastly, me and Charlie.
