Chapter 20: Chapter 20

Chapter 20

"Are you done?" Pershey still kept her eyes closed as she waited for Leighden's answer.

"Done," she replied. Pershey gently opened her eyes.

Draw a wide smile on Leighden's face as she watched her.

"You're gorgeous, my Lady," she said cheerfully. Pershey smiled as well. She still has no idea what she looks like now. "Here's the mirror," she handed the mirror to Pershey.

She took it slowly.

She slowly looked in the mirror. She examined himself.

"Is this me?"

She is amazed at how she looks now.

"Yes, Señorita," she replied then smiled. "You're now a real Señorita. You look more like a Señorita now," she added.

"I'm beautiful," she said while not taking her eyes off the mirror.

"Yes, you are," she replied. "Get up, Pershey," she commanded.

"Where are we going?" She stood up then.

"Somewhere," she replied then took Pershey's arm. "Follow me," she commanded before she could walk away.

She entered her room, and Pershey followed.

"Nice room," she greeted.

She opened the closet and then took out the clothes on the hanger.

"Choose what you want and wear it," she commanded before she sat up in bed.

Pershey approached and then looked at the clothes.

"What kind of clothes are these?"

"Choose what you want and wear it, Pershey," she commanded again before she stood up. She picked up a dress and went to the bathroom.

She looked at all the clothes. Mostly she didn’t like it but there was one dress that grabbed her attention.

She picked up the black dress and examined it. She looked in the mirror and measured it.

Leighden came out of the bathroom wearing the dress she had chosen.

She was also wearing a black fitted dress above the knee. She approached her and then combed her hair. She picked up the folded dress and went back to the bathroom.

"I'm beautiful ... today," she said to herself as she looked in the mirror.

She was also fitted wearing. It has a stainless steel belt. There are silver slings attached to it. Her dress glows in black as if it glitters.

Leighden came out again wearing a black leather tube and a fitted skirt that was only halfway up her thigh.

Pershey looked at her. She looked at Leighden's body.

"Is that what you're going to wear? The navel is out, I see your navel, Leigh," she said. Leighden happily came over and sat down. She stared into the mirror as she combed her hair.

She pulled it up then she put on her crystal hair clip.

"Where are we going?"

"Somewhere."

When she was done, she sat Pershey down to fix her hair.

She combed it and leveled the slit in the middle. She fitted golden hair pins, then she combed them.

"You're gorgeous Señorita now," she said smiling before she put the necklace on Pershey.

"Amazing," she said then stood up.

Leighden wore 4 inches of black pointed heels. She gave Pershey 4-inch black square heels.

"Put on your heels so we can leave," she ordered, which Pershey obeyed.

When they finished, they got out and got in the car.

Before Leighden could operate the car, she handed the mask to Pershey.

"Are we going to Mascaraed Party?"

"Yes, indeed," she replied then drove off.

|| • Mascaraed Party • ||

There were many people in the area that Leighden and Pershey went to. All were masked and dressed in fancy clothes.

"Good evening, Ladies," a man also wearing a red mask greeted them.

"Good evening," Leighden greeted before they continued walking.

They sat in a reserved area that Leighden had meant for them.

"How are you, Pershey," she asked. She drank the wine and poured the wine into Pershey's glass.

“I’m not drinking,” she said.

"Just try," she said.

"But I'm not drinking, Leighden. I don't want to get drunk," she reasoned so Leighden just drank it. "Don't drink too much. I don't want to be slowed down by a drunk woman," she added. She nodded in response.

"Let's explore this place," she whispered. Pershey went with her.

They stopped on the side and watched the people as they danced.

"What can I do to ease my boredom?"

Leighden took the glass filled with wine and then raised it.

"Then drink," she replied, she drank it.

Pershey didn't answer and looked around.

Later, someone spoke on stage, also masked. "Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen," he greeted.

"Guess who?"

"I don't have an idea who he is, Leighden."

"Enjoy the nights and find your true love," the speaker added before he left the stage.

People were even louder as they danced to the deafening music.

