Chloe's Pov
I felt strange as he kissed me on the lips off guard clearly confused of the feeling but it a kiss I've never felt deep in me when Joseph kisses me.
I was now Mrs. Lincoln, the wife to the blind successful businessman and popular elite in the whole of America.
I'll treat him as his wife but nothing of sex or love will happen because I didn't agree to give him my body like that to use or my heart.
"I really don't know why the kiss got to me deeply, on what reason could it be?" I pondered within me.
"Shall we meet our parents and guests?" He requested breaking me outta my thought.
"Okay," I answered as we both walk down the alter to meet them.
"congratulations to you both. Finally husband and wife." His mum said smiling.
"Thank you aunty," I answered.
"congratulations darlings." My mum uttered emotionally.
"Mum is at it as always, getting emotional all the time." I ruminated within me.
"I'm so happy for you baby," She said placing her hand on my cheek with tears on her eyes as she stare at me with love.
"Thank you mum," Brian replied and both his dad and mine congratulated us both as well.
"Let head to the reception inside the hotel for the main party." The M.C announced on the microphone as Brian and I along with both our parents were heavily guarded by bodyguards as we made our way inside the hotel as series of reporters and media were all trying to get their way to us.
Brian's Pov
"Ladies and gentlemen, we will like the bride and groom to step on the dance floor and give us a wonderful and romantic dance together." Aaron announced loudly in my favour.
He sure knows how to do it right for someone. I did told him to make an announcement of Chloe and I to have a dance together.
She was looking nervous, if she doesn't want to dance I can't force her, "It okay if you don't wanna dance." I whispered.
"No, it not like that. I want to but am just concern about you if you will be able to get your moves because my dress is overflowing." She replied back.
"Nothing of such will happen, your dress won't be a problem at all." I answered and she nods her head in response and took my hand in hers as we both walk to the dance floor as everyone was watching.
She pull her hand away from me and uttered, "I'm ready," in a small voice.
"May I've this dance Mrs. Lincoln?" I asked addressing her as my wife.
"Yes, you may." She answered and I stretch my hand for her to place hers as I grab hold of her waist which her body jerk but she reflex as we begin dancing slowly in a slow steady movement.
She was enchanting me greatly with her body closely to mine and her fragrance, everything was mesmerizing.
I hope I don't do something beyond within our honeymoon because I can't be so sure to control myself if she lure me with unimaginable things.
Chloe's Pov
After the dance with Brian, it was time for both of us to get going for our honeymoon.
I wasn't expecting the honeymoon would be so fast and in Paris but it is.
"We're gonna miss you baby," Mum voiced out tearing up.
"Mum, I'll miss you so much but after we're back from the honeymoon I'll always check up on you." I replied wiping the tear off her face.
"She will be fine honey, you both need to catch up your plan." Brian's mum uttered smiling.
"Thanks aunty," I said to her as the door to the car was open already for me to get in.
I got in while Brian did as well with the help of Aaron.
"I'll be the one looking after him now since we're going for our honeymoon and in that moment we're gonna be together. I hope it goes good without compromising the promise I made not to make my heart fall in love." I pondered as the car drove outta the wedding premise.
Brian's Pov
We got to my airport, Bri Lin Airport personally owned by me. We passed through the tunnel leading to where my private planes are parked before the car stopped.
The bodyguards opened the car door for me as one of them helped me out as we moved to one of the planes along with Chloe right beside me.
"Welcome Mr and Mrs Lincoln," All the flight attendants greeted with their heads bowed which I nod in response.
We got into the plane as the bodyguard who was helping me out with a sit as Chloe sat right beside me.
I know she isn't feeling happy about this but I hope I didn't make a mistake by forcing her into it.
But I believe the feeling of her sadness and sorrow will change to love and intrigue her to fall in love again.
Chloe's Pov
I can't believe he owns all these properties, I wonder how the place we're going to in Paris is his as well.
Our baggages were already arranged and every other necessities as well.
I still remembered mum saying, I shouldn't forget to put on the lingerie which she choose when we went shopping for the wedding dress on our wedding night.
It sounded very funny, how could she think something was gonna happen between Brian and I just like that without love which can't be possible be it a close relationship? She keeps hoping someday I'll fall in love with him.
"I'm so sorry for kissing you without your approval." He said after a long silence between us.
"Uhmm... it okay," I replied feeling awkward he had to bring that up.
I did felt some spark through the kiss he did to me, I felt a bit connected with him and the fresh rush of blood through my body like never before.
"Thank you, we're gonna get to my pent house in Paris." He added.
"Okay," I responded thinking about my new life with him as my husband now.
The life which I was afraid of giving to another man after so much was what has come to past but about falling in love, my heart still remains the same.
