We had dinner at a restaurant in the city near the herd to go home

I heard the door to my room creak open to see William enter.

“Give me a space to sit that too.” He told me I don’t know why but my body moved involuntarily to the left side and he took the right side of the bed but he didn’t lie down like I do he just sat down and leaned back and closed his eyes

“I know you have a lot of questions, so ask me it’s okay.” I also sat down and took his position and started playing with my fingers nervously. These topics are sensitive to him.

He sighed when he heard my sentence to lay down on the bed and put his head on the pillow and I stayed in my place until I felt two hands pull me to lie on William's chest his hands wrapped around my waist so I could hug him too

I feel his lips on my hair. I don't know when or how, but I felt the darkness dragging me to surrender to it.

the next day

Allison's POV

"Maya, it's okay, it's your first day, you will be tired, but there is no way to give up." I told her as I gave her a bottle of water as she sat on the floor in the training center

"This is really hard Alison," she said, panting after I made her run for a while and do a few starting moves

"It's okay, you'll be back in a few days, so wait for me here, let's go to lunch together, I'll go finish my class with them." I told her to go to my students and say goodbye to them before I go back to Maya

We went out to go to the place to eat in the herd's house. Today I will not eat lunch with William. I asked to eat it with Maya, at least I will be a friend of hers. We grabbed our plates and sat down at a table and started eating.

“Are you a member of the Betta family?” Maya asked me

"No, I'm an alpha daughter, but my dad passed away a long time ago, so my brother is an alpha now." She looked at me in shock
