At around 9am the next day, Lauren is in the conference room of Daniel's multi purpose PLC. He is looking over at the financial report that Mandy had drop. Who is in charge of the financial department?

Larry look at him like some alien, is he not aware that he had employed Mandy as the financial manager, then Lauren move his gaze to the director, now Larry understand, that she really have someone heading her.

As his gaze fall on the director of this department, he stand in a hurry. Yes sir! That should be me.

Good, did she discuss this with you? He nodded. Good, why is there still bonus attached for this month, and the report here show, no bonus?

This is an act of incompetence, go and do it again. Lauren throw it at him, he look at it and then frown, he had no choice than to go do that again and since Mandy is not available.

He pick up another report, he scan through it, saying; 'same goes to the maintenance department, who is the head of this department? So many bunch of nonsense'

The director stood in fear. 'Yes sir, is me sir' Lauren throw the file across the table to him. "This isn't done right, go do it again" Lauren said in a stern voice.

This is even worse, he didn't state the part to be done again. The director fall his face, picked the files, he felt like crying.

Picking another, the other directors heart skip, is like the man, slept on the wrong side of the bed. "Okay, same goes to the advertisement department. Who is the head of the advertisement department? Can any of you do what is right?"

Yes sir! Is me sir.

The director stood up immediately he didn't wait for Lauren to tell him to do it again, he just grab from his hand.

Good, in fact, everyone will have to do their report again, bunch of waste. Lauren voice is full of anger, no matter how hard he try to sound normal, his actions betrayed him. Now that all the directors are condemned, some without even going through their files, they felt like some, incompetent fellow doing things in the wrong ways.

Dylan look at Larry, who is sitting beside him and asked him. Why is he so angry today? What happened?

Could it be because of Mandy? Larry stare back at him. Lauren could he proud, brutal, but when it comes to Mandy, he is kind and weak, the man couldn't think straight without her around.

The meeting finally comes to an end, all the directors rush out, like they were looking for a safe place to hide, Lauren start gathering his stuff.

Lauren, I am thinking, we should go...

I am busy, too busy to think of irrelevant things. Saying that to Larry, even without knowing what the man wants to say, it's confirmed that Lauren is really mad, he will not refer to Lisa as an irrelevant things on a norm, he barely listen to what Larry had to say before concluding

Lauren, are you alright? Dylan asked him.

Why didn't... Forget it. Lauren said and dart out, Larry and Dylan burst in laughter, the two could be crazy sometimes

Lauren closed the door of his office, he is aware that Dylan and larry might want to come in, he doesn't want to hear anything from those two, they could really be annoying.

Getting to his table, there is an invitation for him, Mr Cooper is having a new product launch, so he is inviting Lauren.

What's this? An invitation, he should know I hardly go to function? Lauren dump it back on the table, his phone ring, it's from Leah.

Leah!

He called softly, then press the end button and smirked. I could give her an attack before finally kill her, yes, I know how to do that.

Lauren wasn't talking to anyone but himself, the boy is crazy.

Why is this boy not talking my calls? Leah also dumped the phone and make her way into the washroom, Leah had no fucking idea what Lauren had find out about her, she really do not know that Lauren is ready to make her taste his venom, this venom might leave her in the pit of hell.

Is like the invitation as made his spirit Abit light, though he is still grumpy but better than before, he was spitting fire like a dragon.

Mandy is already exhausted when they return to the mansion, she and Tessa part ways, Lauren is watching the different pictures of Mandy on entertainment news, that is one thing, he never did he is too busy to do that but Mandy had made him sit just to see her face, since he can't see her in reality.

Okay! I will just rest, let me know, when he returns. Mandy didn't wait for reply before she too dash into her room, she is tired that as soon as her back meet the bed, she is in Dreamland, she didn't think that modeling work could be this stressful, anyways, this is what she dream of and it's too early to complain.

Lauren didn't want to come home because he felt Mandy will not be there, just one night away, he already missed her and she didn't even give him a call.

If she doesn't return by tomorrow, I might as well fly to her. Lauren said to himself.

Gosh! The young man just said he wants to follow a woman, crazy, love is stupid, he is madly in love but claim that he is just protecting her, who needs his protection, Mandy is grown up, she could handle herself, she is not going to let anyone push her around anymore and Sharon, she is going to make her pay.
