From the top of the luxurious veranda of Casa Villa Hacienda. Sid was slowly putting down a cup of coffee in the table while pulling a deep bound. He glimpse in a wide and spacious duel. Witnessing multiple hectares of coconut plantation along with the tons of rice fields. Captivating and breathtaking view ranches of cow, sheep, goat, horse and a lot of spacious land almost reaching of his eyes where belongs to him. The owner of different businesses inside and outside the country. The multi billionaire CEO of AquaLeisure Corporation. Who will gonna think that at the age of 27 - Sid Casavilla was already a business tycoon billionaire. He is not just a rich man but his physical looks was extremely charming as they say a gal’s fantasy with a stand of 5”11 – TDH (tall, dark and handsome). His eyes was undeniably tenebrous but surely attractive plus having a good built of body masculine. Thus, who’s the girl can’t resist with this man?

But despite of his good looking figure somebody says it’s an opposite of his outer behavior which knew by the people surrounds him. He was a ruthless man. He was a strict man. He was so very arrogant. He was a perfectionist. He was a bossy. Hence, if you are not familiar with this guy, you will gonna curse him and gets scarious surely.

Today is Monday he needs to come early in the office as the newly hired secretary will be reporting today after 6 months of waiting. Finally, they will meet in person. Actually, the girl was not selected by him. In fact the new secretary was chose and interviewed by his father therefore did not undergo any interview by him. He was remembered when his Daddy called him late at night during his vacation in Boracay Island.

“ Sid “ the voice seems full of excitement

“ Look son I have a good news to you. I found the right one for you “

“ Come on Dad…you know me…zero tolerance for the girl’s commitment “ while laughing.

“ Sid you’re not getting any younger “ anyway you’re new secretary is coming in the next couple of months so be ready I believe you found the right one son “. The old man gets overwhelmed through a wide smile

“ Dad please…ok let’s see if it lasts “ no wonder if the girl will automatically gave a resignation letter after 1 day or 1 week. It’s very lucky and indeed a miracle if his secretary will take lasts of 1 month. He can’t avoid to think a previous secretary why it was resigned immediately.

“ Veronica…!!! the face of the lady was obviously got fainted when she heard the powerful voice. She walks fast as she can with full of tensions.

“ Yes! Si…r “ the voice is almost shivering in front of the young CEO.

“ Did you ate breakfast before you came in the office Veronica?

“ Yes! Si…r

“ Really! but honestly you look not. Go to the toilet and look at yourself in the mirror. What’s happening to you? “

See“ Actually Sir…I’m afraid to you, your voice seems always threatening everyone. It's very powerful as time goes by. I really convinced myself that I heard to what other people says about you. “ Veronica said straight forward to his boss.

Instead of getting sad nor irritates. Sid turned back a wide smile to his secretary.

“ Shall I get mad…of course not dear, well if that’s your opinion let’s bring it on. Respect it. One question Veronica ! Why you are here? “

“ Because I am working with you Sir “

“ Exactly! If you’re fears is bigger than your goal then I’ll assure. You will have no space in this environment. Did you? “ a tough figurative words from the respective mouth of the CEO.

That is the last conversations he had with Veronica. On the next day did not come in the office for duty. Human Resources office got informed him that resignation letter gave to the security guard then forwarded the same.

He don’t want people who had fast giving up. Life is full struggles just continue to walk in despite of rough roads along the way at the end of the day you will see the fruit of your hardships. Sid is a living witness that’s why he reached of what he is now. People surrounds him always commended him “ Sid went through lot of sacrifices and hardships in the past but look at him now. He is a very successful younger millennials CEO at the age of 27. What a great achievement young man.”

Just one smile answer back from him. That’s him. No other than, yes! it’s only Sid. He always believe that outer personality can hide something but what’s the most important is the inner side of one individual where people might not be knowing or seeing most of the time but only above knew and would able to measure human deeds.

“ Good morning Sir Sid.” can’t deny showing politeness from the employees towards young CEO.

“ Hi good morning have a great day ahead.“ Sid was smiling to his staff. This is one of the reason why he was still full of dose everyday because he knew that despite of negative insight, positive behind is much greater having those respect greetings from employees is such a big blessings.

