Chapter 87: Chapter 87
"Ah..." Seraphina Redgrave’s expression carried a hint of sarcasm, "On my way here, someone said Ethan Sterling almost lost his life to save Mia Redgrave and cried while holding her. I’m truly moved to tears by this love."
If this wasn’t mentioned, it would be fine, but now that it is, Mia’s mental defenses completely collapsed.
The implication in Seraphina’s words was clear, she was saying she knew everything that happened before, hinting for Mia to stop using Ethan Sterling as her support.
Mia looked at Seraphina, her eyes filled with venomous resentment, yet she couldn’t utter a word. Everyone was looking at them, wanting to know what happened, and she couldn’t let Seraphina say anything further that shouldn’t be revealed.
Thinking of this, Mia immediately began to cry, "What do you mean? Bullying me about those past events is one thing, but bringing them up again? Are you showing off how powerful you are? Besides, I’ve never bragged about Ethan Sterling!"
After speaking, Mia ran away, leaving no room for retreat.
Everyone in the classroom was looking at Seraphina.
Mia’s tactics were getting more and more interesting by the day. Now, anyone watching would think Seraphina bullied the poor little innocent Mia.
The boys who usually saw Mia as someone always smiling and pleasant watched her cry and run, and their looks towards Seraphina were no longer purely appreciative.
This transfer student isn’t a good person, even forcing Mia to bow her head. What a waste of such a beautiful face.
Some of those people sat farther away from Seraphina, and a few went to find Mia.
Seraphina curled her lips and sighed.
Well, at least it’s quieter now.
She opened her textbook, flipping through it aimlessly.
After a while, the teacher entered the classroom along with the bell signaling class start, and Seraphina closed her book, ready to hear what level this professor was at.
Then a painting appeared on the blackboard projection.
"Art appreciation is not just about appreciating historical masterpieces, but also the works of recent talents, such as the recent Star Burning Cup gold medal-winning painting, ’Snow Woman.’"
The teacher knocked on the blackboard and said, "This painting will undoubtedly be a milestone achievement in the art world. Those of you studying oil painting should take a good look at it. No matter what you observe, it will be a big step forward."
Seraphina looked at her own painting and silently twitched the corners of her mouth.
Why is she here? To analyze her own painting?
Serena Lowell looked at Mia Redgrave beside her, having no mood for the class, worried that Seraphina might really expose the hotel surveillance. That would be the end.
She couldn’t bear such humiliation in front of classmates.
Just as she was thinking, Mia handed her a note.
Serena dumbfoundedly looked at Mia, who sat straight like a model student, showing no sign of distraction.
Serena picked up the note.
"Find a way to embarrass Sylvia Shaw. As long as she does something she can’t let classmates know, she won’t dare oppose you anymore." Tʜe sourcᴇ of thɪs content ɪs NoveI★Fire.net
Then the matter concerning the surveillance will be resolved.
Serena was speechless; was she the only one afraid? Mia wasn’t afraid at all?
During the Kaelor incident, Mia was even more disgraced, wasn’t she?
But Serena dared not say a word, after all Mia had just said it herself, she’s Ethan Sterling’s woman, so how could she easily oppose her.
To embarrass Seraphina...
Serena thought for a moment, then had an idea, and took out her phone to text Ronan Yates, the bad-boy senior from Sovereign College. Ronan was obsessed with Mia, and whatever Mia ordered, she’d pass on to Ronan.
"Serena: Senior, Mia is being bullied by that transfer student, she’s crying so much she’s out of breath."
Soon she received a reply.
"Ronan: What? Someone dares to bully Mona? What a nerve! Don’t worry, I’ll gather people after class to beat him up!"
"Serena: Don’t rush, let’s meet during lunch break, and I’ll tell you the details."
"Ronan: I’ll be waiting!"
After arranging everything, Serena solemnly nodded to Mia, and Mia let out a sigh of relief.
Serena isn’t a good person, her ideas are extremely vile, entrusting this matter to her was absolutely right.
And she can remain completely clean.
Seraphina sat in the back watching everything clearly, lightly curled her lips.
Seraphina listened to compliments about her painting for a whole hour and a half, only leaving the classroom when class ended.
She wandered around the school casually, then bought a bottle of water and headed to the basketball court.
After a while, she got up again and went to the bathroom.
During official class time, there wasn’t a single person in the bathroom.
She entered one of the stalls.
Afterwards, she heard Serena Lowell’s sneaky footsteps, then she used a mop to block the door and slipped her phone under the stall door gap.
After finishing, Serena exited the bathroom, gesturing at the bathroom door to Ronan Yates.
Ronan held a bucket of excrement, his nose clamped shut, yet he couldn’t help but roll his eyes and gag.
Serena was also disgusted, couldn’t help waving, "Alright, hurry, don’t let her realize."
Ronan’s eyes almost rolled to the top.
"What’s the matter?" Serena glanced at Ronan, "If you don’t want to do it, then don’t, pretend Mia wasn’t bullied and let her cry."
"Hey, I’m just saying, you’ve got to tell Mia, I’m really committed to her."
After speaking, Ronan lifted the bucket and entered the bathroom.
Serena waited outside to keep watch, guarding against others entering and closing the door.
Ronan entered the door, saw the blocked stall door, knowing someone was inside, he struggled to lift the bucket, ready to move.
A straightforward voice sounded beside him.
Ronan almost lost grip and spilled the contents on himself, but ultimately managed to maintain balance, turned around, only to see Seraphina standing behind him, head tilted, looking at him.
"How, how, how is it you!"
Ronan was near madness, how could he not recognize this face, it was like a rat meeting a cat, trembling with fear.
"What’s wrong, surprised?"
Seraphina glanced at what was in his hand, a disgusting mix of solid and liquid, she stepped back with some distaste, her expression indifferent: "Impressive, you spent quite a lot just to get me."
"Get you?" Ronan was dumbstruck, "The transfer student Serena mentioned is you? No, I didn’t know, sorry! I’m really sorry! I won’t dare again! Please don’t hit me!"
Ronan was almost in tears, just a step away from kneeling and bowing to Seraphina.
His previous injuries still hadn’t healed.
"Ha." Seraphina said.
Ronan immediately reacted, "I’ll dump this right away! Right now!"
Ronan didn’t dare linger any longer, now just wanting to flee.
Seraphina stopped his movements.
Serena hadn’t heard any screams from Seraphina, which was odd, and couldn’t help but call out in a low voice, "Ronan, what are you doing!"
Serena cautiously pushed open the door and looked inside, but no one was there.
