"krekkk" the door opened, I lifted my face which was downcast to see the figure of a man with puffy eyes approaching me

"Brother Alan, why bro?"

I can see clearly, brother Alan is holding back his tears because his eyes are really puffy and his nose is also red

"You were called by Alex to come downstairs."

"Brother Alan are you crying?"

Of course, he was just silent out of shame but I don't know why he was crying. I shuddered after being asked to face Alex directly, it felt like facing an angel of death but what can I do but step down the stairs because Alan is standing right behind me