His office are was very spacious located in the 8th floor. It has a long wood sofa in the corner while overlooking views from the tinted glass window. That is a special request from him as he was always having a usual routine taking a short sleep during break time in the office at least 20 to 30 minutes was enough. He was looked in the wall clock it’s 7:35 in the morning. After few minutes gets stand up and took a one cup of tea and sat down in the sofa while looking in the vehicles passing.

He was sighed. He is going to take a 5 push up on the floor when he heard knocks from the door. It was lost in his mind the expected visitor coming today.

“ Yes! Please come in.”

Few seconds ago, door was slowly goes open up. From there, his sight was exposed to a one young lady wearing black skirt pencil cut design with white shirt sleeve tops. If he was not mistaken this young lady was only 21 years of age. Sid was caught tear in sight the proportion flawless skin long legged of the young lady plus a factor of having slim figure. “ Strange !!! Sid…” he keeps talking himself. As he was not the type of man who will attracts with this kind of girl…” Sid was convinced himself through whispering inside guts.

“ Sir good morning. “

“ Good morning please have a sit “ Sid offered. The young lady feels shy and awkwardness as she knew that Sid looking at her. She is trying to calm herself.

“ Thank you Sir .” She was smiled.

“ You are welcome . “

She was look down and smiled again.

“ So! You are Miss Margaret Dimayuga finished AB Mass Communications sorry that’s all I can remember according to my Dad; so now may I request to a young lady in front of me, to please tell me something brief about herself.”

Margaret at the moment was picking up something a clip of paper on the envelope holding.

“ Sir this is my resume for your reference.” a bitter smile was draw in the handsome face of the guy because of what she said.

“ Ms. Dimayuga are you with me. “? Sid was in a sarcastic voice tune

Her heartbeat pulling out very fast on that moment. She squeezed her fingers sweating. The air coming out from the AC was so cold but not for her.

“ Did you understand what I have said? Did I ask your resume? Did my instructions cleared it not? “

“ Definitely! Sir I have fully understand what you have said, however Yes! You did not ask for my resume but it’s my willingness to give it to you just for your reference purposes only prior to my brief talks about myself. “ Margaret said in a voice determined.

Sid took a short quiet. This young lady in front of her was so indeed different compared to the others and the previous some. For the first time, admiration has been rise with him for unknown reason.

“ Are you trying to make an argue with me Ms. Dimayuga? “

“ Of course not Sir as I do respect you as the CEO of this company but I just only want to explain my opinion if you won’t mind and I do believe it’s a privilege of anyone. Correct me if I’m wrong Sir “

He has been scattered after hearing those words from this young lady. He admitted to himself that he was trapped and amazed that time. He did realize listening to the young lady.

“ Good morning! I am Margaret Dimayuga, family and friends calling me “ Garee “ as my nickname. I'm 21 years old currently residing in Green hills Village Block 08. Eldest out of four children. I was graduated AB Mass Communication in UP Manila. I’m single. “ Awkwardness again when Sid was look up to her. He don’t have an exact idea but after hearing the word “ single “ does he felt happy on it?

“ No wonder Sid she’s just only 21 “ he said on his mind. “ but he was recovered after a few minutes if brainstorming with this young lady.

It took almost two hours orientation tackled with her duties and responsibilities. At her young age as a woman her admiration to this young CEO was very fantastic. She saw a big different with Sid while it was talking. This guy was very professional and eloquent that’s why it was very successful in his career chosen path, but one thing she was assured that this guy was not so easy to go with in terms of work nor personal matters as it is the real image of perfectionist.

“ Hey! Garee it’s just only work matters…nothing more than that ok! “ she was laughed secretly to think of personal matters.

“ Do you have any Ms. Dimayuga please let me know. “ they were now in the elevator going to the remaining floors. She is now introducing to the personnel as Executive Assistant to CEO.

“ It’s ok Sir I’ll let you know. “

“ Good to hear from you Margaret “ looking at her from head to toe.

The next agenda for the day is they went to her office cubicle. It was very near almost attached to Sid’s office. The only interval is the glass door transparent in that way connects to closely side by side and seeing each other.

