How mind set will be.
If we are able to change all these gambles mind set, then, it tantamount as an achievement.
The mind of a Gambler is always like a one way track. That is – How to earn money quickly through gambling? Of course, Gambling is of many types. Betting’s on horse races, playing cards, cricket, football, and hockey, tennis, shuttle cock, shuttle badminton, ;chess, elections, is common in this world, which is against “Land of Rule”. Some Countries/States allow gambling, some Countries/States ban gambling in certain fields and certain area of specified sports. Gambling takes place in share market also. Share market always fluctuates and will not be constant. Sometimes, share market prices suddenly plunge downward drastically. Share market prices suddenly increase upwards.
Some Gamblers always play with shrewd techniques and their timing looks to be correct and nearest to their forecasts & expectations. The main aim of Gamblers is to earn and gain money. For some people, gambling is a regular profession. Gamblers sometimes heavily mint money and sometimes lose money heavily.
It is a fact that many people are tempted to gamble right from their childhood. It looks; it is an easy source for earning money. But, one who gambles, he does not know that he is landing in vicious circle. The persons who are habituated to gamble line will never be brought to life of a normal streamline. In this world of life, every person would like to earn money as fast as possible by tapping all types of gambling sources and feels to enjoy as much as possible. Every person would like to lead lavish life. Everybody would like to show put-up their living life and standards. Most Gamblers are always dashing persons. They are very quick in their movements. Gamblers mind generally is very fast and think deeply. Sometimes, Gamblers land in problem. Even some people who gamble confront civil & criminal cases on varied subjects of gambling. In some cases, gamblers lose their life mostly due to money conflicts. Gamblers will generally have their own people network connections and always try to establish new contacts and connections.
Many of the employees, small jobs or big jobs, play cards, races, number games, lottery tickets and other available all types of gambling within their reach, in their personal life. Of course, it is up to one’s wisdom. Once the Gamblers mind is set to play any gambling, such people generally never listen to anybody nor they heed to any good advice.
For the sake of gamble purpose, many people sold their valuables, including lands, buildings and even houses. Most of the gamblers never prospered, but lost all their properties and landed in debts. They even landed in vicious circle. Even, this author’s known people do gamble on many sports even at the age group of 60 – 75 years and never regret and repent. When asked about their gambling habits, they simply reply “what to do”, there is nothing else that we can do now, except to continue the habits of gambling till death.
Even, they reply that we lost everything and cannot recover anything for now; but, it has given us an “experience in gambling”, and it has become a time pass for us at this age. This is the reply what one would get. Gamblers mind never get changed generally, - this has been told by an experienced gambler. There are no hard and fast rules at some gambling places. Gambling in many of the eastern and western countries is common. Many people have won millions of money in gambling, especially in lotteries and others in western and eastern parts of countries. There is scope for loss of revenue in the form of taxes to the respective governments through this gambling sport. There are some laws that prevent unauthorized gambling sport. But, all depends on respective government’s governance with regard to allow or disallow of various types of gambling sport.
This is the ‘world of life’, ‘world of gambling’ and the ‘world of enjoyment’. If any government bans any type of gambling sport, people always adopt back door ways to play gambling. In such cases, related government Vigilance Cells, Police Departments make raids on such illegal and unauthorized gambling dens, seize money, fix the people involved in such gambling plays and bring them to book. Here we can say one thing. One gambler’s mind and another gambler’s mind do not tally in their thinking set. Even, if soldering is done to their minds, it will never tally. The reason is that, the thinking line and the frame of mind of each gambler, let it be any gambling sport, will never tally. There will be extraordinary thinking power which will be observed in shrewd gamblers, as it shows their keen interest in gambling matters. Even the author observed many gamblers never marry due to keen involvement in their gambling activities. Also, many gambling sports played people, never showed any interest in their family affairs and neglected the family life which lead to domestic struggles, sufferance’s and loss of financial component. Of course – who can prevent whom and who can spoil whom. Self-discipline is the most important in one’s life. Each State in India has its own Gambling Act and Rules. The Union Government has to declare a common Gambling Act suitable and applicable to all the State Governments and Union Territories in India. It has become a general practice that whenever a new government forms in the States in India, flexible Act’s suitable to respective States are implemented.
Under Right to Information Act (RTI Act), Indian Government and respective State Governments Policies, systems, act; procedures for permits, licenses are to be made available in the Governments portal. The Union Government and the State Government’s to educate all the people, pertaining to the “Gambling Act” and its repercussions on the Gamblers’. The Government has to draft an updated common slogan under Gambling Act. It should be like “Cigarette Smoking is Injurious to Health”, “Consuming Alcohol is Harmful to Health”. It could be “Gambling Destroys Families” slogan. It is the need of the hour for Government to come forward for giving a wide publicity through all TV channels, media, circulars, sign boards, advertisements pertaining to a slogan on “Gambling Act and its Repercussions”. This will facilitate all section of people to get awareness on the Gambling Act.

All the speeches by Rani Devi followed by practical’s work were quiet interesting.
All raids took place in clubs, pubs, gambling places, race courses, business people houses, Political leader’s houses etc.
Rani Devi and team submitted all reports to CBI Court. Issued non-bailable warrants where needed.
Rani Devi actions made many people land in jails and involved in Court cases.
Government has fully supported and encouraged Rani Devi's actions.

Raid on Race Course:
Rani Devi with the squad members raided the Race Course, at the peak of the Race time and confiscated money that was illegally accounted for.
All Race Course records and registers were sealed and unaccounted money confiscated.
All the top stewards, management people, bookies were issued notices.
Race Course bank accounts sealed.
All people were asked to attend court.
All the Kith and King off Race Course officials and bookmakers relatives were also raided.
Everything appeared all the newspapers, TV channels, and social media.
All the families were very happy for this type of actions.

Raids on Wine Shops:
Rani Devi, AIG (CBI) with her squad members, central excise department, police and law and order police, raided all big wine shops and seized all illegal and duplicate Wine and Whisky bottles and also seized unaccounted money.
Also seized all the bank accounts wine shop owners.
These types of actions hailed by all the family members of drunkards.
The entire news came in all the newspapers and TV channels and in all the social media websites.
After the raid, Rani Devi, AIG, CBI, had a brief press meet.
In her press meet, she explained about the "Liquor Impact on Family and Drunkard's Third World.
