Reluctant to part with Quinn on his way to school Naomi decided to taunt him a little.

" Do you care for a cupcake? She asked realizing it's his favorite.

" No Naomi. Dad said I'm not supposed to eat sweet things like a girl. I'm relinquishing it for my little sister on a second thought. I will like one' he replied recalling having a little girl as a friend.

" Do you want a little sister? He hums knowingly.

He knew who his mother was. So he was confident about it.

" Yes"

" Have you told your Dad about it? She asked with lingering eyes.

" Not yet. Let's get that cupcake" she nodded trailing after him.

Though Alvin's stock dropped at the stock market he had an Open mind delegating about his bidding ports.

He didn't know many had eyes for them until that day thus he found himself in a dilemma in choosing the highest bidder though a subtle part of him didn't want to sell it.

Thus he had it on hold deciding to sell it at a bigger price. If he's selling them then he will make sure he didn't lose them. No loss at all.

He had retired for the day when he received a call.

" Yes? Is it ready?

" Mr. Louis has fixed a date for the procedure but he's not having it here. A lady came with him and I couldn't argue with her.." he paused waiting for his reply then continued as he received only a hum from him.

"Smart women are dangerous. So, I handed his medical file to her " he finished as Alvin creased his brows in frustration.

Reasoning with Kate was frustrating to him at the moment. Not only had she failed to understand him she had decided to turn a deaf ear. He wasn't expecting such a reaction from her.

" When is it?

" Mr. Louis said something about reaching me on the phone and the lady threatened to fix me should I inform you"

" Is that so?

" Yes sir. Am I safe?

" Don't worry about her. She's bluffing" he tells him with uncertainty.

" Let me know when they're ready"

" Yes sir," he said ending the call while Alvin ran a hand through his hair untying his necktie trailing to his desk.

A visit to the doctor was what it took to boost Louis's morale to fix a date for the surgery while the video Alvin showed Kate envisaged in her mind.

She couldn't help but think Naomi fixed a camera in their living room.

She didn't know what hurt the most Naomi's betrayal or David's lies and deceit.

She had thought Alvin was the mastermind but it turned out David was worse than him and she needed to act first to be rid of them both.

But rather she was going to teach David a lesson for ruining her marriage and the loss of her son.

Did David send his boys to hurt them? But how?

Being a friend to the mafias had its perks and this was one of them.

Naomi will pay dearly for jeopardizing her marriage leaving her in Alvin's mercy.

David Wilson was next. She will prove to him that she's not a pawn in his game.

She would give anything to make him realize she had ruined him as well and it was easy but she needed Alvin's ports in so doing thus she dialed a number.

" Carson, I need a favor" after minutes of giving info to the anonymous receiver, she ended the call and smiled.

They'll pay for making a fool of her.

They will pay for taking advantage of her guilelessness.

They will pay for taking her son away from her.

And lastly, they'll pay for sending Dante to an early grave. An innocent soul.

She wasn't going to pardon them.
