Chapter 203: Chapter 203

Chloe was ready to erupt with anger!

Her face was flushed. She pointed at Chase and rebuked. "Am I being too nice to you?

How could you see so many things when you entered the clinic just now? Why didn't see anything when I came in? You must be thinking you're the only one who is sharp eyed enough to notice the dogs and the bees! You are obviously trying to take me for a fool!"

After Chloe scolded him, everyone was stunned.

No one had ever seen Chloe so enraged.

To think that Chloe, who had always been so elegant, lost her temper. The loudness of her roar at this moment was not unlike that of the dog that was barking its head off in the corner.

For no reason, Bella was pleased to see Chloe snap.

She chided internally. "You deserve it, you little vixen!"

"Chase will never take a fancy to you!"

looked at Chloe, grinning..

"Go catch your bees."

Bella was now consumed by her own happiness.

She had not thought about why Chase needed the bees.

It had not even crossed her mind what torturous treatment awaited Jane.

Chase glanced at Chloe, his gaze placid.

Chloe planned to continue rebuking him, but his gaze struck fears into her heart.

Hurriedly, she left the room.

The people were silent.

They thought, "How arrogant could Chase get?"

Chase was but an ex-employee of the Helping Hands Medical Center.

They could not believe that Chase would be so haughty now that he had resigned.

He even dared to order Chloe around!

He was digging his own grave!

Chloe was so pissed that she was about to burst into tears.

She cursed inwardly. "This little bestard, he doesn't know how to respect others! He won't even spare me!"

He had gone too far!

He must be getting his revenge!

He must be getting back at me for creating that group and adding Bella into it to badmouth him.

There was no other explanation for it.

Although furious, she ordered several men to knock down the beehive. Then, they caught about ten bees despite being stung and sealed them into a bottle for Chloe.

She brought the bottle into the room and threw it gloomily at Chase. "Take it! I'm leaving!"

Turning around, she left the room without looking back. She shuddered at the thought of Chase coming up with more strange ideas.

Everyone stared blankly at the bees crawling in the bottle and at Chase, unsure what he was about to pull off.

"Chase, what are you doing?" Bella asked, finally coming to her senses.

Chase looked at Jane, who was trembling with fear.

jane shivered instinctively.

Jane thought, "He must have an ulterior motive for catching these bees."

Chase answered, "Didn't I just say it? I'll use the bee's venom to counteract the toxin in her body. She will be alright after a few bee stings.

Everyone's jaw dropped to the ground once again in shock.

Worried, Bella muttered, "Chase, stop kidding.

However, Chase replied seriously, "I'm not joking. Let's start the treatment. It will be troublesome if we delay it any further."

After that, he opened the bottle.

Everyone stepped back in fear, afraid of being stung by the bees.

Jane's face turned pale. Her instincts told her to flee.

However, Chase grabbed her and asked thetwo nurses to hold her down. Taking a transparent plastic bag, he poked a few holes in it.

Pouring the bees into a bag, he bagged Jane's head with it, much to her dismay.

Jane immediately roared like an animal at the slaughterhouse!

"You b'stard! I'm going to kill you! You're turturing me!" Jane screamed.

"I'll kill you later! I Swear I won't rest until I get my revenge!"

She then turned to look at Kaleb as she bellowed, "Kaleb, save me! It hurts so much!

As everyone watched the bees crawling onJane's face, their eyes widened.

Fortunately, this peculiar treatment did not take long.

A few minutes later, Chase removed the plastic bag.

The bees were wriggling on the ground, apparently on the verge of death.

Everyone looked at Jane, whose face was red and swollen like a baboon's butt. One by one, their faces turned red.

They were trying their best to hold back their laughter.

Although Jane looked pitiful and miserable Bella couldn't help tottering while glimpsing at Jane.

She forced back a laugh and changed the subject, asking, "Chase, is it over now?"

Chase nodded. "Yes. Fret not, she's alright."

"Now can you tell me what she is suffering Bella asked.

Jane tried to claw at Chase, but Chase pushed her back onto the bed with one hand.

"D*mn it! I wasn't sick at all! This b*stard was just trying to get his on me! I'm definitely going to kill you!" Jane cursed furiously.

Chase said to Bella, "Yes, she's right. She wasn't sick, or to be more precise, she doesn't have any disease."

"What's that then?" Bella asked blankly.

Chase answered blandly, "She was over exposed to radiation from radionuclides, leading her to experience dizziness and tinnitus. If she were to expose to it any longer, she could have prolonged vomiting or she might even fall into a coma "Radionuclides?" Bella asked, unfamiliar with all these medical jargons, obviously more befuddled.

Chase continued, "Therefore, I used acupuncture to stimulate the meridians in her body again so she could self-heal."

"What about the bees?" Bella asked again.

She was still unhappy about the fact Chase used the bees to treat Jane.

"Radionuclide is a metal element, while bee venom is, categorically, belongs to that of a fire. Theoretically, fire overcomes metal.

The use of bee's venom can neutralize the toxin in her body," Chase explained calmly.

Everyone looked at Chase, puzzled. To them, at this moment, Chase was just a man who was babbling nonsense.

Bella couldn't help but ask, "If it's about radiation, wouldn't she be fine with treatment from a usual hospital?

Chase nodded. "Yes, that's why I said that her illness is a small matter.

Bella's face fell. She could not help but ask again, "Does that mean that there are other available treatment methods?"

Chase nodded. "Of course."

"Then why did you choose to use the guillotine and bees method?" As soon as Bella blurted that out, her face became flushed instantly.

Sure enough, like everyone else, Bella also found that Jane looked like a prisoner on the guillotine a while ago.

Jane was so furious that she was about to pass out.

"Oh well, it's the cheapest method," Chase answered.

A wave of fury crashed through Jane as she questioned, "Do I look like I need you to save money for me?"

She was so enraged!

Not only was she slapped by this son of a bitch three times, but she was also humiliated! Besides being stung by coumless bees, she was also seen as a prisoner ready to be beheaded!

She had to endure all these humiliations because this good-for-nothing was trying to save money!

Did she seem so poor that she couldn't afford better treatment?!

Everyone looked at Chase, speechless.

Undoubtedly, Chase was trying to take his revenge on Jane.

However, he had indeed saved Jane's life.

Jane had no choice but to swallow her anger.

Brilliant!

When Bella saw that Jane was about to blow up in anger, she abruptly changed the topic, "How could she be over-exposed to radionuclide? She basically stays at

home all day long. She never comes into contact with any radiations, not even those that are used in the hospitals."

Everyone nodded in unison, and even Jane was confused too.

Thereupon, Chase looked at the dirty stray dog, grinning.

He pointed to the necklace on the stray dog and answered. "The source of the radionuclide is from the Fortune Necklace."
