Delilah stepped towards the stage. She was feeling very nervous.
Today was her wedding to King Everett. The whole kingdom was waiting to celebrate the ceremony.
It took her three whole months to become a perfectly trained Queen. She learned many things about royalty. She learned how to fight and defend. She learned royal manners and etiquette, everything.
Though she was an omega, surprisingly, after Everett marked her, she became powerful.
Amanda said that she was getting Everett's power and strength since they were now mates.
With slow steps, she went to the center of the stage beside her groom, King Everett.
"Do you, King Everett Wilson, accept Delilah Ashlyn as your wife and Queen?"
"Yes, I do."
"Do you, Delilah Ashlyn, accept King Everett as your husband and King?"
"Yes, I do."
All the people who came to witness the beautiful wedding cheered up.
"You two may kiss now." The priest said.
Everett turned to Delilah. He took her hand and kissed the back of her hand, which amazed others.
Delilah smiled at his sweet gesture.
They had become very close after their mating night. When they went back to the palace, they were already mates.
Delilah did not regret giving him a chance. He indeed loved her and proved to her every day. He helped her in training. He helped her to learn everything. He never humiliated her again.
In fact, he always protected her and told others to respect her.
He made her his perfect queen and became her perfect king.
"Grandma."
Delilah said and they went to take a blessing from her.
"I am so happy today."
"Me too." Everett declared.
Delilah chuckled when she heard her childish husband. He was becoming childish day by day.
"When will I get to see my great grandchild?"
"We just married and you are talking like a greedy woman?" Everett said and raised one brow.
Others laughed at their conversation. Delilah wanted to hide herself.
Conor, Luke, Jake and Havana congratulated them.
"Now it's our turn to find our mate." Luke said.
"I hope we will find them soon otherwise we have to see these two couples' romance always." Conor said as he pointed Everett-Delilah and Jake-Havana. Everyone chuckled while looking at Conor.
After talking with Amanda, Delilah told Everett to come with her.
"Alpha, Luna."
Delilah greeted them and smiled at them.
Alpha Elias and his Luna looked very pleased.
"See? You look so happy now, my beautiful child." Luna said.
"Thanks, Luna." Delilah replied.
"Is everything okay in your pack?" Everett asked Alpha Elias.
"Yeah, after my son took over my responsibility, he is taking good care of it."
"Glad to know that." Everett replied.
Delilah looked at Simon who was with Helena. He became the Alpha of his pack last month and mated with his fated mate. Helena became his Luna.
Delilah walked to them. They saw her and greeted her.
"You look beautiful, Queen." Simon said.
"Thank you. By the way, your Luna does not look less beautiful."
"Yeah that's how pretty she is." Simon praised Helena and she turned red.
Delilah chuckled at the cute couple.
"How are you?" Simon asked Delilah but got a reply from Everett.
"She is more than fine since she is with her mate."
Delilah glanced at Everett, who came and stood beside her.
"I hope you will take care of her." Simon said.
"I will." Everett assured Simon.
They talked nicely with each other. Delilah was relaxed that Everett did not have any problem with her talking with Simon.
Why would he have any problem when his mark was always with her? His scent mixed with her scent, telling others who her mate was.
Delilah saw the wizard who helped Everett and her a lot.
"King, Queen." He greeted them.
"How are you?" Everett asked him. He nodded his head. "Totally fine. All thanks to you, my king."
He was in his present form. He was a middle aged man and a very strong man.
Delilah could recognize him because he had come to meet her once in the palace. That day Delilah thanked him for giving her that bracelet. He told her that even if that bracelet were not with her, King Everett would not let anything happen to her.
"I told you both that you two are each other's destiny. I am blessing you that you will be together for a long time until death no one can separate you from each other."
Delilah thanked him for the blessings.
Everett and Delilah had dinner with the other Alphas and their families. Then they went outside to see them off.
When everyone left, Everett held Delilah's hand and asked,
"We should go somewhere together to spend some time alone. Where do you want to go?"
Delilah thought for a second and replied,
"Let's go to our wooden house. It is full of our memories. No other better place can give the peace we can get from that house and that environment."
Everett nodded at her. "As to wish, my Queen."
He lifted her in his arms. "Put me down, Everett. Maids and guards will see us."
"So what? You are my Queen."
Delilah hid her face in his neck as he walked to their room.
They made love to others and started their new life.
The next day they went to their wooden house.
Delilah prepared meals as she always did for Everett. They spent a long time there.
Everett and Delilah were sitting on the steps of the wooden house outside as they looked at the moon. The trees' leaves were moving and the wind was blowing heavily.
They became a normal couple. After the war, the witch's curse broke. Everett did not have to feel those burnings anymore nor did his body's bloodlines come out. It was only his wolf who was giant and powerful and he had some powers to take out his claws without shifting.
Delilah became a very powerful Omega after he marked her so she would be a great queen for sure.
They loved each other and would live together forever.
Delilah put her head on his shoulder and spoke out,
"I never thought that one day I would become your wife, Everett."
"I also never thought of making someone my life companion."
She moved her head and looked at him.
"But you made this abandoned omega your mate, wife, and queen." She stated proudly.
Everett pecked her lips and replied,
"You were never an abandoned omega,
YOU WERE THIS LONELY LYCAN'S FATED OMEGA."
