Chapter 99: Millie, did you come over to my place to feed us with PDA?

It was dawn again, at the Andrew's Mansion, Isabella came downstairs in her pyjamas and surprisingly found Jason in the living room. She glanced at the wall clock and it was just 7am in the morning.

She slowly walked over to him " what are you doing here and why so early? " she asked.

Jason raised his head from his phone " I came to take you home " he replied casually.

" Um okay but did you have to come so early? " she asked.

" Of course I was missing you but you don't seem happy to see me, " he said as he scrutinised her.

She quickly shook her head " it's not like that I'm just shocked to see you " she said.

" Have you eaten breakfast? " She asked concernly.

" No I wanted to have it with you, go get ready. Let's eat out today " he said.

" Okay I'll be back " she said as she went upstairs.

She packed her stuffs in muddled thoughts and just then Chloe yawned as she got up from the bed " Bella are you leaving today? " She asked.

" Yes Jason is downstairs " she said in a gentle tone.

" Are you going to tell him? " Chloe couldn't help but ask.

" I don't know yet chlo, I will try and bring up the conversation " she replied simply.

" Chloe last night I tried to recall everything once again but the only thing I could remember was when I was struggling from Liam I can't remember anything else " Isabella said with a frown.

" Bella, don't force it, he must have spiked your drink. That's why you can't remember anything after " Chloe said unceremoniously.

At A Coffee Shop

Isabella placed her hand on her chin as she stared at her food seemingly uninterested.

" Cupcake what's wrong? It doesn't taste good? " Jason asked but she didn't respond.

He tapped her on her hand and she jolted out of her thoughts. " What did you say? " She asked.

" Tell me what's wrong cupcake you have been acting odd " Jason asked as he stroked her hand.

Isabella cleared her throat " mm…mm why did you go to the party with Jessica? " She said.

Jason sneered " you really want to start up this conversation. I should be the one demanding why you went to the party even after I warned you I'm just glad nothing bad happened to you " he said and Isabella gulped nothing.

" Jason, if there should be a time when I do something really bad that could cause a big fight between us, will you still love me the same way? " She asked as she stared at him.

" Bella, what are you saying? I know you won't do anything to ruin our relationship " he said confidently with a smile.

Isabella forced a smile as she nodded and drank her tea latte.

" How about I prepare lunch for you, let's go get groceries together " he suggested and Isabella nodded absentmindedly.

BACK AT GLOBEX

After getting the groceries, Jason began preparing lunch while she sat in the living room watching TV. Her cell phone beeped and she looked at Jason before checking.

She didn't know why Jason was treating her more good than before and it made her feel even more guilty.

She briskly went through the message

" Come at 7pm tomorrow, I will send you the address " she read the content and her heart skipped a beat.

She got up and went upstairs to make a call." Liam, are you insane? I can't come to meet you " she hastily said as she turned back vigilantly to check if Jason was coming.

Liam chuckled softly " cupcake cupcake cupcake what should I do with you um "

" Let me tell you, just get the hell out of my life for good, that's what you should do, " she said already burning up with fury.

" You better be quiet or I will send the video to Jason " he threatened her.

" Oh please who even knows if you really do have the video, you can do whatever you want I'm done with this " she hung up and blocked his number.

She came downstairs and met Emily and Alexander on the couch watching a romantic movie while munching on her popcorn.

She turned to Jason and he smiled at her

" I invited them for lunch "

" Oh that's thoughtful of you " Isabella plastered a fake smile on her face.

" Millie, did you come over to my place to feed us with PDA? " Isabella said as she placed her hand on her waist.

Emily laughed as she raised her head from

Alexander's thighs " I can still recall those times when you and Jason fed me with your PDA isn't it fair if I retaliate " she said as she munched on the popcorn.

" You even have the guts to change my movie and eat my popcorn " Isabella said as she dipped her hand into the bowl and stuffed a mouthful of popcorn into her mouth.

" Let Millie have it " Alexander snatched the bowl from her.

" And you aren't you ashamed you can't even buy popcorn for the mother of your unborn child " she said as she shook her head at Alex.

" It's just popcorn Bella, shouldn't you welcome us here as guests ? At Least learn from Jason'' Alexander said.

" Lunch is ready " Jason announced and Isabella went over to him to assist but he stopped her. " Just go sit, I will manage " he kissed her on the cheek and she nodded.

They were all eating quietly when Jason phone suddenly beeped and Isabella choked on her food and began to cough violently.

Jason quickly gave her a glass of water and she gulped it down. " I'm sorry guys '' she apologised.

" Are you okay? " Emily asked worriedly.

She nodded as her gaze remained on Jason's phone. Her heart started thumping wildly she tried to hold the fork and Jason noticed her trembling hands.

" Cupcake are you alright? " He said against her ear and she forced a smile.

" So Bella, I heard the next semester is in one week's time " Emily said as she began to eat from Alex's plate.

" Yeah Alex don't want me to go but I'm not going to listen to him this time " she said as she dragged his plate to her place and began to devour his food.

" Millie let's share, I'm starving. I can't remember when last I ate well " he grumbled.

" This is even little, I suggest you take your eyes off it " Emily said and Jason laughed.

" Now I understand the reason you look thin, " Jason said.

He turned to Bella and noticed she was in deep thoughts. He stared at her for a while and noticed she had been in one position for minutes.

After lunch, Alex and Emily left. Isabella took the dishes to the kitchen and got them washed.

" Bella, I would like us to talk, " Jason said as he walked over to her.

" Um okay talk about? " She asked.

" About your strange behaviour,have been noticing it for a while " he said unceremoniously.

Isabella gave a faint smile " there's nothing wrong, I'm very much fine "

" You don't look okay, you are always thinking about something, do you mind sharing it with me ? " He asked.

" Um let's talk later I'm sleepy " she avoided eye contact and proceeded upstairs.

Jason stared at her retracting back, " I know you are hiding something from me " he muttered.

A week Later, Cornell University

" At the cafeteria,Emily and Isabella are having lunch as they conversed with each other.

" Alex is so lucky, after this semester is done with this school, I'm so tired Bella '' Emily complained with a frown.

" Jason too, I'm so jealous of them, " Isabella said.

Just then she spotted Olivia walking into the cafeteria and she quickly lowered her head. Ever since what Happened between her and Liam she had been avoiding Olivia as she couldn't bring herself to tell her everything.

Emily frowned as she noticed her odd behaviour " are you hiding from someone? " She asked as she looked around trying to understand the situation.

" Not really "

Just then Olivia walked to their table and sat next to Isabella " hi guys " she waved at them.

" Hi " Isabella smiled slightly.

They were all eating silently and suddenly Olivia tugged on her arm" Do you know what's wrong with Liam? " She whispered.

Ever since school began, Liam never showed up and Isabella couldn't be more happier. She still felt restless as she couldn't tell what Liam's next move was.

EMPEROR HOTEL

" Emma, Bella isn't as foolish as I thought. She blocked my number and she believes I don't have the video " he said as he thrash up the dressing table.

" Calm down Liam, I think it's time you inform Jason. Sometimes if you try hard to get something and you can't achieve it then rather still destroy it " she smirked.

Liam nodded in understanding " you are a genius Emma, you are right. I will do just that " he smiled.

" You are welcome Liam " Emma smiled at him as she sat on the couch looking outside the French window.