Pershey walked to tour around.

"Excuse me," she said as she interjected with the dancers.

"Wait, Miss!"

She stopped and turned around when a man called to her.

She waited for the man to approach her. He was carrying wine.

"Are you enjoying it?"

"Perhaps," she replied. She turned around and started walking again.

The man followed her and said, "Do you have a card?"

She frowned at the man's question. She was about to speak but she opened her bag first.

She opened the bag neatly. "C-card?"

"Yes, a gate pass," replied the man wearing a gold mask.

"W-what k-kind of c-card?"

"A golden card, Miss. Do you have? If you don't have, you can leave now."

She stopped searching then looked at the man and slowly stepped closer to him.

"Card," she said as she stickily caressed the man's arm.

"You can leave if you don't have."

She stopped to look at him. She was about to remove the mask when Leighden spoke.

"She has." She approached them and then showed them the two cards.

"20 minutes left before you can use that cards. Take care of that." The man left after saying that.

"Are you flirting with him?"

She first started walking back to their table.

"No, I'm not," she replied.

"But you're trying to flirt with him," she laughed then walked away.

They sat down. Pershey just looked around while Leighden was still drinking.

“Don’t drink too much,” she reminds.

She lowered the wine and then replied, "I'm not drunk even though I still have a lot of wine to drink," she boasted and drank again.

"Well, let's see ..." She put more wine in Leighden's glass and then handed it to her. "Drink," she ordered. Leighden smiled at her. "But when you're drunk, I'll leave you here," she added.

She took the glass and drank the wine without taking her eyes off her. She winced as she swallowed the wine.

She closes her eyes with bitterness and sharpness. "You'll leave me?"

"If I have to, I will," she replied. She drank the juice. She closes her eyes when she swallows it. "Something wrong with this juice," she commented before lowering the glass.

Leighden smiled broadly then resumed drinking.

“I like this wine,” she said as she poured the wine into her glass.

"But wine won't like you," Pershey joked.

"Wine for me, juice ..." She looked at Pershey. "For you," she added before drinking the wine.

Pershey drank the juice again. She closes her eyes again as she swallows it.

"Is this juice or wine?"

"Both," Leighden replied.

"Are you kidding me?"

She stood up. "Perhaps."

Leighden had drunk a lot but she was not drunk.

"Good evening, Lady," the man she met greeted her.

"Good evening," she greeted as well.

"Come back here," Pershey said softly to Leighden but just gave her a flying kiss.

Pershey remained seated. She eats slowly and drinks juice.

"Find your true love, Ladies and Gentleman. On the back of your golden card, it has a number. Find your partner. Let the finding love begin!"

People were shouting and some were singing along. Someone is dancing honestly.

Pershey did not leave her post.

Leighden returned and then handed the golden card to her.

"Just ride tonight, Pershey."

She stood up when she saw the door open.

"Come in, show us your card and enjoy finding your true love."

One by one the people entered. They show the cards before they enter.

She grabbed Leighden's arm and entered at once.

The interior looks like a palace. Even more spacious than Pershey's mansion.

"What's the number?"

She looked at the card she was holding then looked at the back of it.

"143," Pershey replied. "What's yours?"

"002," she replied.

On each side there are chairs. They are all in the middle.

Noisy surroundings are full of fun. The side of the stage lit up. A man and woman are holding a microphone as they climb the stage.

"Good evening, my dear young people," the woman greeted. She was wearing a ready-made gown and she had a glittering crown. "As you see now, there are benches on each side of the palace, sit down," she paused to wait for the people to sit.

Leighden and Pershey are sided by their side.

"When the number you have is mentioned, go to the center. Dance with your partner. Afterward, take off your mask," she explained.

"Exciting, right?" Pershey just nodded.

Next, the man spoke as if he were a king or a prince.

"We will choose two sweet couples. The chosen king and queen will be given a reward. The reward is a trip for 3 days together with your partner."

"Let's go," Pershey whispered but Leighden just looked at her.

People started getting noisy again as the numbers were mentioned.
