Khushi was busy cooking when she heard some noise from behind.
"Chris, I told you stop buttering..", Khushi's word was cut in between when she turned to see the person who was actually there in the kitchen.
"Oh! I am sorry Mr. Stranger I thought you as Christian. You wake up early?", Khushi asked being surprised at his presence.
"Hmm... Expecting Christian here that's why got surprised?", Abeer asked narrowing his eyes and moved inside to pour some water in his glass as he was feeling thirsty.
"No.. No.. I just came back after discussing something with him so I thought he might come back to discuss something again that's why.", Khushi tried to give explanation from her side without looking into his eyes.
"Miss. Khushi the way you are looking here and there but not maintaining an eye contact with me proves that you are scared as hell or you are really hiding something which you are not ready to reveal yet. But don't worry I will make sure to make you confess your past. ", Abeer thought in his mind while gulping and staring at her face suspiciously.
" Well Christian is getting ready so I came out. ", Abeer informed and went from there without waiting for her reply.
"What happened to him?", Khushi was staring at his retreating figure with confusion visible on her face.

"Finally, here the deal is final now.",Neil said signing the contract papers and handling them over to Marcus.
"Congratulations Mr. Neil Malhotra, finally you have taken the first step towards your success and I am pretty sure you will reach your goal soon.", Marcus said forwarding his hand for handshake in Neil's direction.
"And all the credit goes to you for this because if you did not turn up as God in my life saving my ass at the right time this would not be possible.", Neil thanked him genuinely from the bottom of his heart.
"If you really know the truth Neil, then you will be cursing me under your breath instead of thanking me, for ruining your dreams.", Marcus thought in his mind with his smirking face.
"I have seen the talent hidden in you Neil that's why I proposed this deal from the front so don't think too much now and just focus on your project now onwards.",Marcus informed. Now I have to go for now but we will meet soon. He added before leaving the place.
After Marcus left, Neil immediately took out his mobile from his pocket and dialled someone's number in hurry.
The other side the person received the call after ringing twice.
"Hello my son. Where are you? You have not shown up your face to us from the last two days.", Alexia complained to her son as soon as she picked up the call.
"Mommm just calm down and relaxed. First of all I called you to give the good news that I signed the contract papers today for the deal and now my dreams are finally getting true in reality.", Neil informed his mother with happiness audible in his voice.
" Congratulations! That's a great news. My son with his hardwork finally proved his worth. Now we will show this family our worth and their mistake to disregard us as their family members. ", Alexia announced happily.
"Now please come home it's time for us to celebrate our victory son.", She added.
"Yes, Mom finally it's time to celebrate our victory. I am coming home. Keep up with the preparations.", Neil informed and cut the call to reach his home soon.

"Boss why we are not dealing with Neil Malhotra directly? Why are we investing in him indirectly through Marcus?", Stella asked being confused.
"Because I don't want him to confront me and now don't you dare to ask the reason behind that. Because I am not going to tell you that in either way.", Damian informed looking straight forward.
"Okay Boss as you say. If you want to keep it secret then it will remain a secret forever. Don't worry at all.", Stella assured her with a slight smile on her face.
" Not for forever but I want to reveal this secret at the right moment and at the right time. Otherwise, things might go against us and not according to our plan. And I can't take that risk. ", Damian informed.
Well boss, I have informed Marcus about today's meeting so he will be here for it anytime soon. You must be tired from work, would you like some tea or coffee for refreshment?", Stella questioned looking at Damian's tired and dull face.
"Seeing him yawn frequently, seems like he didn't have a proper sleep too.", Stella spoke to herself in her mind.
"Yeah, actually I need a strong coffee for me so before Marcus comes please bring it for me.", Damian said with pleading eyes.
"Yes Boss, sure.",Stella replied with a smiling face and left.
"This girl.. What should I say about her? Even if I did not say anything to her, she knew very well that what's going on in my mind. The more I tried to stay away from her, the more she did things that drove me crazy towards her. She is something in my life that I can't describe in a few words. I know I will never be able to share these feelings with her ever in my life but for me she was, she is and she will always be special. And I promise to myself that I will always protect her at any cost because she is precious to me.",Damian spoke to himself in his heart, seeing Stella's retreating figure.
" But my heart knows that I can't be with her forever to protect her from evil eyes because she deserves a person much better than me. That's why I have to maintain that distance from her and always choose to treat her professionally not personally. Otherwise, she won't take much time to know about my hidden feelings that I have been buried in the corner of my heart since the day she came into my life.", Damian added after the door got closed behind him.
