Justine thought that the day is over and the celebration of her mom’s birthday is over but the night is just getting started. Mrs. Meyers ask Justine to come with her at the convenience store near their home. It is the moment that Andrew is waiting for, after they leave, he change his clothes to a formal attire and Mr. Meyers change a bit of Safe Haven while his mom and Kate is helping him. Mrs. Meyers text her husband to ask if everything is ready and he replied him with “all is done” and Mrs. Meyers ask Justine to come home before she could ever buy anything and Justine gets a bit mad to her mother but she keep walking.
As she comes home, her father talks with her seriously while her mom walk straight to the safe haven. Justine is clueless in what her father is saying.
“ My daughter, I want to tell you that I am proud to be your father. You are good daughter and very generous woman. I couldn’t ask anything for you but to make you happy so, whatever your decisions, I want to tell you that I am here for you.”
“ Dad, what are you saying? It’s mom’s birthday and not me”.
“ I just want to thank my lovely daughter”. He said and he hug her and walk with her to the safe haven where her mom, Andrew’s mom and Kate is waiting. She walks with the red roses petals on the ground up to the table. As she sits on her chair, she suddenly notice that Andrew is not there.
“ Mom, where is Andrew”? She ask but her mom is smiling and suddenly they’re stand up and leave Justine alone by herself. “ Mom, where are you guys going”?
And she never see anyone around, she plan to go with them but as she start to walk, there is a man walking towards her in a formal attire. He wear a suit and tie and carrying a bouquet of Red roses and he walks slowly and her parents and Andrew’s family are walking following the man. As he gets closer, she realize that the man is Andrew.
Andrew is walking with a bouquet of Red roses towards to Justine and she hasn’t any idea why it’s all happening until Andrew reach her and give her the bouquet of flowers and she immediately ask, what is all about? But Andrew never said anything but instead he kneel on the ground while holding her hands and starts to say his engagement speech.
Justine, I know we met in unexpected place and time but my love for you is not unexpected. I love you when you smile at me and I even love you when you try to hid your tears from me.Thank you for coming in to my life and for waking up my sleeping heart. I love you now, today, tomorrow and will always love you until my last breath.
He said while his tears is falling down on his face but he manage to continue.
As the days come, I want to wake up with you in my arms and I want to start my new chapter of my life with you. What tomorrow brings is not what I am preparing for but being with you and holding your hands everyday is what I am looking forward. Justine, I am here in front of my family and your loving family kneeling down and holding your hand. Asking you to marry me.
And Andrew put out of the engagement ring from his pocket and open it and ask her again for the second time around.
“JUSTINE MEYERS, WILL YOU MARRY ME? WILL YOU BE MY WIFE”?
“ YES, I DO”. She answer him in teary eyes and Andrew wear the ring that he design.
Andrew hug her so tight and everyone is clapping and enjoying the beautiful moment and her parents immediately congratulate the both of them and Mr. Meyers immediately open the bottle of champagne to start again the celebration and Kate is throwing the Red roses petals to the air like a confetti and his mom hug her son and her future daughter-in-law. And Justine thank her parents for accepting Andrew as her boyfriend and for treating him like a real son.
Both of they’re family agreed to take the wedding next Friday and Andrew wants to marry Justine in the same church where her parents get married.
It’s a lovely day of Friday and it’s beautiful to make a memory with the people who really care and love you. It’s a magical day to spend the day holding her hands and hug her for the rest of the day. Justine walks in the aisle the same aisle where her mom walks before and Andrew is waiting for her. She walks with her father and she wear the wedding gown that her mom buy it for her and Kate is the ring bearer while her best friend Melissa is the made of honor and Justine’s cousin is the best man. Andrew’s mom is taking a pictures of the wedding and some close friends of Justine are invited to the wedding vows of the two young couple. As she reach him at the front, her father talk to Andrew before he let go of her.
“ Take care of my daughter. From now on she’s all yours and don’t leave her alone. Love her and take care of her. May your journey to the next chapter of your new life with my daughter will filled with love and acceptance”. And he put her hands onto his arms and let them walk to the front where the priest is waiting.
“ We are here to witness the wedding of these two lovely couple”—said the priest. “Before we start, I want to say that love is magical like how God’s love us eternally. According to 1 Corinthians 13:7-8 “ Love knows no limit to it’s endurance, no end to it’s trust, no fading of it’s hope; it can outlast anything”. “May these two couple in front of us bear the magic of love eternally and may they feel everyday the everlasting love. And now I pronounce you, husband and wife.”
And everyone are clapping and cheering the newlyweds as they go down at the front of the church and as they leave outside of the church, some people throwing Red roses petals to the two of them and Justine throw her bouquet of flowers to the guess female’s and her cousin able to catch it.
Andrew and Justine starts they’re happily ever after, the day the sun shines early in the morning and the reception is held at the safe haven and Justine and Andrew decide to live with her parents and will visit his family every two months and that Christmas day of the year. They spend it at Justine’s house and Kate is very happy seeing the snow for the first time in her life. And they’re story is captured in the lens of the camera and will continue in the next couple more years to come.
