****BEAUTY'S POV***

2 days later

I couldn't hide it anymore ,I had to face my feelings and go and see Bruno,I took my bath that morning and got dressed.

I decide to go back to the company,since that's the only way to see Bruno ,I wanted to either make it up ,I would do anything to win us back.

It was my fault for keeping such a delicate secret from him,I had to win him back.As soon as I stepped into the company,my colleagues crowded around me,happy to see me back

I never imagined I would be missed that much.

"Welcome Beauty".

Their voices continued ringing.

I tried hard to smile back at everyone of them ,then after I walked slowly to my desk and gazed at his office.

I dusted my table and my chair,parking the files out to dust them too,I gazed at his office, now the CEO'S office as the new CEO since Ferd resign amidst crisis. I had an urge to go in there and meet with him.

I sighed heavily and started dusting the documents

Just then he came out of his office ,his secretary was with him,saying something to him,he looked slimmer and unhappy.

I stared at him,it's obviously he was not himself,he took a quick gaze at my post, our eyes met ,he looked away immediately and unbothered.

My face turned pale just then Jessi walked into my department

"Beauty"

She said coldly unlike her usual teasing manner.

I hugged her and pecked her,I wonder how she has been,since she didn't tease me ,I guess,she was still disturbed by something,worse she kept hiding it from me.

"Have you taken your drugs this morning"I asked in a whisper,she had texted me the other time that got an infection,she don't want to tell me what kind of infection,but she was a virgin so definitely not sexual infection,I thought.

She nodded slowly.

"Am happy to hear that,please take your drugs seriously, okay?,I can't wait to have my best friend back"i said to her.

Then Bruno walked past and entered his office without his secretary this time.

"Have you talked with Bruno yet?,he asked after you the other day"Jessi said.

"I...i.

I don't know how to tell her about the clip,what am I supposed to say or do this time.

"Come on I have something to tell you both"

She took my hands,her body was as cold as Ice,I don't know what happened,but my best friend must be going through a very tough time yet she won't open up and tell me what it was,I felt so sad about Jessi,she used to be the most crazy happy jovial person I ever known, now she only talk when she had to and she does that with an expressionless face.

"No no Jessi stop I don't want to see him now"i whispered but she kept on pulling me with her.

We got to the office and she opened the door without knocking.

Bruno looked up ,his brows arched offended.

"What's the problem Jessi,I didn't send for you nor her"he snarled angrily.

"Bruno what's happening,you came asking after her the other time you told me.....

"Get out of my office this minute uf you love your job,Jessica don't take my friendship for granted"Bruno sneered.

Jessi was speechless for a minute.

"But you..you wanted to get back together the other thing"she replied slowly.

"Jessi is okay,it's not his fault"I said trying not to sob

Bruno looked away avoiding my eyes contact.

"Did anything happen?"Jessi asked ,she seem nervous.

I stared at Bruno, his fingers were shaking nervously, as he pretended to continue with his typing.

I bite my lower lip fighting back my tears.

"There was a sex clip....but I swear that wasn't me"I broke down in tears.

Surprisly Jessi cried too but silently.

"Oh please what now,crying won't solve anything Beauty,those tears are so fake as long as what I saw in that clip was real,I need you tell me why you did it,my whole family hates you for it even Granny,I stood for you aganist then...but...

"And now?,are you going to join them and believe that clip"Jessi snapped at him.

He didn't say a word.

"Bruno you can't fo this to her,look at her please, she is innocent"Jessi pleaded.

"Oh I see,Beauty it's now five men,whom I love so much,I guess am just so unfortunate,you were different Bruno,(sobs)you different, because i never had this feeling before,you made me believe so much Inlove that I forget how I actually look like. I've always known you deserve someone better"I lamented.

"Bea please listen to me first"Jessi said in-between sobs

"No Jessi...it's fine don't worry about me"I smiled at her as tears continued rolling down my cheeks.

I turned to Bruno. "I guess this isn't mine anymore"i pulled put the diamond ring on my finger and gave to him.

He refused to take it.

I could see he was shaking holding back his emotions,it was good to see he was able to fight his feelings for me,I guess he doesn't love me as much anymore.