“ Miss Margaret this will be your working area. Please maintain cleanliness all the time. I don’t want a messy surrounding especially top of the table. I don’t want to see scattered papers always keep on the proper place while working. “

A messy place, a messy mind leads to unproductivity.

“ Noted Sir.” She was answered immediately.

In a week their relations as Executive Assistant and CEO was became smooth. All commands and orders was held properly. She doesn’t give him a reason to make mad at her. She can’t avoid the joke of some personnel.

“ Miss Garee for the first time in history in this company Sir Sid had a secretary took lasts over one week it is unbelievable. What did you do Ms. Garee? “. astonishment and admiration saw in the face of Miss Annie their Accounting Head. Both are having break time in the pantry.

“ Miss Annie as long as I am doing my job sufficiently and accurately I think no one can treat me as bad even my boss. “ she says in the way that only joking but was also true.

“ Exactly Garee ! but make sure you’re ready. Sid was a kind man but he has a damn monster bit attitude that’s why no one takes lasts longer with him. You know what I mean Garee. “

Before she accepts this job. She did a brief research about her boss. Thus, this comment is not new with her but of course Ms. Annie was right Sid was not so easy to be accompanied so she needs to be ready anytime.

Two weeks later. She was able to get easily other tasks given to her. In fact for those who didn’t know her. She was graduated as Cumlaude an excellent record. Being bright and smart were primary characteristics. She is also easy to indulge in co-workers and colleagues in the office. Difficult work could be easy when you are happy in the work environment especially those people happy working with you.

There’s a saying that “ Happy Environment make us Happy People produce Happy Working embrace Happy Success leads to a Happy Life .”

Yes! It’s true. Life witnesses those Aquasoft personnel almost devoted their lives in the company as most of them were completed 10 to 20 years, others running for 30 to 35 years in service. These are testimonials that management was good and knows how to takes care employees. Best asset. Best investment. Less liabilities. All merits goes back to her boss. The head from the root. Their company CEO was very hands on to the company most of the time Sid has no weekend, even Saturday and Sunday would be a working day. But most of the time when her boss is on official business, out of town or out of the country she’s alone in the office. She’s the one taking care of sending emails to the respective clients as well as prospect client and responding emails the same. Managing CEO's schedule everyday. Preparing business trip request to the corresponding department and make a reimbursement later. Manage bookings of ticket, hotel accommodation of the CEO and a lot more including general and administrative functions. Sid was very independent person. He’s not the type of CEO which being dependent to the Executive Assistant. She was just completed three weeks now but had only 1 time she was experienced accompanied by him in a business meeting.

Anyway, it’s not a big deal for her. She knows how to respect the decision of the CEO. Their communication was intact everyday through emails, whatsApp, messenger, text messaging and calls. That’s enough. Sometimes she want to ask her boss about that matter but in the end she chose to be keep silent, better unite with the flow to avoid misunderstanding between them. The reason of having a well compensated salary helps her family especially younger brothers in pursuing their study which her great motivation.

What a bountiful green surroundings? He was walking around the wide plot of multiple various vegetables while waving to their farm workers. There were times during weekend if he’s not too much busy in the office. He has time of visiting workers in the farm. Like today morning it was Saturday.

“ Mang Tony good morning. How are you? How’s everything here? “ the old man was coming up. Mang Tony is a loyalist steward worker of their family. He was grew up knowing this man serving to his father already. Mang Tony was became ultimate trustees of their farm.

“ Good morning Sir Sid.”

“ Sid “ Please Mang Tony you’re not stranger with us you knew that !“ Sid was emphasizing his name to not calling him as Sir Sid.

“ Today is the schedule of putting fertilizers also removing grasses around the plants” Mang Tony said. For him, it relieves fatigue seeing these kind of vegetables a healthy leaves of eggplant, chili, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger seedlings which started sprouting flowers. The colorful leaves sways dancing in the wind.

“ Excellent Mang Tony I knew you’re a legend eversince this farm was established .” Sid was smiled to Mang Tony before picking up a stick and starts cultivating the soil around the onion seedlings. He was approaching in the tree tomatoes plucked some ripe had put in the plastic bag.

“ I will gonna cook eggplant omellete, mixing tomatoes with onion rings anchovy salad.” one of the dishes most loved to eat.
