Alexandra's POV

I fling the door open and instead of Jenny the last person I thought will be in my room showed up holding Jenny and a knife round her neck.

"What are you doing here?"I asks obviously scared too, of course the stupid lady who send me out of the school library isn't meant to show up in my house and threaten my best friend with a knife.

Where is mom and dad?

"Alex please help me"Jenny cried.

"Let go off her"I ordered.

"And why should I?"She laugh depravitely.

"Alex just give her whatever she wants, She already use her power against Mom and Dad"Jenny cried.

"What?!, you are a..."I pause for a while trying to figure out who she is.

"A witch!!!"I scream in surprise and she laugh hilariously.

"Let my friend go and let talk"I frown.

"I don't know what is actually going in here but please Alex"Jenny plead.

"Fine! What do you want??"I asks and she push Jenny who slump to the ground panting and crying.

"I want all your powers"She lick the knife she was holding round Jenny's neck before.

"What's power"I asks, the door to my room open well and Tom showed up behind me wrapping his hand round my waist and hugging me from the back.

"Hi old friend"he greet the lady.

"I can see, getting along already"She look from me to Tom.

"Actually I don't think bumping into people house and requesting for their power is actually right"Tom replies.

"Leave now!"her face suddenly hardened just like in the library when she order me to leave and now she is doing the same to Tom too.

"I am afraid I can't because you just interrupts a love section between us"Tom reply boldly while my eye move to Jenny who is no more angry again hearing that from Tom.

"Stop talking"I hit him a bit.

"Give me your powers since you can't even use it and I will take care of the rest for you"She states.

"In your dreams now get out of my house"I look away from Jenny and back to her.

"Not until I kill everyone including you and then your power is mine"She laugh evily.

"Maria leave!"Tom ordered

"You don't tell me what to do and I know everything that will happen today, going to be victory"She smile at me.

I look away and saw Jenny approaching again, she put her hands on my lips and asks me not to talk.

I was still looking at her wondering what she is about to do when this lady grab me by my neck and off the ground.

"Your powers are mine"She shove her long tongue and that's really disgusting.

I would have use my power or asks Tom to do that but Jenny is right here and I don't want her to know about this or anything because it against the real.

Tom tried to help but she use her power on him and hit him against the wall.

"Tom"I yelled even though I am already choking.

"Thanks for the tips"She started sticking her tongue towards me, how long is that?.

I shut my eye expecting the worst until she scream in pain and let go off me. I slump to the floor in pain coughing and moving my hand round my neck. I look up and saw Jenny had stabbed her in the tummy.

"This is not the end"She remove the knife and drop it on the floor in a twinkle of an eye she is gone.

"Are you okay Alex?"Jenny rush up to me still terrified and tears her flowing down her eye.

"Yeah I am fine"I look around and Tom is still laying on the floor groaning.

"Tom"I ran to him and squat beside him.

"Are you okay?"I asks touching his face but he hold unto his arm that must have hit the wall.

"Jenny go check up on Mom and Dad I will take care of him"I ordered.

"What is he doing in your room in the first place?"She asks.

"Go check up on our parent"I yell angrily and her and she dash off the hallway to the living room immediately.

"I got you"I help him up and lead him back to my room. He groaned in pain as I lay him down and went straight to the draw to get my first aid kit.

"You are going to be fine"I place the first aid right beside him but he stop him.

"I am fine"he held my hand prevent me from applying the balm on him.

"But you are hurt"

"I am an immortal"he groaned as he help himself up back looking all good but I know he is definitely hurting inside.

"Are you sure?"I asks with so much concern.

"I think you should go and check up on your parent"he ignore my question.

"Are you sure?"

"Alex go.. "I close the first aid kit and head out of my room but not after taking a look at him for assurance.

"Jenny"I ran down the stairs and met them all sitting on the chair probably waiting for me.

"Is he gone?"Mom asks immediately my presence is noticed.

"Who?"

"The guy you have been keeping in your room"Mom replied.

"Shouldn't we be talking about the reason someone would attack us a week after moving in?"I asks with bewilderment.

"Alexandra what is he doing in our house"Mom stated looking all angry.

"Mom! he just save my life and he is hurt because of me"I explain more.

"Get him out of my house and if you want to continue to live at peace in this house then I must not see you together"Dad threatened.

"But..."

"Not even any word from you Alex, are you not even ashame of yourself?. How dare you allow any how guy take advantage of you"

"Tom isn't any guy and he just save my life from that horrible beast who keep talking about me having powers"

Their emotion changes immediately I mention that and they seems to be at alert.

"Powers?"Mom asks.

"Yes and I think you two should have an explanation for that because all what that innocent guy want was to save me"I try my best not to cry because I am starting to get emotional right in their front.

"But I save you and he did nothing"Jenny yell angrily sitting up to come face to face with me.

"Is that so because the Jenny I know doesn't stab. You have been acting all weird this week and why will a witch attack us? This is Georgia for crying out loud"I yell angrily at her.

Cat seems to catch her tongue at that point because she say no word but instead sit back.

"I think we should all just call it a day"Dad suggests.

"There is no way anyone will go to bed except I get a good explanation of why a witch will want me and not only that I have been having bad dreams since we moved here"I yell angrily at them all with tears falling freely down my cheek.

"Alexandra"Mom called.

"Don't call me"I yell angrily and they all flinched.

"What's happening to you Alex?"Jenny asks so scared but ignore her.

"There is no way people will wants me dead and not just ordinary people, witches, vampires, spirit and my parents won't know about it"I yell and before I realize it, I dash my powers at my parents and they both hit the floor instantly.

"Alex you are going crazy"Jenny yell which didn't help at all because I starts to feel the inner heat with flames in my hand and my eye redden.

At this point there is only one person that can stop me from killing my own parent....TOM