"Come on you are not the vilian,this time I blame myself take it Bruno,if I was in your shoes I would react same way".

I said to him, but he didn't make an attempt to look up or even take the ring back.I dropped the ring on the table and walked out of the room heading out of the company as fast as I could,my palm covering my mouth.

Jessi called out at me but I ignored her.

**BRUNO'S POV*"

"you have to call her back and apologize,it was my fault not hers"Jessi said in tears.

"What nonsense are you saying?"I asked her with my eyes wet.

"You have to go after her"she snapped.

I tried to control myself from breaking apart staring at the ring on top of my table.

In as much as I pretended to be strong and unbothered, I love Beauty so much,even hearing her voice today I had to resist the urge and feeling to hug her tightly and cry with her,but the weight of pressure was too heavy ,both from my mind full of the memory of that clip and from my family.It was obvious it's true.

"I only wanted her to tell me why she did it,and let me know her reasons for breaking my heart this way"i said to Jessi.

Jessi broke down into loud tears.

"That's because she don't even know anything!,she was completely innocent,I tell you!"she yelled at me.

"What are you saying did you watch the sex clip of her and my father?"I asked annoyingly.

"I don't have to,it was made right in my presence!"she snapped back.

My eyes widened in shock.

"Is that a joke,what the f**k you mean by that ?"

I said angrily.

She was breathing heavily, her mouth agape, tears and her sweat soaked her shirt,she couldn't say a word eachtime she opened her mouth.

"If you are not going to talk ,please leave my office!"

"I drugged her"she cried out, I looked up ,my heart pounding.

She told me an unbelievable story that the only reaction I had to it was to fall on the floor and laughed out crazily.

"Am sorry Bruno,I never trust your dad,that's why I had a condition for it to happen in my presence,I thought it was just an interview and after he would leaveeher under my care ,after the whole test, I will tell Beauty about it and we would spend the money"Jessi stated,I hope my ears are not decieving me.

"What trash are you saying Jessi!,what the f*k are you ...oh my gosh,my head is exploding!!"I exclaimed tartly,I grabbed my on my chest,looking like I saw a ghost, smirked every minute in confusion.

"Bruno am sorry,I should have...

My secretary knocked sir,interrupting her.

"Sir..sir"

I ignored her calls and looked at Jessi ,who was wailing like a mom that lost her child.

My heart was filled with so much hatred for her.

"You don't deserve to live Jessi,how could you.....I don't believe it,can you imagine the pain I put her through,I am the worst man ever to be in her life,my father abused her and that old fool!.."I squeezed my foster and hit the wall.

The secretary kept knocking

Jessi cried more.

"Am the worst,I knew about it all along ,I just couldn't face my fears and guilt and opened up to her"Jessi cried more

"How could she fall for my Dad's trap,still, She is not be blamed entirely, she never expected it so ,she's really going through a lot too,if only I had never pushed her away from me..if only"

Tears clouded my eyes,I let them flow freely

"I don't think I can live any longer,Bruno,I was raped too and disvirgined by his six men, who treated me like a sex toy without no sympathy,made my mouth a hole for their urine and semen,I have been sick for days,i deserved it but I don't think I can...

She broke down again

The knock continued

"Sir !!,please open up,there was an accident"my secretary announced.

Hearing that my heart skipped

"Accident?"

I muttered same with Jessi.

I opened the door and found everyone mumbling to eachother.

"A passerby said it was a sucide,she literally worked into a moving bus,the driver also said her tears were flowing as she smiled at the car approaching waiting for the hit"

"Poor Beauty what could have made her go ...

"Who?"I asked ,my leg were obviously trembling .

"This is a joke right?"I laughed with trembling tone in my voice.

"What have I done!!Bea!"Jessi cried loudly and rushed out heading to only her knows the direction.

I fell on the floor,the employees rushed to me.

"Sir Bruno?"..I heard their voices disappearing with a ring to it.

I was just smiling with ceaseless tears running as the images started getting blurred

"It's heart failure take him to the medical unit!"

My secretary shouted.

"Why tell him,she was his fiancee"another said

"I don't know! "

Their voices fades as I tried to catch a breathe and blanked out.
