"Hello... Am I speaking to Miss Regina?" I asked the caller on the phone. "Yes, who am I talking to?" she asks me.

"This is Mr Rolland Ethan, I have a job for you " I offered and told her a brief story about what needed to be done.

"Leave that to me Mr Rolland, you'll be getting a feedback in twenty four hours" she told me and without further information or conversation needed I hung up the call.

"Who was that on the phone Ethan?" Maryam asked me.

"It was Miss Regina, the investigator, remember?" I asked her. "Yes yes I do" Maryam said.

"I just hired her," I told Maryam. "And what for?" she asked me.

"Nuella.. I want her to find out everything about Nuella, who her husband is, how the fuck she now has three kids and how Ethan her son looks like." I told her.

"Ethan, don't you think you're taking this too far?" she said.

"No am not Maryam, I just want to be sure... I just want to be sure it's her I am seeing again... I want to be sure it's her that I am loving again... I just want to be sure." I said.

"Alright fine Ethan, I just care about you and I don't want to watch you get hurt" Maryam said. "I won't Maryam, I promise" I told her and smiled.

Cecilia came by the house with her co-worker, something about them felt strange, the way they looked and how they walked around with Cecilia.

She was just making them do stuff and before we could hold on to the time it was already late and she seemed too late for something, she was in a hurry to finish up and just leave.

The moment I stepped out to receive some air before I hit back she was already gone. "Where is she Maryam? " I asked.

"She's gone," Maryam told me.

"Knock Knock" the sound of someone knocking on the door. "Maybe it's her" and hurriedly walked to the door and opened it. "Good evening sir" the young man in front of me said.

"Uhm is there a problem?" I asked him.

"Not at all, I just have a message for you from Miss Regina" he said and pushed an envelope towards me.

"Mr Rolland right?" he asked. "Yes.. Yes that's me" I said.

"Please sign here and here" he instructed and I complied . "Thanks.. Have a nice day sir" he said.

"You too" I said nervously as I jam the door behind me. "Maryam it's here" I announced.

"What is it this time Ethan?" she asked me.

"It's from Miss Regina!" I told her and she gasped and walked out of the kitchen and towards me, she collected the envelope from my hands and made me sit on the couch .

" Ethan... Are you ready for this otherwise we can just ignore it" she said.

"Am really ready Maryam, whatever this is, I want to know and am ready to bear the consequences" I told her.

In slow motion I watched her take out a few documents and some pictures, her emotions unable to read, the expression in her face wasn't something one could tell what was really happening but finally she smiled.

"It's just her Ethan, it's Nuella" she declared.

"Oh My Goodness!.. It's a fucking lie.. No.. No.. No.." I stammered.

"Yes Ethan it is her, take a look at this yourself" she said and offered me the documents and pictures that showed who she was and how she lost her memories.

Ray and Mimi aren't her kids and the worst part was that Aidan was the so called husband, only if she knew how he could do this, that motherfucker took my woman for all these years and has been lying to her.

I want Nuella back but I know it isn't going to be easy but I don't care what the risks are, Nuella was worth fighting for, she was the only woman I loved, the only woman I plan to love for the rest of my life.

I told Maryam my plans on how to get Nuella back as usual. She was against it but I needed her help if I wanted to actually do this, I begged her for a moment and she was left with no choice but to say yes.

I called Miss Regina cause she needed to pay a big role in this plan of mine, I called Sarah and Mark and they were more than willing to help out with this situation.

I was glad to know that my plans were about to be put into action, I have stayed too long without Nuella, if this was my opportunity to get her back into my life, I was ready to face Aiden one on one for her.

"Why must you do this Ethan?" Maryam asked me.

"I have to Maryam, I love Nuella and she needs to know the truth," I told her.

"What if she doesn't believe you, what if she never gets back her memories" she asked me.

"Well... I don't know what will happen if she never gets to know me again but I want her to know that I tried my best to get to know me and love me back like she used to do" I said.

"Mr Rolland you never give up don't you?" she said.

"Never Maryam, not for a moment" I told her and she smiled.

If love was a game, Ethan was ready to win no matter the cost.
