“Let’s go inside.” Natty said with her annoyed face.

Natty vents her frustration by playing a game with Drake accompanying her. Natty was so overcome that she broke many game records that people started hanging around her and watching her play. People seemed amazed by Natty playing so. Meanwhile, Natty is only focused on venting her frustration.

Meanwhile, Helena, who had just refused to return to Alex, regained consciousness and regretted the decision she had made. Helena hit herself in the head and kept calling herself stupid. She continues to regret her decision until she keeps going regardless of her surroundings.

A guy putting on a black Hoodie and skateboarding while wearing earphones and listening to hip hop songs. He skateboards because the streets are deserted, but he is surprised when Helena crosses in front of him.

The guy has been screaming loudly, telling Helena to pull over, but Helena, who is being filled with other things, can’t hear it. Eventually, they collided until they fell on the road. Helena was in pain because her leg was injured and when she saw the man fall in front of her, Helena scolded him and criticized him.

“My feet hurt, hey master skateboard! It’s your fault, have seen the road and not hit the girl walking. If you can’t skateboard properly, you shouldn’t ride it.” Helena said she criticized the man for his innocence.

“Hey, you’re wrong. You crossed all of a sudden and didn’t hear me when I was screaming.” The man claimed he was defending himself.

Helena was very upset, but she didn’t want to argue. She just needed to get out of there but when she wanted to stand up, she was winning in pain because her knee was hurt and bleeding. The man who was arguing with her opened her backpack and pulled out a first aid kit as soon as he saw Helena’s injured knee. The guy tries to treat Helena’s wound, but Helena pulls her leg with a watchful gaze when the man touches her.

“What are you doing?” asked Helena while staring at the guy.

“I just want to heal your wounds...” replied the man while showing the wound medicine.

“Do you know how to treat wounds? Don’t let my wound get worse because you didn’t treat it. I’d better go to the hospital.” Said Helena

“ Take it easy, I’m a professional skateboarder wound like this I’ve got a lot, so I see how to treat it. Besides, it’s just a minor need not get to the hospital.” The man said he convinced Helena.

Helena let the man treat her wounds. Even though she felt uncomfortable being around strangers, but she had no other choice. It was just a minor wound and the guy was also cautious cleaning the wound on her knee, but Helena was a spoiled child, so she kept nagging whenever she went through a little sore that the guy was very patient and accepted all of Helena’s terrible without reply.

After treating Helena’s wounds, the man even drove Helena home because he felt responsible for hurting Helena. Despite his punk-like appearance, the guy turned out to be a caring man. He even embraced Helena and spoke very. Although Helena once judged the man by his appearance but after hearing the man’s story, Helena realized that the guy differed greatly from the guy she knew before.

This male is very opinionated and idealistic. He’s a good guy and fights for his dreams. Although his dream of becoming the best professional skateboarder sounds like a childish thought and has no future. But his way of not giving up and being confident in the choices he made and it made him seem more mature.

“Hey, you haven’t told me your name yet. Before we part ways, can i know what your name is?” asked the man holding Helena who wanted to go straight into her home when they were in front of Helena’s home.

“ sorry, but we shouldn’t know each other. Besides, we just meet today, there’s no guarantee we’ll see each other again, so we better still be strangers,” Helena responded with her thin smile.

“ But that doesn’t mean we won’t look at each other again. Why don’t we just bet? If we meet by chance again, then I’ll tell you my name and you must tell me your name too.” Replied the man who seemed to show an interest in her.

Helena knows that he's attracted to her, and she’s met people who go after her like that. Yes, the foreign man looks quite attractive and has a mature attitude, but to be honest he’s not Helena’s type. Helena wasn’t very interested in him either, but because Helena thought they wouldn’t see each other again, so she accepted the bet.

As time went on, the sun was shining now it didn’t sting too much and even the air had cooled down until some students started wearing warm coats and scarves. The deciduous leaves of brownish-red color had already decorated the street until the janitor went the extra mile to clean the road and collect the deciduous leaves.

Some kids seem more excited than ever because of the fall that has come. Some kids started carrying guitars and gathered to write song lyrics and sing along. Some mischievous teenagers even pranked the janitor by damaging a pile of collected leaves. Indeed as the janitor shouted at them, they laughed while running.

This is how autumn is for high school youths, a fun season for fun. It’s also the season the lovebirds love. They wear the same scarf and indeed go hand in hand while putting their hands in their coat pockets. This fall has also been a thrilling season, for the school basketball team that will soon compete in the states inter-high school leagues.

On the other hand, autumn became autumn for Alex. He sat in his chair and stared out the window with a blank stare. The beauty of the fallen leaves through his window doesn’t seem so attractive to his eyes. Just like the cold autumn air, his heart froze. There was nothing interesting in his views as if his world had frozen like his heart.

Alex then glanced at the chair next to him which was still empty. He then looked up at the wall clock that was on the board in front of him. Class’s about to start, but Ruby’s not here yet. Ruby is never late indeed though she is always the first person to get to class because she is so eager to learn even though her grades are not very satisfactory.

Alex is a little worried, he yet cares about Ruby, and he’s afraid something will happen to her. But he recalled seeing Ruby smiling so when Ricky picked her up. Ruby looked so happy that she hugged Ricky in front of everyone. Even Ruby’s staring eyes at Ricky are yet remembered. Alex also thinks that maybe Ruby is enjoying her time with Ricky and is traveling with Ricky, just like other lovers do.

Alex tries not to think about Ruby and just focus on his, but no matter how hard he tries, he can’t stop thinking about Ruby. It just happened like he couldn’t control himself. Alex then seeks to remember when his world became so cold. Since when did his days come so monotonous and boring. And since when did Ruby become the particular color in his life.

In his gray world, only Ruby is colored and glows to the touch of his heart. Ruby was the reason he smiled, the only person who made his happy and now Ruby’s gone. The only color in his life has gone and belongs to someone else. Now his world is so colorless, monotonous that it feels like he’s numb. Right now Alex has lost his heart, so he can no longer feel anything.
