After one month, phone call came from School Principal. Phone received by Rani. Telling that, Parents meeting is scheduled tomorrow. Please come to the school. But, Principal told me to come as a Parent and not as a DSP.

See Anurag, Principal asked me to come to school as a normal parent.
Anurag:
OK Rani. You go.
Whatever you feel like you tell them, let’s see what will be the actions, reactions and outcome.
Rani:
Went to School next day like a normal parent.
Principal:
All Progress Reports given to each parent before their ward.
Explained each wads behavioral attitudes to their parents.
How much interest to be shown to their wards for monitoring subjects at home etc.
More of mothers came to the school than fathers.
Few fathers attending the parents meeting.
Rani ji, whatever you want to tell or explain please tell, told Principal.
Rani:
OK madam. Then started telling all the Parents.
See parents, please don’t mistake me. I am informing in advance.
Children at this age and stage will follow other students’ behavioral attitudes, whether it is correct or wrong, good or bad, we don’t know.
What Parents think that, these are small kids?
They don’t know anything. Whatever we tell children, they won’t understand.
But, that is not correct. Since few Parents having good money, Parents try to spend more on children and make our children happy.
Costly cloths, costly food, all facilities etc.
Parents:

Whatever you said, we could not find any of our mistake.
We suffered a lot in our childhood.
Our parent’s salary was very less in those days.
We have hidden our troubles without knowing to our children.
Rani:
That is the mistake.
Please think deeply.
Give a deep thought.
Children brought up if it is good, if we doesn’t show our difficulties.
We have to see all other children’s case also.
One may have money or not. How to know.
Children can compete in education.
No problem.
Children can compete in sports and games. No problem.
But, children cannot compete in financial matters.
Moneyed persons, poor persons, this type of thinking should not come in the minds of children.
All the children to be equal at least in the school.
If children come to know about their parent’s hardships for money earning, their children may not concentrate much on their studies.
Their mind will go in another route.
Is not it, said Rani to other parents.
We have to see that all children study and grow equally.
This is my opinion.
If you have more money, you please purchase properties said Rani to Parents of school boys.
Children will grow. Good habits will come.
Children will come to know what is good and what is bad. Please give a thought to this.
If you feel if my saying is incorrect, then please excuse me – Rani told to all the parents.
Parents:
All the Parents had a sigh of relief. Madam, there is nothing wrong in your telling us. From tomorrow onwards, we will not drop our children in car to school.
We will send them by Auto or children will be sent to school with the father’s bike, said four parents.
Rani:
Yes. Parents.
I am happy.
You parents are supporting me.

Principal:
Dear Parents.
Do you know, who this Rani ji.
She is DSP. If she comes in DSP dress, people will think that since she has power, she is giving a lecture.
Rani ji has come like a parent.
I requested Rani ji to speak like a parent.
I request all the parents to follow the advice of Rani ji.
At least try.
Parents:
Madam, sorry.
We do not know she is DSP.
She is not in Police Uniform.
Second point is that we have not seen Rani ji anywhere earlier.
As such, we never knew about her.
Thereafter all the parents and DSP dispersed from the School.
