Two women sat down opposite each other as they stared directly at themselves withiyr saying any other words

"I will plead with Miss Smith to seat down appropriately" Hillary reminded with a frown as she looked at Lisa's sitting posture

Lisa sighed but still uncrossed her legs

"It is really not fun to be a detective"

"Instead of Miss Smith worrying about my job why don't you worry about yourself first" Hillary said as she opened the file on top of her desk

"Why should I worry about myself, I didn't do anything wrong"

"An attempted murder is a very serious offence"

Lisa smiled lazily and leaned on the desk

"But there is no evidence"

"But there is evidence of murder!!!" Hillary broke the leisure atmosphere

As the office beacame silent as no one said a word just staring at each other

"Miss Lieutenant is probably joking with me right" Lisa broke the silence

"Miss Smith knows that I'm not interested in joking with you"

"Ok... Let's talk about it" Lisa said and leaned back on her seat and crossing her leg

"You are a suspect of murder and just just only a murder but so many others that are pointed to you"

"Oh.. I see , it seems like Riley didn't clean up the traces well enough" She said moving her broken hair away from her face

Hillary was taken back by her words and her careless attitude

"Miss Smith this is s heavy crime that can land you to jail"

"Oh.. what you said is really true... So what should I do now" She said as she bit her lips slightly

Hillary felt refreshed as she saw looked scared and nervous but then Lisa's next wordade her to almost vomit blood

"... since I still don't care about that"

"You!!" She pointed at her angriy but soon recovered

"Miss Lieutenant, you should not put gold on your face, do you think threatening me about going to jail is going to scare me"

"Miss Smith don't seem to know that the evidence I have would not onlyaje you go to jail but might be sentended to Death"

"You know I really don't want to die now I stolk have more scumbag to kill, if I die will you kill them... Miss Lieutenant?" Lisa asked coldly

"But there has never a justification for murder"

"Who cares if there is a justification or not, I only did what I did because they weren't pleasing to the eye"

"But that's murder!!"

"Yes, I'm very aware of that, Miss Lieutenant should have also investigated the victims who died and you must be aware that they didn't die under my hand without a reason"

"Miss Smith.."

"I don't care how you think of my actions but I'm aware that Miss Lieutenant is not messanger of justice" Lisa finished as she stood up and pick up her back

"You are the first to live after discovering my secret and I'm very sure that your son is very important to you, afterall you are a single mother"

"You what did you do to my child" Hillary yelled as she could no longer keep her calm

"I haven't done anything yet but if Miss Lieutenant pull a stunt behind, who knows you might not see your son again" Lisa threatened coldly and walked out of the office

Looking at the closed door Hillary couldn't help but slump on her seat

She didn't expect that she would hit a hard nail this time

She took a deep breath and opened the drawer behind her, she took out all the file in it and put it in a paper shredder as everything was destroyed and turned to pieces

Anyway no matter what her child is the most important

Lisa stepped out of the office as Liam walked over to her hurriedly

"Are you ok?

"Did she embarrass you?" He asked as he checked her body for any injury

"I'm fine, Let's go" Lisa said as she didn't plan to tell him anything about what transpired between her and Hillary inside

"That's good, let's go home"

"What about Tony"

"I already took care of him" Liam said indifferently

"He is dead?" Lisa asked but it was more like a statement than an affirmative

"Uh mm"

"Ok, let's go home" Liam said and held unto her hand walking out with her

Two days later...

"Lisa don't let me come in there and find out that you are still asleep" Riley's roar sounded from outside the room but the culprit was not concerned at all and continued Sleeping

Before anyone knew it Riley opened

"Young Lady I wasn't referring to myself when i told you to get up"

"It's still early" Lisa muttered as she drilled her head further into the duvet without giving Riley a look.

"Today is your graduation" Riley reminded frustrated

"Whatever, anyway I didn't really plan for today"

"It doesn't matter whether you planned or not, so just get your ass out of the bed" Riley said as she pulled the duvet away from her body

"Just give me a few minutes" Lisa muttered not opening her eyes

"No problem but you know that I don't mind showingiam your embarrassing side" Riley muttered and turned to walk out of the room

"You are really ruthless" Lisa muttered abd stod up reluctantly

"Ok, so let's get ready for your big day
