Chapter 44: Chapter 44
The four sat side by side with their dates. The younger couple almost served as the example setter for the older couple as they showed them how to act and respond as lovers even in their simplest ways of expressing affection.
Ismael discreetly watched and observed Nick's every move and mimicked the ones that he thought Kelly would like as well. The men literally fed their ladies. But as Nick already knew what Kate would like, it was easy for Nick to pick and feed his girl. Ismael, on the other hand, had to ask. He was hesitant at first, as he was conscious and worried Kelly would shut him down, but when he saw Nick wink at him, he felt encouraged and asked away.
"Ahhhmmm, Kelly, honey..." Ismael whispered to his date next to him.
Kelly's abashed and looking flushed mien turned to look at him with half-smile and half-frown face. But not before she looked up to see the young reaction to Ismael's endearment. When she saw that they were not looking at them like they did not hear what the man had just said, she turned her eyes to her date.
"Hmmmm...?" Kelly whispered back.
"Do you like whipped cream on your pancake? Or syrup?" Ismael asked as he reached for the last option he mentioned. "I like syrup with mine," he smiled as he stated.
"Syrup," Kelly's answer almost overlapped with Ismael's answer as she did not think he would say the last words. They spoke at the same time with the word "syrup", then they both laughed.
Kate and Nick were listening, but they did not say anything. They pretended to be busy with each other and acted as if they were alone in their own world so the elder couple would do the same. But when they noticed that Kelly and Ismael were no longer awkward around them, they joined and naturally shared their thoughts.
"I don't know about mom, but I like my mom sweet and caring," Kate grinned as she leaned her head to Nick's shoulder.
Ismael was taking hints. He was happy that Kate and Nick were helping him get to know Kelly in ways Kelly would not feel uncomfortable being asked. He was hoping Kelly would state her honest opinion so he would have an idea how to please her.
"I guess every girl, despite age, since you are young and I am old," Kellybit her lips with a suppressed smile as she answered. "Would like it to have her man sweet and caring. But I honestly don't know how to be around a man. I don't remember anything of how I was with my late husband," Kelly turned to look at Ismael apologetically.
"Just be yourself," Ismael answered gently. "It's a man's job to woo a girl. I will have to do my best so you can take my lead and respond in ways you believe I deserve."
Nick also shared facts about his experiences in his relationship with Kate.
"I guess honesty always plays a big part in every relationship, friendship, lovers, and even for families because misunderstanding sucks! Right, babe?" Nick winked at Kate.
"Yeah, there was this time when I thought he was upset because of a crazy joke I said as he reacted differently. Not violently, he was just too oddly quiet, just to find out he was too bothered with that joke I said in a different way from what I thought he was thinking," Kate shook her head with soft laughter.
"I wonder what joke it was," Kelly asked. Kate's words were a bit blurry in her understanding that she could not relate, so she expressed her thoughts that she would like to hear the whole story.
"Well, it was when you were still in a coma at the hospital, after that car accident you had last year," Kate did not deny her mom's wishes to hear the whole story. She spoke in between her bites on her food and sip of hot coffee. But sometimes, Nick would fill in the story for her.
"She made a joke in front of mom, who was still unconsciously lying in her hospital bed, that if mom doesn't wake up soon, we will sleep together and make her a grandma soon," Nick said. "I was caught off-guard. She didn't know how enticing were her words for me. I was dazed. My inner self was feeling chaotic. My devil thoughts wanted to indulge, but my sanity was trying to take its stand."
"But I thought he dreaded the idea, so he was not talking to me. I felt hurt. I ignored him and hurriedly went to my room and cried quietly with my face dove to the pillows. It hurt like hell," Kate glared at Nick.
"I'm sorry, babe," Nick apologized quickly but with joyful laughter. "That's when I realized we were having a misunderstanding. I panicked when I saw her cry. I had to explain to her with all my best that it was not what she thought. I had to admit that her words were too tempting, but I have to ask for mom's blessings first," Nick explained.
"Yeah, and that was how we had our first ever misunderstanding, and so far, we have not had any seconds yet, right babe?" Kate asked with uncertainty. She was not sure if he was feeling the same way she does about not having another misunderstanding after the first one.
"Yeah, thank you," Nick kissed Kate's temple as he pulled the side of her head to him.
Kelly and Ismael were happy to watch the young couple before them with joyful hearts. They could feel the love radiating from Kate and Nick strongly and contagiously.
"Uhmmm... Sorry to wake you up too early, we will take a walk around and enjoy the view," Kelly squeezed Ismael's hand under the table and winked at him when he turned to check her face of what she meant by doing so.
"Yeah, you guys enjoy the breakfast. We actually had a bite while preparing them," Ismael followed Kelly's lead. The two stood from their seats and walked out of Nick and Kate's cottage.
Ismael did not let go of her hand after that squeeze she gave him, and the young couple noticed it when they left. Nick and Kate's gaze followed Kelly and Ismael. They even walked to the window to look at their back and saw them walking hand in hand in their cottage's direction.
"I'm not sure if they left to give us our privacy or if they wanted privacy for themselves," Kate chuckled. She turned to her man and pecked a kiss on his lips. "Whatever the reason may be, I am enjoying this privacy on my own," she happily declared.
"What is your verdict, milady? Do we get to seal this weekend victoriously?" Nick asked with expectations. Excitement was immensely potent. He was positive about the answer, but he was still waiting for Kate's approval.
"I believe so, my lord," Kate replied playfully at his address for her. "And I believe since they left us to be on our own, we won't have to wait for the night to arrive, I don't care about the view of the mountains when I can be in paradise with you," Kate's voice and gazes turned devilishly seductive in Nick's eyes. The word paradise felt like a tiny volt of invisible power enlivening his proof of masculinity.
"Oh baby, I was worried I won't make it till dusk waiting for this moment," Nick grabbed her butt to carry her with her legs to Nick's sides, her crotch above his hardening manhood.
"Ahhhhhhh... Nicholas Eudovic... you're making me wet," Kate whispered. She felt her energy disappear from her body when she felt the rub of his erection on her excited core. The clothes in between their genitals were not enough to suppress the euphoric feeling of them rubbing against each other as Nick walked them to their bedroom.
"Good, because you are making me painfully hard, Kate Taylor," Nick whispered back. His hold on Kate's butt felt tighter as he intentionally walked slow, feeling the prolonged teasing friction of their bodies every step he made.
"I had my breakfast, but I hunger for you, I thirst for you," Kate clung to his neck and squirms with ecstasy as they moved around.
"I will fill that hunger and thirst you have. I am worried I won't know when to stop," Nick spoke with difficulty breathing as the thought overwhelmed his whole being.
"I don't think I would even want you to stop either," Kate found his lips and kissed him passionately, knowing they were close to the bed already.
