Aria

I was done cleaning our room and changing the bedsheets.

We were in the bedroom. Luke was playing with all the toys that Lucas bought for him in his crib.

I was just watching him while he was enjoying his toys.

I know, later on, he will keep whining that he wants to play with me.

My phone rang and I reached into the side table to get it.

I looked at the caller. Lucas, my smile grew bigger.

"Hello," I answered the phone.

"Hello baby, how are you and Luke?" Lucas's tired voice.

"We are fine, did you eat? Are you tired from yesterday night?" I asked in concern. We already sleep very late because we made love and woke up in the morning.

It's basically, we slept 2-3 hours.

"Yes baby, I ate but I love your food." Only food? Jealousy hit me.

"No, I am not tired and just finishing these papers just a little bit stress." He added.

"I will cook when you come home. Don't worry, just relax Lucas, don't tire yourself too much." I reminded him.

"Thank you, baby, my next meeting starts now. I gotta go." He said. The sadness appeared on my face but it's ok at least he called

"Ok bye, I love you, take care," I said with sincerity.

He hangs up without saying I love you too that made me sadder.

Cheer up Aria! Just wait and he will realize that he loves you too.

My door burst open, revealing Leticia and her family.

I smiled at her forcefully and walked up to them.

"Hello, how are you guys?" I asked them and hugged Lily and Leticia.

Mark gave me a side hug also.

"Leticia wants to go here. I told her not to because she is pregnant, she is being stubborn again." Mark said, massaging his temple.

"He is being stubborn. I told him that I would bring a maid for me to be sure I am safe. Besides me and Lily are bored in the house." She retorted.

I envy them. Mark really cares for Leticia even though he has an office aside for him being a boss. He clears his entire schedule just to make sure Leticia is fine

I wish Lucas were that too.

"Shut it guys, don’t worry Mark if Leticia is going here. I'll make sure she is safe." I said truthfully with concern.

"How are you guys?" Leticia asked.

"We are fine. Nothing to worry about." I half lied.

She nodded. I picked up Luke and put him on the carpet so Lily and he can play.

"Come on guys take a sit," I said to them and they took a sit.

"Aria, Can you ask Ana to bring me a sliced mango. Please." She begged like a child.

"Sure, anything else?" I asked. She shook her head no.

“Mango slices is it, then.” I pressed the intercom and told Ana to bring slice mangoes and soft drinks for Mark.

"We called that pregnancy craving," Mark explained shortly.

I smiled at them. Ana came in with the food and drink in the tray. I thanked her.

"Where is Lucas?" Mark asked and Leticia started eating.

"The usual, in his work," I said, there is nothing new.

They nodded in agreement.

"You guys stay here for dinner, I'll cook for you." I requested. It just came into my mind.

"No need… Aria… We love too but you are busy taking care of Luke." Mark said.

"Don't be I am not busy. I do take care of Luke but I can manage my time. I cook with Luke watching me. Please." I pleaded batting eyelashes.

I will also cook for Lucas, I remembered

"Sure but in one condition," Leticia said.

"I want to you make me mango graham." Mark mimicked her, making me laugh.

"Yes, how did you know honey?" She asked in amusement.

"Because honey, when I was in the office yesterday you keep asking me to buy you a mango graham."

"Oh, yeah." She said shortly and kissed Mark's lips, causing Mark to chuckle.

"She eats that since we came back here," Mark told me.

"She is pregnant remember?" I reminded him, laughing, maybe he forgot for a short period of time.

"I know, I was just making a joke. I didn't want to stress her out. It's bad for her, pregnancy." He said with concern.

"You really are my honey." She said and hugged him.

"When can you found out the gender?" I asked them out of my curiosity.

"15 weeks or depends," Leticia said and shrugged.

"What do you prefer Mark?" I turned to look at Mark.

"Boy, cause we already have Lily. " He said shortly with a big smile on his face.

Leticia and I are done cooking the Adobo. I searched the recipe for it because Leticia and Mark requested it, they said they like that too. I also made the mango graham, that Leticia requested me.

"Aria, sir Lucas is here," Ana informed me and I nodded to her.

"Let's go meet him," I said and wrapped my finger around Leticia's wrist.

We walked to the door and my handsome husband is there, giving Mark a bro hug.

He looked at me and smiled. I walked over to him.

"You are home. I missed you." I whispered.

He leaned to kiss my lips.

"I missed you too and Luke." He said, wrapping his arms around my waist.

I heard Leticia clearing her throat.

"Hello to you too brother," Leticia said, she walked over to us and kissed his cheeks.

"You are stubborn as hell. Mark told me about you guys coming in here." He said with a wave of slight anger in his voice.

"You are more stubborn than me." She defends herself, making Mark and me laughed.

"Let's go eat, we cooked and made a dessert.”

They all nodded and we headed to the dining. Rosaline gave me Luke and Ana already prepared the table for us.

"Daddy... Miss you." He said sadly, pouting his small lips.

Lucas brushed his hands on Luke's hair.

"I miss you too baby." He said and kissed his temple.

"Hello, uncle Lucas," Lily said, she walked up to him and hugged Lucas.

"Hello, my little girl," Lucas replied to her.

"I want chocolates but my mommy doesn't want to give me." She whispered but all of us can hear it.

We laughed not too obvious.

"No...My daddy…No..." Luke whined, he was getting jealous again, making us laugh more.

"My little boy is getting jealous," I said, scrunching his nose.

"I will give daddy later and I will tell your dad not to tell mommy. Ok?" He fakes whispered to Lily.

"Yes." Lily fisted her hand into the air in excitement.
