"Mom?" I asked in disbelief as I saw what seemed to be her standing right in front of me, I've been staying with Honey under the pretence that I'm helping in the wedding preparations.

"Nova, my baby" she called out coming for a hug but I moved away, if you thought I did not like her before, it's worse now.

"Don't. You rarely went to see dad in the hospital and you could not even give him his last respect, I thought you'd be there, you chose the date yourself, what a pathetic wife and mother"  I said in anger, I'm sure dad would have hated to know what she did but poor man is dead.

"I came" she defended

"I saw you but you left immediately, you trashed the flowers you probably picked up on your way and left after receiving a call" I fired back, she was going to say something but I was uninterested, I took Jordan's hand and signalled my friends to come along, I had nothing to discuss with the useless mother of mine.

They squeezed themselves in the backseat of Jordan's car, all four of our friends while I took the passenger seat beside Jordan who was driving.

In no time we were at the police station, one of the cops called Jordan aside to discuss something with him while the rest of us sat expecting Honey's mom and Tara's dad.

Jordan returned and sat beside me smiling.

"They mentioned me being a part of them but had no proof" He said, the other two guys laughed like they knew something we didn't, he turned to Honey "Your mom called off the wedding, we sent her a sex clip of Samuel and she went all crazy coupled with his daughter abducting you.... Mission complete" he added all smiles, I guess he did everything he could to prove me wrong and he succeeded, I feel sorry for doubting him but he has so much to explain.

We were at Jordan's place and all seated for him to explain how he went about the whole plan.

This is how it all happened.

I told Tara about the girl's plans to ruin the wedding, she also wanted the same thing but she will never work with the girls, so we started our own plans, we decided a kidnap will do, it will make Honey's mom scared and won't be composed anymore to go on with the wedding.

She wanted it to be done neatly, so I brought in professionals, remember when I got a head injury? It was caused by these gang boys, I happened to see them kill someone once, since then they had been after me.

They wanted to kill me but when they found out who my dad was, they decided to turn me into their money machine, last time I refused, they hit me on my head with a big stick saying I'd die in pain.

I went to a friend of my dad, he is a tech guy, I told him to help manipulate a phone number so that whenever it was tracked they would get a different contact, he refused at first but I threatened to reveal my identity, so, he did it. I used Billy's contact, he is the tall one among the gang boys that kidnapped you girls.

That was the number I used in making all the calls to avoid getting traced. I called them and threatened I was right in front of a police station and I was going to tell on them if they don't help me do something, I told them I already seeked protection afterall my dad is a rich man, if anything happens to me, I'd hunt them down.

They agreed to help with the abduction but requested to be paid and Tara did.

I went ahead to report them to the cops and also told them I was threatened, they'd kill me and my girlfriend, that they gave me till today, so, the cops started trailing them and here, they have been caught.

The boys are going to be charged of murder, life threat and kidnap. Tara will be charged of kidnap but we can decide to let her go, on the condition that they leave the city immediately.

"Wow, what have I done to deserve this intelligent young man" Nova teased, giving me a slight peck.

" Nothing but wickedness doll, and this is how it is done" I told her and pulled her to me, kissing her lips lightly. She blushed while others yelled "eeew".
