Chapter 100: Chapter 100

As Damian reminisced about the past, memories of his younger sister flooded his mind.

He cherished the moments they had spent together, their laughter, their adventures, and their bond.

However, today was different. His sister was not there, and a sense of sadness washed over him.

He thought about their childhood times where they used to play in the park, running around and sharing secrets.

They would chase each other, climb trees, and create imaginary worlds of their own. Their innocent laughter echoed through the air, filling their hearts with joy.

They had also been each other's confidants, supporting and comforting one another during difficult times.

Damian remembered how his sister would listen attentively to his worries, offering a comforting presence and wise advice beyond her years.

Her absence made him yearn for that connection once again.

As the memories continued to play in his mind, Damian couldn't help but feel a deep longing for his sister's presence.

He missed their late-night conversations, their shared dreams and aspirations, and the unbreakable sibling bond they had nurtured.

Although his sister was not physically present, Damian found solace in the memories they shared.

He realized that the love they had for each other would forever remain in his heart, regardless of the circumstances.

In the meantime, Damian held onto the love he had for his sister, cherishing the memories and finding comfort in the thought that their bond was unbreakable, even if now they belong to two different worlds.

As Damian's gaze fell upon the photo frame where his sister was holding baby Scarlett in her arms carefully, his heart filled with bittersweet emotions.

The image captured the essence of his sister, a mirror image of her beloved mother who was no longer with them.

Memories of his sister and their shared resemblance flooded his thoughts, deepening his longing for her presence.

Scarlett's features mirrored those of her mother—a reflection of their shared heritage and the love that flowed through their family.

The curve of her smile, the sparkle in her eyes, and even the way she held herself were reminiscent of her mother's grace and beauty.

Every time Damian looked at Scarlett, he couldn't help but see the cherished memories of his sister intertwined with her essence.

He remembered how his sister used to bring joy to everyone around her, radiating warmth and kindness wherever she went. Her laughter was infectious, and her gentle nature touched the lives of those she encountered.

Damian saw that same spark in Scarlett, a reminder of the indelible legacy left by his sister.

Damian was struck by the resemblance, as if his sister's spirit had been beautifully reincarnated in her daughter.

Though the pain of losing his sister was still raw, Damian found solace in knowing that her spirit lived on in her daughter.

He cherished the opportunity to watch Scarlett grow and flourish, seeing glimpses of his sister's love, strength, and resilience within her.

Damian held the photo frame close to his chest, feeling the weight of the memories it held.

He knew that his sister's presence would forever remain in his heart, and that her legacy would live on through Scarlett.

Their shared resemblance served as a reminder of the unbreakable bond of family and the enduring power of love.

As Damian placed the photo frame back on the shelf, he vowed to honor his sister's  memory by being there for Scarlett, just as his sister had always been there for him.

In Scarlett, he found a precious connection to the sister he had lost—a tangible reminder of the love and bond they shared.

He knew that as long as he held onto those memories and nurtured the relationship with his niece, his sister's spirit would continue to live on, forever cherished and celebrated.

"I will never forgive you, Mr. Abeer Malhotra for killing my innocent sister. Even if you were not alive but your whole family has to pay for you sins on your behalf. I am not going to leave you so easily. I'll make sure to make their life hell that they pray to God for their death. ", Damian slammed the table with his both hands, trying to hold back his anger.

Stella  was passing by from there when she heard the noise from Damian's cabin and got worried for him and entered his cabin without his permission.

" Damian I heard.. ", Stella's words were left in her mouth when she saw the bloody hand of Damian.

Blood was oozing out from his hands continuously and he was not feeling the pain and was busy staring the red colour of his blood.

"What the hell is wrong with you, Damian?", Stella shouted and ran towards the shelf, searching for the First aid box and walked fast towards Damian when she found it.

As Stella attentively applied a bandage to Damian's wounded hand, her scolding words filled the air.

She noticed, however, that Damian seemed lost in his own world, his thoughts far away from the present moment.

Concern flickered in Stella's eyes as she observed his distant expression.

Setting aside her scolding, Stella gently touched Damian's arm, drawing his attention. "Hey, Damian, are you alright?" she asked, her voice filled with genuine concern.

She could sense that something was weighing heavily on his mind, distracting him from their current interaction.

Damian blinked, momentarily returning from his thoughts, and looked at Stella.

He realized he had been distant, caught up in memories and emotions that had consumed him. "I'm sorry, Stella," he sighed, his voice tinged with sadness. "I didn't mean to be so absent-minded. My thoughts just drifted away."

Stella's compassionate gaze softened as she recognized the vulnerability in Damian's words.

She removed her hands from his wounded hand, placing them gently on his shoulders. "It's okay, Damian.

Sometimes our thoughts take us to places we miss or people we hold dear. Would you like to talk about it?" she offered, providing him with a safe space to share his feelings.

Damian took a deep breath, appreciating Stella's understanding and support.

He opened up about the memories that had consumed him earlier, expressing his longing for his younger sister and the void her absence had created in his life. He shared his deep love for her and how her presence had shaped his world.

"You know, I had a family of my own which started and ended on my sister. She was my only family. We shared a great time together. But now she was no more with me.", Damian said with a heavy heart and started telling her about his sister and her daughter, Scarlett.

As Damian spoke, Stella listened intently, allowing him to pour out his emotions.

She empathized with his sadness, recognizing the significance of the bond he shared with his sister.

Stella offered comfort through her presence, letting Damian know that she understood the weight of his loss.

In that moment, as Stella listened and Damian shared, they formed a connection that went beyond the physical act of bandaging a wound.

Stella's genuine concern and willingness to be there for him created a space of solace and understanding, where Damian felt supported and heard.

Once Damian had shared his thoughts and emotions, Stella offered words of comfort.

She reminded him that while his sister may no longer be physically present, the love they shared would always endure.

She encouraged him to hold onto the memories they cherished and to honor his sister's legacy through the way he lived his life.

Damian nodded, grateful for Stella's presence and understanding. He felt a sense of relief from sharing his feelings, knowing that he didn't have to carry the weight of his emotions alone.

With Stella by his side, he felt a renewed strength to navigate his grief and continue cherishing the memories of his beloved sister.

As Stella finished bandaging his hand, their eyes met, and a silent understanding passed between them.

In that moment, Damian knew he had someone he could rely on, someone who would be there to support him through both the joys and the sorrows that life presented.

Together, they moved forward, carrying the love and memories of Damian's sister in their hearts, finding solace in the healing power of shared experiences and the bonds forged in the midst of life's challenges.

"But how did she died?" Stella's question made Damian looked towards her.

"Because of that Mafia Abeer Malhotra, he was responsible for my sister's death and now I'll take my revenge from him.", Damian answered, wiping away his tears which unknowingly flowed through his eyes.

"Abeer? The Mafia king, Abeer Malhotra?", Stella asked, being confused.

"Yes.. That bastard.", Damian cursed tightening his palms into a fist.

"But he was died, a long time ago. How could you take your revenge from a dead man?", Stella questioned with shocking expressions visible on her face.

"I will not let him die so easily. I know he loved his family very much and that's why I have decided to punish them on behalf of him and that's the only way to take my revenge from him.", Damian announced, smirking.
