Chapter 6: Chapter 6

Heaven blinked her eyes severally.

"Why are you staring at me like that? Won't it fit?" Kayden looked at the clothes in his hands, and then back at Heaven.

"I am staring at you, because I don't know what you want me to do with them.

Should I go wash them for you or something?" She asked him, facing her palms to the ceiling while she shrugged her shoulders.

"No, I want you to eat them, they are very delicious" Kayden rolled his eyes, giving her a frustrated look.

"Huh?" She lowered her eyebrows.

Initially, she thought she was confused, but at that point. She knew that she was completely lost.

"Don't look at me like I said something, I shouldn't have. You were the one that started with the silly questions.

There are so many maids in the castle, and you think I'll still ask you to wash these clothes.

They aren't even mine, do you even think before you speak?" Kayden responded and nodded his head slowly sideways.

"Go get dressed.

We are running late for work" he spoke up before she could think of what to say next. Completely ignoring the fact that she left his question unanswered.

She quickly took the clothes from him and went inside.

*******

Near the gates of the office

"Kayden…I am scared, '' Heaven confessed to him as she struggled to get out of the car. She had made him stop the car just before they got to the company's gate.

"Wow!" He looked at her with widened eyes.

"What is it?" She furrowed her eyebrows.

"Nothing, I just find it strange that you are scared to go to work. But you are not scared to stand up to me" he replied, and looked away from her immediately.

"That's not true, I am sorry. I just…" she was trying to explain herself, but he didn't let her. He didn't see the need for it, since she didn't have the right words, or so he thought.

"Never mind, just go" he urged her to get out of the car.

"What if the CEO doesn't like me? You know, I haven't met him yet. I heard he is very strict" she pouted her lips.

He scoffed at her innocence.

"So you are scared of the CEO, but not your husband. How pathetic, just go now.

He would get even more upset if you get later than this'' he looked at his watch, with his right hand still on the driving wheel.

She didn't even know what to say to him, his replies weren't encouraging for her. She just frowned and slammed the door angrily.

Thinking about why he wanted her to be scared of him. She waved the thoughts away almost immediately.

"I asked you to leave my car, not break my glass.. jeez!!!" He lamented, but it was too late for her to hear anything. She had already walked too far ahead.

He drove in and got out of the car.

Kayden had barely entered his office, when he noticed one of the male employees staring at Heaven, unpleasantly.

Heaven must have noticed it, because she was trying to adjust her skirt and dress, while she was seated, trying her best to concentrate on the computer in front of her.

She probably thought it was exposing her thighs too much. Maybe, that was the reason the employee was lusting after her.

She would occasionally stare at the computer in front of her, and then back at him, just to check if he was still staring.

The p*rvert couldn't take his eyes off her, at one point he massaged his rod in front of her. He wasn't even kind enough to hide his intentions.

Unable to take the embarrassment, she stood up from her seat and went into the bathroom. It was a wrong move on her part, as he followed her there and trapped her in the female bathroom.

"Are you new here? I'm Sky" he introduced himself, as he pinned her to the wall.

"I'm not, I have to go continue my work now" she tried to escape from him but he held her waist.

"No rush baby, I'm very high-ranked here. So it would be in your best interest if we were close. I hope you know what I mean" he brought his lips close to her, sending his hands to her a*s

In an attempt to grope one of her twins, she shut her eyes very tightly. She didn't even want to look at him.

Her feet were literally shaking, and she was sweating so much as well, she was so frightened. She was far too weak to fight him, his hands felt like metal on her skin.

"Ahhh!" Was the next sound she heard, before she could open her eyes to see where the sound had come from. Sky was already on the floor, struggling to get away from him.

Kayden couldn't even think straight, his eyes were now filled with darkness once again.

The same darkness that would cloud his eyes, whenever someone wanted to attack Heaven.

It took a lot of nerves and self control, for him not to burn Sky alive. He didn't want her to see the demon that he was, at least not yet. Sooner or later, he believed that she was going to figure that out.

He walked over to Sky and lifted him, before smashing him on the wall, and throwing yet another ear deafening blow on his face.

Sky had begun to see stars, or at least, that was how he felt with a bleeding nose, it wasn't easy to think straight.

Heaven didn't know why, but she felt that something similar had happened before.

"Kayden stop, don't k*ll him. Kayden!!" She recalled calling out to him and she saw images, although they weren't clear.

She pressed her fingers into her forehead, trying to force the clarity of those images but it didn't work. All she was rewarded with was a painful headache, and a spinning environment.

"Heaven! Heaven'' Kayden called it to Heaven, when he saw the state she was in, letting Sky go, he was almost dead already, so he couldn't even fight back.

Kayden had noticed that she was about to pass out, and was able to catch her before she could crash to the ground.

"Open your eyes'' he kept on tapping her gently on the face. He was panicking so much, he had goosebumps all over. He let her lay on the floor, so he could go get water and sprinkle it on her.

"Heaven please no, you can't do this to me now….please" he begged her, almost in tears. He couldn't tolerate the thoughts of losing her again, but she wasn't responding.

In all the drama of trying to wake her up. Sky had managed to gather some strength, and stagger out of the bathroom.
